My husband and I got married Dec.30,2023 at The Springs in Valley View and we had On the Border cater our wedding, best decision we made. The staff was super friendly and professional they were set up and ready to go on time, and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend On the Border for whatever event you need catered I will be recommending them to everyone :)! Thank you On the Border for making our wedding such a positive experience!! Hiring On the Border Catering was an AMAZING choice we made for our wedding! They offered a delicious and reasonably priced buffet package that our guests continuously complimented throughout the night. The caters arrived early and were super flexible with any timeline changes on the day of. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, On the Border had great communication with us. It is clear that On the Border cares about its couples and makes it a priority to ensure a positive catering experience. I would highly recommend them!

Our experience with working with On The Border was amazing. After we initially reached out we had a consultation over the phone and were able to determine what we need. We initially decided we wanted fajitas but several months later decided we wanted to go with enchiladas and empanadas. We reached out to OTB and they were quick to help us change the menu. In addition, several days before the wedding our contact reached out to us to make sure we didnt have any last minute changes, which was great because we had to add a couple special meals for our gluten free and allergy friends that we needed to add! They arrived on time and had everything set up perfect for us for chips/salsa/queso during cocktail hour and were worked the buffet line during reception (bussers were also included!!). The food was amazing and all of our guests loved it. In addition, On The Border was very affordable compared to other catering companies! Highly recommend using them for your catering!

We hired them in March of 2022. They showed up on time and set everything up. We had 2 wonderful servers who were very friendly and polite. The food was amazing, it tasted hot and fresh. We had many compliments from guest on how much they enjoyed the food. It was a great value for the price, we had extra food that they packaged and we took home. Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely order from them again!

We wanted a taco bar at our wedding and On the Border knocked it out of the park! We struggled to find a catering service that met our needs and we’re so thrilled we found them. Danie was so great to work with, especially during the process of postponing due to Covid. But when our day finally came the food and the service were outstanding! The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly! We had so many guests rave about the food - would highly recommend if you’re looking for great catering!

We had a micro ceremony and reception as part of our special day but knew we needed to celebrate with friends on our wedding day, too! We hired OTB for our after part reception and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! They arrived and cleaned up and the services were great! They had chips and salsa on the tables so guests could enjoy them and went around to take everyone's order to comply with COVID rules. It was perfect!

Everything from On the Border was PERFECT! Food was better than I imagined it would be! Service was great and communication throughout the entire process was great! New policies were implemented during covid and Danie called me to update me on everything and get an updated estimate. She was phenomenal to work with and wonderful with all of the coordination. They were also extremely flexible and accommodating with my changing guest count.

They worked with me as the amount of guests changed, even checking with me the day before to make sure they had it correct. They showed up when they said they would and set up. They made it look wonderful. They served and cleaned up. Many guests commented about how good the food was also. They also included some extra food to make sure none of my guests would go away hungry. At the end, they cleaned everything up and had all the leftovers packaged for us to take with us. I highly recommend using them for your catering needs. And be sure to get the full service option, it's completely worth it!!

After repeatedly trying to get ahold of local restaurants, to no avail, we reached out to on the border to cater our wedding. I am so pleased! The planning process was a breeze, Danie was always quick to respond and made everything run so smoothly. The staff at our wedding was on time, efficient, and truly added to our wedding day experience!

We hired On the Border to cater our wedding (approximately 140 guests). Throughout the entire process we were in touch with coordinators to make sure our needs were met. Guests raves about the Tour of Mexico and above all else, the Mini Brisket Burritos! We would absolutely use On the Border again for another catering event.

Very reasonably priced, good service, on time, food was warm for everyone, and very delicious. The caterer was very easy to work with. No complaints!

I had to find someone that could cater my daughter’s wedding in five days. I reached out to OTB and was very pleased with their professionalism, care & concern the representative had with my situation. The representative provided me with a quote via email, we spoke on the phone several times before deciding on a final menu. The food arrived on time and hard. The deliveryman was very polite, courteous and clean. He said up all the food in the warmers and explained everything to us before he left. The food was delicious, we fed 55 people for under $600. I highly recommend!

Dani was great at answering all of my questions. Our servers came right on time, and kept the food filled all night. We had a wedding with 125 guests and still had food left over. It was just as great if not better than what I would normally get at the restaurant. Would definitely use them again!!

They came to the venue early that day to get an idea of the set up, even offering to help as we were setting up! During the reception, Johnathan came and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. After dinner, they packed and cleaned up everything! Very personal and professional!

I am a regular at On the Border, therefore having them cater for our wedding was a must! They made my wedding dreams come true! Everyone loved the pick three option! (Cheese enchiladas were the biggest hit) The groom and I had our own bowl of queso which made my heart happy. Overall, everyone loved it! Cocktail hour was chips salsa and queso and I kept hearing everyone say how awesome it was to have that at a wedding. I highly recommend them as your caterer. The team is very responsive and listens to every request even if it is 48 hrs before the event. (I requested more queso LOL) Our experience was perfect and I would do it again with the same menu and outcome!
