On a Limb Florals elevated my wedding to a level I didn't think was attainable. The creativity and vision Heidi has is unmatched. I'm lucky to call Heidi my aunt, but seeing her in her element, doing what she loves, and doing it so beautifully was beyond amazing. Even though she's known me since I was a baby, she not once skimmed on taking the time to speak with me to figure out exactly what I wanted for my wedding. We collaborated on my vision for florals on a pinterest board - which was super helpful. She made sure to run things by me every step of the way - her knowledge of horticulture really helped to make my wedding unique with suggestions of beautiful but not overdone floral selections. I have to admit when Heidi suggested two hanging installations I was nervous but very excited. She constructed both installations herself using florals but also large branches she found. To say they were a showstopper at our wedding is an understatement - I still have family & guests raving about how amazing and beautiful they were. Heidi worked incredibly well with our planner (Meredith from Sweetgrass Social) to bring our tablescape to a refined yet warm level. The small details (beyond florals) she provided were beautiful. Now let's talk about the bouquet - it was magnificent. It was absolutely stunning, Heidi asked me detailed questions to make sure she was delivering exactly what I wanted. The way she was able to incorporate the florals from the alter & aisle into the bouquet, while still making the bouquet stand out was incredible. The bridesmaid's bouquets & maid of honor bouquet were flawless as well - I love how she made each similar but still unique with the slightest details. The boutonnieres were beautiful, with great detail, but also still of good size (my husband was nervous that it would be too big, and Heidi heard those concerns and made sure to make them to the scale he wanted). All in all - if you want your wedding & wedding pictures to be mind blowingly beautiful you NEED to book On A Limb Florals for your wedding. Heidi is my aunt, but while working with me she put her professional hat on and didn't miss a beat.

From the bouquets & boutonnieres, to the ceremony and cocktail hour to everything in the reception space...it was just stunning! We got married at Middleton Place, and the reception space was a blank canvas. Heidi transformed the room entirely. It was everything I envisioned it to be- soft, romantic, and simply beautiful. Heidi understood my vision and I could not be more grateful. The details did not go unnoticed by anyone. All of our friends and family said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Heidi was recommended to me by Laney at Delicious Desserts and going with On a Limb was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Flowers were at the top of my list of most important things for my wedding and Heidi made my vision a reality. My first conversation with Heidi, I was sold, she was so friendly, knew exactly what she was talking about and was able to take all of my ideas and create beautiful and cohesive florals. I shared my favorite flowers with Heidi as well as my Pinterest board ideas, which were many, and she came back with a quote for bouquets, ceremony flowers, centerpieces, even flowers for the cake and dessert bar. The day of the wedding I was truly blown away by the bouquets and then the arrangements in the ceremony and reception spaces. Heidi delivered the bouquets early, so we could have them before the ceremony since we did a first look and bridal party pictures. And then she arrived to set up the ceremony and reception spaces with her arrangements. She is such a kind and hard working person. As soon as the event was over, she was there to collect any flowers we wanted her to have as well as her vases. She could not have made the process any more smooth for us and it was amazing to put it all in her hands and have no doubt that she would create exactly what I had in mind. There as so many florists in and around Charleston and I would choose Heidi over and over again!
