I would not recommend booking this venue for your wedding. I just had my wedding there last Saturday and my wedding guests were denied valet parking services, which is the absolute opposite of what we were told when we booked the venue. There was an event going on at the Battery and the parking decks were full. Due to this and my guests being refused valet parking service, I had wedding guests that had to leave and not attend the reception because they could not find parking. It was so embarrassing to my family and I, and the hotel did absolutely nothing to correct the mistake. Would not recommend this venue at all.
The venue is absolutely amazing! The Omni Hotel at the Battery is brand new, beautiful, and a place that we can all stay together! Don't worry about renting a car if you're flying in from out of town. The Uber ride is just is about $15- $25 to the hotel. This will also save you on Valet Parking!!! Everything you need is right outside of the hotel in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, shopping and more! You won't regret staying in this beautiful resort!
