Once Upon a Wedding

Planning your wedding? Your ceremony is the most special part of your wedding day! You'll want an officiant that will take the time to listen to you and truly hear what you want from your ceremony. ​As a non-denominational Ordained Minister, I believe it's my sacred honor to provide all couples, regardless of gender, faith, or sexual orientation, looking to be wed with a beautifully crafted Wedding Ceremony with options for a Unity Ceremony including Handfasting, Unity Candle, and many more. We always start by finding out what, if any, personal and religious preferences you have, as those are central to the direction we'll go in creating your ceremony. If you don't have a Wedding Planner or Coordinator to run your rehearsal, I will schedule and coordinate your rehearsal with your wedding party so that everyone feels confident and comfortable on The Big Day. Don't work on your wedding day! After Wedding Planning all year, turn everything over to your Coordinator, a.k.a Logistics Manager, a.k.a Wedding Day Best Friend! We will start about 3 months prior to The Big Day to make sure everything is perfectly organized and strategized to ensure things run smoothly and you don't have to worry about a thing! * review and confirm all of your wedding vendors' contract details * develop a detailed day-of wedding timeline * compile all wedding planning details into one comprehensive package for seamless execution * work out any discrepancies in vendor schedule or scope of work * schedule and attend the venue visit final detailing meeting * make reservations for a rehearsal dinner * finalize the timeline with all vendors two weeks prior to the Big Day * schedule and coordinate your rehearsal ​ * and of course, manage all of the day-of logistics so you can ​ focus on what matters most: ​Getting Married and Having Fun!
