Betty is awesome! Our cake was so beautiful and delicious! The red velvet cake is to die for! We can’t wait to eat our anniversary cake next year!

YUM! Betty’s cakes were beautiful and so tasty. We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the cake looked and how great it tasted. Her lemon buttermilk cake is to die for and she did a special maple flavor for us that was exceptional. Her cake tastings are intimate and come with tasty cappuccino on the side. She asked us to come after the bakery closed so that all her attention could be on us. She asked us what flavors we were interested in and when we got there she had numerous variations of the desired flavors to choose from. Her pastries are also wonderfully delicious and I can’t wait to go back for those chocolate croissants!

Betty made the Wedding Cake of our Dreams!! Not only was is delicious but it looked incredible. She expertly captured our vision, creating a beautiful birch tree inspired cake that our guests could not stop raving about. Working with on the Rise Baking was super easy from beginning to end! The tasting was great and the attention to detail could not have been better. I cannot recommend Betty and her team enough!

Very easy to deal with, and great tasting cakes! She also made a gluten free cake which my friends are still raving about!

We had our wedding cake done by On The Rise and we are extremely happy we chose them. Betty, the owner, was a joy to work with. Our cake tasting was my husband’s best part. She had a ton of different flavors laid out but when we said we really love this more obscure flavor of filling, she went in the kitchen and cooked it right then and there for us and we’re glad she did because it was one of the flavors we picked. She was very helpful and accommodating with the cake planning. My only minor complaint is that she doesn’t answer emails very promptly. I know she’s super busy creating those delicious treats, I think she just needs a helper with the digital stuff! But that’s a small complaint and I would 100% recommend Betty and her team.

Betty Casey and On the Rise Baking made us a BEAUTIFUL and delicious wedding cake. Betty worked with us so well, we had a great tasting and when I really wanted to try more of a different kind of frosting she was flexible and accommodating. Betty made sure we knew and loved exactly what we were getting from our cake, and was very detail oriented. She created a beautiful cake that perfectly matched our vision. Betty delivered the cake herself and made sure it was assembled at the venue so there was no risk of it toppling over! We only wish we had eaten more of it!

Our wedding cake came out beautiful! Betty was amazing to work with. She understood our vision and budget. And even experimented with different decorations we wanted. She gave her honest opinion which was truly helpful during wedding planning. When I couldn't decide on which delicious flavor to choose we went with three different ones for each each layer! Loved it all!

Betty at On the Rise makes delicious cakes. She was so helpful in making sure we got the flavors we wanted and when the groom and I did the cake cutting at the wedding we were amazed at how delicious the cake turned out. We were so upset that we never had the chance to eat the cake that was served to us at our table. But Betty made us an anniversary cake to take home so we're so excited about that.

We decided to do cupcakes to cut our budget down and it was the best idea ever. Everyone LOVED the cupcakes. They were beautiful and tasted delicious!! Betty had a stand for our display and it fit a nice 6 inch cake on top for my husband and I to cut. She did a phenomenal job and I'd recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I used Betty at On the Rise Baking and couldn't be more thrilled with the amazing cake she made us. After an amazing tasting with her, she was responsive, had awesome ideas, and helped us find the perfect cake, flavors and icing, all while keeping to our budget. Betty is absolutely amazing, kind and a joy to work with and sent us home from our wedding with cupcakes for our ring bearer and flower girl, an anniversary cake, and the top layer of the cake to freeze. Betty, the owner is amazing to work with. She made a custom cake for us half pistachio (my favorite) and half fresh strawberries and cream. She made the pistachio flavor from scratch had us come in to taste it twice to ensure it was perfect! If you are looking quality and great taste On the Rise Baking is a great choice!

On the Rise Baking makes ridiculously delicious wedding cakes! I'm usually not too thrilled with baked goods, and we had sampled a number of different bakeries in the area, but at our first sampling with Betty I was blown away by everything we tried! We ended up doing a variety of cupcakes for our wedding, which meant that we didn't have to decide on one of the many options we were given, and they all came out amazing. We also had a small wedding cake at the top of our cupcake tower for cutting that was perfect, and still is as we have another slice each month after our wedding. Betty was so great to work with, and met our every wish and offered suggestions for things that we never would have considered. You can shop around and try a bunch of different bakers, but if you start with On the Rise, you won't bother going anywhere else!!

We got our wedding cake from On The Rise Baking and oh my God, it was so delicious, everyone just loved it. The Chef Elizabeth Casey did a fantastic job: amazing quality 3 tier cake with beautiful piping, just as I requested. She also provided us with one extra tier of the same cake, just gluten-free one, since some of the bridal party people had gluten allergy and according to them it was the best gluten free cake they have ever tasted. The best of all - On The Rise was quite understanding and did some adjustments to fit within our budget, so all of these 4 delicious tiers were quite affordable. Thanks to Elizabeth Casey we got more than we could wish for.
