AND she sourced us a beautiful pearl belt as well. edding!!! I let her know my situation and concerns and she took the time to learn about the style of veil I had previously and what I didn’t like about it. She asked for pictures of my dress and gave her recommendations and made me feel so confident in the styles I was loving. She took time out of her day to take videos of different veils she had on hand and was able to custom make mine before my wedding 🥹 It was the first time in my entire wedding experience where I didn’t feel like just another dollar sign and really felt like she cared about making sure I was happy with my decisions and was always so kind and considerate. ed very quickly, within a few hours during our many emails. She was very kind and helpful, helping me figure out which clips would go best with my dress. The bridal wings were gorgeous. I made quite a stir when I wore them to the fitting -- the staff at the bridal shop had never seen anything like them and everyone wanted to come over and get a better look. My wedding photographers were also obsessed. In all of their weddings, they said these were a first. My photographer's face actually lit up when we took them out of the dress bag. She couldn't wait to play around with them in the pictures. Unfortunately, due to some issues with another vendor running late, we didn't have time to get all of the photos with the bridal wings that we wanted to (she had so many ideas). But we still got some great ones. Alisha truly went above and beyond. She is very kind and she helped to make me feel beautiful in my dress (when I first contacted her I was not very happy with it and was having doubts). I was really stressed out as I had felt pressured by expectations to get something traditional, and pressured by the store to buy something that day. I was really upset and convinced that I had wasted $3000 on a dress that didn't feel like me. After going back and forth with her I felt so much better, even more so once I actually had the wings. Weddings are stressful and a lot of vendors pressure you into spending more. This was not the case with Alisha. She was very transparent on pricing and her prices were fair. I highly recommend working with her!

After finding Alisha, I knew she was the best person for the job. Not only was Alisha so kind, open, and warm during the process, but she also absolutely killed it! It was everything I wanted and more. Her communication with me throughout the entire process was outstanding and she made sure I was updated on everything. She was sweet, supportive, honest and just incredibly lovely to work with. I had no clue what I wanted so Alisha sent me samples and even veils to try on and walked me through the whole entire process. What Alisha created for me was incredible. She was able to match my dress from a totally different country and she took my view and ran with it. My husband’s childhood dog died shortly after our engagement and it crushed him to not have her there. Alisha was talented and kind enough to embroider Darby’s likeness onto the veil. It was incredibly special for my husband and his whole family - it definitely brought some tears! Alisha was always super quick to get back to me! we started talking about my custom order so often, we eventually communicated via text! Alisha would send me updates here and there with pictures documenting her test trials with the fabric I choose. She was making sure the dye was fading properly so that the ombre would be perfected before she made my veil. I am so happy I went with Alisha! All of her work is verstile and unique. Looking through her shop you can see the many different brides Alisha has been able to create for! I loved that I found someone who wasn’t afraid to try something different and I am more than happy with how my veil came out! My heart still skips a beat when I look at our wedding photos. My veil really tied in our wedding theme (we had an all black dress code, with the exception of our wedding party in color) and this accessory was the key factor that brought my vision to life!

After reading her shop description on Etsy, I knew that I was in good hands. After several emails & careful consideration, Elisha helped me pick out the most perfect fabric & customized it so that it would sit on my shoulders at the perfect level, dipping just right in the back. And my goodness - the way Alisha prays for her brides, their marriages & families during the process was just the sweetest & most considerate gesture I've ever seen from any vendor, anywhere. the perfect wedding veil. I came across Alisha and her shop @oneblushingbride and I cannot say enough great things about her. She is not only incredibly talented and sweet but she is easily one of my favorite vendors to work with. With all of the issues that I had with my dress and the bridal shop I had trouble deciding on which veil to get and went back and forth several times. Alisha was always understanding and patiently worked with me and she even talked me down off of the ledge several times. She has been a true Godsend and customized a beautiful creation just for me to match my dress perfectly. It’s honestly my favorite part of my entire wedding attire now. We worked together every step of the way to create this custom designed piece for less than half of what the bridal shop wanted to charge me. She matched the dress perfectly sending various free samples so I could see them in person and the intricate beading all along the entire edge of the veil is simply amazing. We went with a waltz length because I wanted to be able to wear it the whole day (which I’m so happy I did now because it is seriously gorgeous and I never want to take it off). Once we decided on all of the details I had my gorgeous veil in hand within a week (and it came from California and I live in NY) I could go on and on about how amazing the experience with Alisha really is but check her out and see for yourself.
