Every aspect of the event from the coordinating with our outside vendors, making sure there was no stress the day of and simply making it the greatest day of our lives. From the gobo, to Chef Michael and staff for an amazing food experience (not just a meal), to making sure it was an absolutely perfect day and we could not sing the praises of the staff more. Thank you for the best day of our lives and all your hard work, truly above and beyond all our expectations.

We had our wedding at a beautiful church nearby then the reception at the OMNI on the Palm Terrace. It is absolutely a breathtaking event space! I would certainly advise booking the Terrace suites that flank the space so no strangers sit out on their patios and stare :)
The staff ABSOLUTELY make the entire experience. Here are a few of the highlights, though ALL THE STAFF were truly incredible:
Kristina Marquez was EXEMPLARY through the entire process. She captured my attention and was the FIRST person I spoke with out of all the Gaslamp hotels that truly listened to what I was saying and what my needs were. Needless to say, I was so impressed with her desire not only to have my business, but to meet all of my needs plus some. I know she coordinated with a lot of other staff on my behalf...so they all get many praises as well!
Chef Mauricio is INCREDIBLE. I was very impressed with Kristina already, but I don't know that I could have booked my wedding reception if the food wasn't up to par. I could tell from the first time I met Chef Mauricio that he's a truly good man with a very genuine heart and a true passion for his craft! I'm spoiled by living in Louisiana and being surrounded by great flavors and food all the time...but Mauricio's preparations amazed me and all of our guests. Get that man a huge raise!!!!
Juan Carlos (JC) is a huge asset to the OMNI and by far one of the best bartenders around. He was very proactive in his interactions with me and our guests which is rare nowadays! We quickly learned that when JC was tending the bar, it was time to go get a delicious cocktail. He's got a great attitude, amazingly friendly, and elevated our overall experience.
The bellmen are a riot and oober helpful which was such an added bonus....SO OUTSTANDING!!!
Our wedding wouldn't have had that extra special feel without the OMNI! Can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

e been more attentive to all our guests, even letting us continue the event after our end time. We have gone back to stay at the hotel the past two years for our anniversary we love it there so much. I have even thrown 2 bachelorette parties and a baby shower at the hotel since. If you are lucky enough to work with Ryan Hurd, your event will be flawless : )
