From custom cocktail menus to drink calculations and shopping lists, we handle every detail so you can celebrate worry-free. All packages include Walter’s delivery, setup, cleanup, insurance, and a custom bar menu with drink calculations. A mileage fee applies for events over 30 miles from the Town of Newburgh. ough in gauging all the technical aspects of bringing the bar like measurements, power access, and how to work with the facility for pick up and drop off. She was flexible with us when working through the schedule for the day and came to the table with creative solutions for things like potential rain plans. She really thought of everything, from the perfect glassware to setting up a satellite bar so she could continue to take care of the guests even after their contract was up and they were gone. The bar itself was incredible. It fit seamlessly into the upstate New York, outdoor, forest, wedding vibe we had going, but I can also seeing it fit into so many different scenarios I think it's a perfect choice for any setting. Georgia's staff were friendly and helpful. They did their thing with grace and speed and the guests loved it. I would absolutely love to work with Georgia again and hope I get to soon!
