Once and Flor-all

Our relationship started with a phone call (much better than text/email in my opinion). Very easy to work with. Understood my budget and produced beautiful bouquets!

Kristin was wonderful to work with! She was very communicative and willing to jump on a call if I ever needed to talk things over. She combined both real and fake flowers, which I was hesitant about at first, but everyone thought the flowers were absolutely stunning. One of mmy friends is now thinking of going all fake for hers! She also never tried to talk me into anything unnecessarily, she knows weddings cost a fortune and does her absolute best to give you what you want, but within your budget.

My now husband and I had a less than ideal experience with Kristin to say the least. Everything seemed fine until about three months before our wedding when she convinced me to use all fake flowers for all portions of my order, despite our original contract including all real white roses with a few fake ones mixed into three large arrangements only. She sold me on the idea by stating they were silk flowers that felt similar to real ones and were less expensive. I regret not asking for a new contract at that moment. Much like another review mentioned, Kristin was very unorganized and repeatedly asked for my inspiration photos, which I would resend promptly each time. It became clear she didn't look at the vases I dropped off over two months before the wedding until a week before the reception date, just five days before we scheduled the pick-up. She seemed to be scrambling to get the florals. Kristin then spoke with my fiancé, telling him I was a bad communicator, citing a few times she claimed to have emailed or texted me without getting a reply. When we asked for receipts, she couldn’t provide them, blaming the miscommunication on sending emails to the wrong person. One such email supposedly contained our updated invoice with all silk florals instead of real ones, meaning our personal information likely went to another customer. After multiple requests over several days, she finally sent us an updated invoice, only $300 cheaper than our original quote with mostly real roses, making us feel ripped off. Kristin eventually gave us a more appropriate quote after hours of discussion, all of which occurred just one week before the reception. She blamed her procrastination on owning another business, which is unprofessional. When the florals arrived at the venue (picked up by my in-laws), I was mortified. The florals were not the quality we discussed, and the white roses were of different fabrics and shades of white/ivory/cream. I found the same flowers at Michael’s, contrary to her claim they were sourced from a vendor in Cleveland. The quality and arrangement were disappointing, and I spent hours redoing them with my family on a holiday. She excused the differences as her creative interpretation, rather than what we had discussed. When we asked for a refund or bill adjustment due to the discrepancies, she left us on read and has not responded for weeks. Not only did Kristin fail to deliver on her service, but she also caused emotional turmoil. Her last-minute approach to putting together the florals caused significant stress the week of the reception. She gaslighted me by claiming she had reached out and I never replied, even telling my husband that I was a poor communicator when she was the one failing to communicate. This made me feel like I was going insane. The week before our reception, my husband and I had a Catholic wedding ceremony, for which we didn't need florals. She shamed us for getting married before our reception date multiple times, which was none of her business. Overall, I do not recommend her services.

Kristen was wonderful to work with. She made all of our bouquets, arches, boutonnières, and corsages beautiful. She was very easy to communicate with and always kept in touch. She also came and set all the florals up for us as well. We had greenery around our tables and she set up the floral arch. It was beautiful! I highly recommend!

Kristin is amazing to work with, she executed the vision I had for our wedding perfectly. The flowers bouquet and table arrangements were gorgeous. Kristin is very kind and easy to work with. She was prompt in responding to any questions, concerns or changes that needed to be made. I would absolutely would recommend her to friends and family. Without a doubt I would hire her again!!

It was such a pleasure working with Kristen! My bouquets for our 2022 wedding were absolutely stunning!!! She took something pretty unconventional and made it the most beautiful work of art. I will definitely be recommending her to ANYONE who’s looking for a florist! & her personality is a HUGE bonus! 10/10 recommend.

Kristin was amazing! I was an out-of-state bride coming back home to Cleveland for my wedding. Kristin worked very closely with me and my mom to make my vision come to life. She was very kind, responsive and flexible to work with. My flowers turned out beautiful and I could not have been happier!

We just got our corsages, boutonnières, and bouquet done by Kristen, but they all matched our vision and decorations! Kristen was super responsive and helpful.

Kristin was absolutely a joy to work with! Highly flexible and cares a lot about the work that she puts out. You aren’t going to get this type of personalization with other florists. I was really overwhelmed with planning my wedding as I was the only one planning it and had no experience what so ever with the wedding planning process. Kristin invited me to her beautiful home to show me some ideas and talk me through everything. She never pressured me and was especially sensitive to my budget. I was nervous about my flowers for months especially since I hadn’t seen them. She delivered and set up the flowers on site and instantly put my mind at ease when I saw her! I highly recommend Kristin if you are looking for a florist who is going to go the extra mile for you and accommodate your needs. She is such a sweet person! Thank you Kristin for everything ❤️

Kirstin did my wedding on 8/20/22 and everything was absolutely gorgeous. We did silk flowers and I’ll have them to keep forever. Fast responses, one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with and you could tell she really loved her job. I highly recommend trusting her with your wedding day as you will not be disappointed.

Kristin was so great to work with! She was very flexible and really took the time to understand our floral vision. We did a mix of real and silk flowers- my bouquet was all real. The colors were fantastic and a nice mix of florals and greenery. We had our ceremony and reception at 2 different locations. She dropped off our our bouquets and boutonnières at the church so they were all ready when we arrived! She did an amazing job with all of our reception centerpieces and floral arch! We received so many compliments on our bouquets and centerpieces! She did absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Kristin was an absolute angel to work with - we had originally booked with another florist who had backed out two months before our wedding. Kristen not only was flexible to work with us on such short notice and within our budget, she absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. The flowers were a stunning mix of faux and real florals that she delivered and set up at our venue for us. She was just an absolute joy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her!

Kristin was so easy to work with! She created a more beautiful bouquet than I could have imagined myself. She used some faux florals that I had chosen and mixed them with some fresh florals and made it look like it was all fresh! I had so many compliments on my bouquet. Would highly recommend!

Kristin from Once and Flor-all was absolutely amazing. From the very first message we knew we were in good hands. She responded to messages quickly and professionally, and genuinely cared about making the floral arrangements that we had envisioned. She worked within our budget, delivered the final products on time and they exceeded our expectations. We chose to go with silk flowers but she does work with real flowers as well. If we had to do it all over we would definitely use Once and Flor-all again.
