Working with Valentina & OMO Catering was a dream for our wedding. We were told multiple times from our guest how good the food was from cocktail hour all the way through dinner. I...

was really worried about the amount of time it would take for 200 guests to go through a buffet but they worked so efficiently to make sure that guests were served quickly. Not to mention they made my husband and I feel so loved by how intentional they were in serving us throughout the entire night.

First off, I’d like to say the food was delicious! Whoever prepared the food knew what they were doing. The servers and bartenders were also great. However the dessert (we got chur...

ros) were awful. My low rating is solely because of the lack of communication and poor management. It took weeks to get an email or phone call back from Lisa. Nearly impossible to get answers to questions. She also made the decision to throw out all of my leftover food without consulting myself (bride), the groom or the parents. They promised we would be provided all the left over food but when the end of the night came, they said “it was no longer edible.” Poor hospitality and poor organization. I wouldn’t recommend.

Clear communication and thoughtful execution are standards we hold ourselves to, and we regret if at any point you felt that was lacking. Regarding leftover food, our policy prioritizes food safety and liability standards. In certain circumstances — particularly when food has been held beyond safe temperature ranges or exposed during extended service — we are unable to release it. While this decision is always made with health and safety as the priority, we understand how disappointing that can feel at the end of a celebration. ss and answered any questions I/ my mom had. My wedding was at an outdoor reception on a family farm an hour and a half away from Richmond and the food was hot and delicious. It ended up raining and OMO was quick to adapt with my other vendors by moving the cocktail hour to another area and rearranging the set up. Everyone had so many great things to say about the food and how friendly and fun the staff were. The whole night I walked around saying "wow, I can't believe they are doing this and I can't believe how well they adapted to everything!". Truly a no brainer for a wedding caterer and I will recommend them to everyone in the area. Thank you all again so much for making my day special.

y restrictions and made sure my husband and I got snacks during breaks in our photo session and got a warm plate of food while everyone was in the buffet line. The entire staff was very professional and quick to anticipate any and every need. We heard nothing but good things from our guests about the food and how helpful the catering team was. I would definitely recommend OMO for any catering needs.
