imes and finally resulted to commenting on one of their recent instagram posts to see if I would get a response. In total I sent 7 (yes 7!!!) emails that went unanswered. I’ve never experienced this type of behavior and i professionalism with any other wedding vendor. While their work looks incredible, I would not recommend them given this behavior. I’m genuinely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Even if they were not available (which she said she was) or couldn’t do what I wanted (which she never offered to hop on a call to discuss), a response letting me know would have been appreciated.

uided us through the many options available as we needed lighting in multiple areas. She worked closely with our budget making sure that our lighting scheme matched the vision we had in mind. From the pinpoints, to the up lights and the custom monogram it was everything that we dreamed of. I would recommend OnQ for any future production needs.
