The flavors were all perfect since you can do one each tier and our guests ate so much that they had to go cut more from the back (twice!). The red velvet groomscake was divine. We did a tier of yellow cake and strawberry, a tier of chocolate and raspberry, and one of white and lemon. The whole cake was almond buttercream and it was so light.
I love that they give you a free little cake on your 1 year so you don't have to freeze a tier. Thank goodness they do since our guests ate a lot of cake!

I opted for two 8" cakes and one 10" cake for display and then 2 sheet cakes in the back (so total 5), each in a different flavor (carrot, lemon, vanilla/vanilla, vanilla/chocolate, and chocolate/vanilla) with differing, but simple, decoration... all 3 layers (we saved a small amount of money by having 3 instead of 4 layers, because... who cares!) and all were fresh and exceedingly delicious.
