Once Finger Lakes is a winery wedding venue located on Seneca Lake, NY. Pronounced OHN-say (eleven in Spanish), for the eleven lakes that form the Finger Lakes Region, we are also a Regional Tasting Room that showcases some of the best local wine, beer and spirits producers. Nestled on eight acres, the property has expansive lawns and is only 15min south of Geneva or east of Penn Yan. The day of the event you'll have exclusive access to the whole property!
Located on beautiful Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes, it is the perfect setting for a wedding. With a guest capacity of 135, a main building, tent on events pad, an expansive lawn, and a deck, it offers stunning views of the lake. We are just a few minutes from the Finger Lakes' main accommodation hubs, shopping, and dining, it offers easy access to amenities. Once Finger Lakes is a venue with more than a view; it has a vision. Because we are not a fulltime venue, also operating as a regional tasting room allows us to offer more flexibility and be more focused than the average venue. Our fair dynamic pricing helps your dream wedding become a reality. We believe that each wedding should be as unique as the couple hosting it. Our eclectic modern venue offers a variety of spaces to let you create the ideal ambiance for any event. The main building, for example, provides the coziness that makes winter gatherings comfortable. The tent on the events pad on the other hand, is the ideal location for a warm summer reception.
Our Events Coordinator will collaborate with your event organizer or host to ensure the flawless execution of the event. The professionalism, customization, and flexibility we offer sets us apart. We've got it all, offering limited to all-inclusive packages, arguably one of the best bar assortments in the region and flexible catering services. Our beverage specialists will be happy to design a beverage package that meets your requirements, including personalized signature cocktails. We tailor our services to the unique needs and preferences of your event. We are a pet-friendly venue, are wheelchair accessible and offer plenty of parking.

If you are looking for a venue that is flexible and customizable, Once is the venue for you. While there is always stress when planning a wedding, the Once team significantly lowered our stress level leading up to and on our wedding day. The energy and effort they put into our wedding was truly impressive and we are grateful for their support through the entire process. We got so many compliments from our guests on the view, service and drink options. The self-serve wine and beer taps for cocktail hour were a hit! The bar service Once provided was fantastic, and our specialty cocktail was a hit! We really lucked out with the weather, so the tent overlooking the lake was the most beautiful setting for the night. They also made all vendor communication seamless, and allowed all of our key vendors to come see the space, answer questions about power, noise ordinances, etc.
Overall, I think the value Once provides is extremely hard to find in the Finger Lake region. The team there is top notch, and we are so happy we went with Once to host our reception.
