We felt bad because we were so overwhelmed during planning and didn’t know what we wanted so we didn’t give Natalie a lot of direction with our film. No direction ended up being perfect because Natalie put together the most splendid footage and captured our day PERFECTLY! Rewatching the videos brought us right back to the beauty, fun, and emotions of the day! Both videographers jumped right in and helped the day go so smoothly! They worked really well together with our photographer. The set up process was really straight forward with a detailed form for song selection and potential shots. When the bar did not end up moving to the location we were told it would and had planned for Alex to do the guest interviews at, he improvised and made sure to set up for the interviews by the existing bar so he could get as many guest messages as possible and we are so grateful for that! Once Upon a Time is also one of the only videographers I found that allows you to really customize what you want from your wedding video. prompt and proactive. The team onsite at our wedding was professional, low-key (I didn't even notice they were there half the time!), made us feel comfortable, and worked well with our photographer to coordinate shots and not step over each other.
We recently got our videos back and I am floored at what a great job they did! They provided us with our main highlight video, footage of the speeches and dances, the full ceremony, and a teaser film that we can use to show friends/family (or post on social media) that may not want to watch the full highlight film. The quality and flow of the videos is perfect!! I didn't give them much to work with (I'm not really knowledgeable on videos, and I didn't have strong preferences about style etc.) so many of the stylistic choices were theirs, and I am thrilled with them.

Katherine took time to get to know us for sure, and was so kind and sensitive to personal hang ups like what side I liked to be photographed from or what lighting looked best. I think the only feedback I have is that it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the vows would be shorten and pieced together for the voiceover. It wasn't too big of a deal for us, but just wanted to put it out there since I know that many of us spend a lot of time and effort writing those vows. Natalie does give you the option to have one re-edit, so you do have a say on what parts of your vows you want to include in your highlight film. You also get an unedited film of your whole ceremony, so the complete vows will be captured there.
