The Omni Montelucia was the perfect place for our wedding, they created an amazing weekend for us (11/11/23). We had our ceremony outside, on the Valencia Lawn, cocktail hour on the Valencia Lawn and reception inside in the Valencia ballroom. Beautiful views and locations for photos. Send off brunch at the Chef's Kitchen. Sage at the Omni did an amazing job working with our planner to coordinate everything and was very responsive. They all were very accommodating, including making sure my husband was able to taste our signature cocktail Friday before to get it perfect. Every piece of food was AMAZING, all of our guests can't stop talking about how the meal was the best wedding food they've every had.

Overall, a great pick for a wedding venue. We had many compliments from our guests on how beautiful it was and how good the food was. Of course there were a few things that could h...

ave been done better: I was disappointed in the resort when it came to staff shortcomings- there was no staff for valet parking most of the week we were there. We were also *promised* there would be golf carts for bride & groom and for guests to transport after ceremony- none were available at that time. Lastly, they accidentally threw out our glass mixture from our ceremony. I was also a little frustrated with the constant changing of staff assigned to our wedding- it changed 3 times from the day we booked our wedding date. We also did a welcome party the day before our wedding and dealing with the staff for that was disastrous- so much so that we ultimately just ignored the person we were “assigned” and spoke instead to head of catering.

The resort itself is beautiful and our welcome party and wedding turned out amazing! All our guests were from out of town and loved staying there. However, the 2-3 months leading u...

p to our wedding the communication was lacking. It typically took 1-2 weeks to receive a response from emails. We were supposed to have 4 of our guest’s rooms with champagne/sweet treats in them for our families so I confirmed arrival times with the catering department. All four arrival times were missed even after contacting them each time they missed a gift in a room.

e Chef came over to our house, and discussed the food preparation, and cooked with my my mother - in - law! They not only had excellent main dishes, but amazing Indian desserts!! I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire team , and their willingness to learn .

nsistently and answering all of our questions. When the wedding weekend came we continued to be impressed. This venue is not the most beautiful resort we looked at, but they had the best event space by far. There is also a huge bar and an adult only pool with a bar, which makes it a fun weekend for guests. We were equally impressed by how seamlessly the day went with tons of great staff to set everything up. The food is also amazing!! I definitely would recommend getting married here! We are already planning a trip back.

crew at the Montelucia did such a great job of accommodating our small group. The staff was so helpful and did everything they could to make sure that my husband and I were well taken care of the entire week that we were there. We'll be back for our anniversary!
