Omnivent Inc is an Event Service, Rental & Design company. We have been in business for over 10+ years and have produced hundreds of events from 50 people, to 2,000 people. Our staff comes from live broadcast, stage craft and production, creating a collaborative team for all types of events. We are flexible in the design phase; giving our clients the options to work with us directly or with their chosen planner. We communicate through every step of the process to ensure that your event becomes a successful and memorable reality. From weddings, birthdays, to global corporate sales meetings and trade shows, we are dedicated to giving you the experience and design you want for your event. Our inventory includes linens, chairs, furniture, tables, decor, back drops, pipe & drape in multiple heights, lighting, audio, live video production, video editing and custom fabrication for stage, trade show booths & all other events. We are known for our ceiling installations of drapery and heavy structures/ chandeliers. We offer same day installation and removals for clients. We travel NEPA, Philadelphia, NYC and NJ.

I had a great experience with Omnivent. We used them to install bistro string lighting above the dance floor in the Mountain Ballroom at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and they delivered. The final product was exactly what we wanted and the entire process was very easy. They were very communicative with us regarding booking and payment, and coordinated with the venue to do the rest. I appreciated being able to hand over the reigns for them to work directly with our coordinator at the venue and have everything turn out exactly as discussed. They were efficient and effective.

The wedding reception was in the Grand Ballroom of the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. To match the elegance of the room and the table decor, we chose Chiavari chairs provided by Omnivent. It was seamless to work with this vendor as they coordinated everything directly with the hotel staff. Delivery and removal worked flawlessly. We worked with Doug at Omnivent for our wedding in June at Hotel Bethlehem. Doug began working with us nearly a year in advance of our wedding, made the time to meet with us in person, sketch ideas out and answer all of our questions. He and his team were able to build the foundation and rigging for an amazing floral installation on the ceiling of our venue, as well as hang our cake from the ceiling!! Omnivent also provided great lighting, chair rentals, and a variety of other items. If you need a production company, don't hesitate to hire Omnivent! Safety is their number one priority and you can rest assured that your event will be run with professionalism, expertise and of course, style.
