We’re so happy with the veil, she was so helpful to insure the right color and length. We were on an extremely tight time line and she made sure we received it quickly. She also took the time to give us instructions on steaming and storage. It’s even more beautiful in person. It’s an exceptional veil! I highly recommend!!!!

I had so many compliments on them and seriously I absolutely adored them. Our photographer even commented that they were stunning and that she had never seen any like it! Yahoooooo!! Alisha was absolutely wonderful to work with. I felt so valued in her care! I had previously received a veil from a different company that I wasn’t happy with…. 3 weeks before my wedding!!! I let her know my situation and concerns and she took the time to learn about the style of veil I had previously and what I didn’t like about it. She asked for pictures of my dress and gave her recommendations and made me feel so confident in the styles I was loving. She took time out of her day to take videos of different veils she had on hand and was able to custom make mine before my wedding 🥹 It was the first time in my entire wedding experience where I didn’t feel like just another dollar sign and really felt like she cared about making sure I was happy with my decisions and was always so kind and considerate. I contacted Alisha a week from needing the detachable wings to see if it was possible. She was not only accommodating but also customized them exactly the way I wanted. She was a pleasure to work with and the detachable wings were exactly what I envisioned!! I highly recommend Alisha and her product!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Alisha. I wanted custom ombre blue bridal wings to add a little bit of dreaminess and whimsy to my traditional bridal gown. She responded very quickly, within a few hours during our many emails. She was very kind and helpful, helping me figure out which clips would go best with my dress. The bridal wings were gorgeous. I made quite a stir when I wore them to the fitting -- the staff at the bridal shop had never seen anything like them and everyone wanted to come over and get a better look. My wedding photographers were also obsessed. In all of their weddings, they said these were a first. My photographer's face actually lit up when we took them out of the dress bag. She couldn't wait to play around with them in the pictures. Unfortunately, due to some issues with another vendor running late, we didn't have time to get all of the photos with the bridal wings that we wanted to (she had so many ideas). But we still got some great ones. Alisha truly went above and beyond. She is very kind and she helped to make me feel beautiful in my dress (when I first contacted her I was not very happy with it and was having doubts). I was really stressed out as I had felt pressured by expectations to get something traditional, and pressured by the store to buy something that day. I was really upset and convinced that I had wasted $3000 on a dress that didn't feel like me. After going back and forth with her I felt so much better, even more so once I actually had the wings. Weddings are stressful and a lot of vendors pressure you into spending more. This was not the case with Alisha. She was very transparent on pricing and her prices were fair. I highly recommend working with her!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Alisha! For one of my husband's wedding gifts, I wanted to get my veil embroidered with a line from a note he wrote me, in his handwriting. After finding Alisha, I knew she was the best person for the job. Not only was Alisha so kind, open, and warm during the process, but she also absolutely killed it! It was everything I wanted and more. Her communication with me throughout the entire process was outstanding and she made sure I was updated on everything. I stumbled across Alisha on Etsy when I favourited one of her veils. She reached out to me personally with a message that was not one of those copy paste ones that she sends to everyone. This was directly to me. That should have been my first clue! Alisha was my FAVOURITE vendor to work with for my wedding. She was sweet, supportive, honest and just incredibly lovely to work with. I had no clue what I wanted so Alisha sent me samples and even veils to try on and walked me through the whole entire process. What Alisha created for me was incredible. She was able to match my dress from a totally different country and she took my view and ran with it. My husband’s childhood dog died shortly after our engagement and it crushed him to not have her there. Alisha was talented and kind enough to embroider Darby’s likeness onto the veil. It was incredibly special for my husband and his whole family - it definitely brought some tears! I’m almost sad the process is over, I loved working with Alisha and I wish I had more excuses to do it! If you’re not sure about ordering through her, stop wondering and do it! She’s so worth it. Alisha was so great to work with start to finish! I ordered some free samples which helped me get an idea for the color and lace pattern and compare those to my dress. Alisha also looked at photos of my dress and provided some recommendations of what she thought would work well with the style. Once I picked out my veil length, color, lace pattern, and hair comb color Alisha sent me a custom listing for my one of a kind veil at a very reasonable price. I thought that was pretty special to get exactly what I was looking for for my big day and support a small women owned business. It arrived so fast and was so beautiful. I was so nervous about getting a veil, but the style and length not only worked perfectly for the beach, but really rounded out the look and made me feel beautiful! Thank you so much Alisha!

I cannot say enough great things about Alisha! I found Alisha on Etsy and I knew right when I saw her shop, I wanted her to make my veil! I had a vision for a black ombre veil & since I saw she had experience with embellishments and dye, I gave it a shot! Alisha was always super quick to get back to me! we started talking about my custom order so often, we eventually communicated via text! Alisha would send me updates here and there with pictures documenting her test trials with the fabric I choose. She was making sure the dye was fading properly so that the ombre would be perfected before she made my veil. I am so happy I went with Alisha! All of her work is verstile and unique. Looking through her shop you can see the many different brides Alisha has been able to create for! I loved that I found someone who wasn’t afraid to try something different and I am more than happy with how my veil came out! My heart still skips a beat when I look at our wedding photos. My veil really tied in our wedding theme (we had an all black dress code, with the exception of our wedding party in color) and this accessory was the key factor that brought my vision to life!

I’m so lucky and happy I crossed paths with Alisha through Etsy. I was completely unsure what kind of veil matches my dress and was randomly browsing veils on Etsy. Alisha reached out and was very knowledgeable about veils, gave me her time to explain what would work for my dress even though I had not said I would purchase anything from her. It was in the final month before my wedding when I found out that the veil that I had chosen for my big day had been discontinued. I just knew that I would walk down the aisle without one. A friend of mine suggested that I search Etsy and I hit the jackpot! Alisha came to the rescue and delivered the most perfect veil for my big day! The color was a perfect match and the length was perfect as well. Not sure how she made it happen by just looking at a photo of my dress, but she did! Truly an angel sent to help me! I went from not being very excited about my veil and half-heartedly looking around to bouncing in excitement when it came in. It matched my dress perfectly and I got so many compliments on it! She was extremely helpful from sending samples so I could see them in person next to my dress to helping figure out how to measure and decide a length. I just received my cathedral veil with a blusher and it is beautiful! Alisha is so fun to work with. I am so grateful my friend referred her (she also got her veil here). Wow. I didn't want a traditional veil, but I was hoping for a "bridal accessory" that would still be "special." I researched for hours & finally settled on a cape. Now, I affectionately refer to it as my "God cape" - it was the one & only non-negotiable sweet splurge in celebration of our nuptials) - and I'm absolutely blown away with Alisha's beautiful custom creation that she made. Alisha was amazing to work with. So kind, considerate & just one of those beautiful spirits that radiates with peace (even though she was on the other side of the country). After reading her shop description on Etsy, I knew that I was in good hands. After several emails & careful consideration, Elisha helped me pick out the most perfect fabric & customized it so that it would sit on my shoulders at the perfect level, dipping just right in the back. And my goodness - the way Alisha prays for her brides, their marriages & families during the process was just the sweetest & most considerate gesture I've ever seen from any vendor, anywhere. Her prayers helped give me the confidence to walk down the aisle knowing that no matter the virus, the families doubts, the challenges & tough times, all was well with my soul and my heart was at peace. And I received so many compliments! Everyone wanted to know the story behind my "God cape." If I could've slept in it without ruining it, I would've. Alisha & her shop were absolutely wonderful. The cape was the perfect length, fabric and style. And working with Alisha was an amazing experience. The best part though - was getting to know her as a person. I know I'll always have another sister out there, who's heart is just as beautiful as the accessories she creates. This cape is so utterly priceless & special now - it's something I envision that I'll wrap our first child in at some point. I'm selling everything else. But this cape will stay in our family tree forever.

So I never really thought of a veil as too important of an accessory until I saw Meghan Markle’s and thought wow I want a beautiful showstopper like that and so began my search for the perfect wedding veil. I came across Alisha and her shop @oneblushingbride and I cannot say enough great things about her. She is not only incredibly talented and sweet but she is easily one of my favorite vendors to work with. With all of the issues that I had with my dress and the bridal shop I had trouble deciding on which veil to get and went back and forth several times. Alisha was always understanding and patiently worked with me and she even talked me down off of the ledge several times. She has been a true Godsend and customized a beautiful creation just for me to match my dress perfectly. It’s honestly my favorite part of my entire wedding attire now. We worked together every step of the way to create this custom designed piece for less than half of what the bridal shop wanted to charge me. She matched the dress perfectly sending various free samples so I could see them in person and the intricate beading all along the entire edge of the veil is simply amazing. We went with a waltz length because I wanted to be able to wear it the whole day (which I’m so happy I did now because it is seriously gorgeous and I never want to take it off). Once we decided on all of the details I had my gorgeous veil in hand within a week (and it came from California and I live in NY) I could go on and on about how amazing the experience with Alisha really is but check her out and see for yourself. Right after I contacted Alisha she offered to send me samples for the veil, which helped me narrow down the lace detail and color. I never thought I would be buying a veil online without seeing it in person. But Alisha was AMAZING to work with and I truly felt I was in good hands. She was extremely responsive and sooo sweet, you can definitely feel the enthusiasm and love Alisha has for her job! I loved that I was supporting a small business and that I will be wearing a custom veil which was in my price range. I could not recommend Alisha enough!!!

My veil is beautiful! I have looked in shops, but could not find the perfect veil to go with my gown. Alisha gave me a beautiful cathedral veil that I could choose the tulle color, length, beading style, and lace style for less than the veils in store. She is very professional and responsive. My veil was at my door in a few days as well before my bridal portraits.

Any questions I had she always answered either within the day or the next day and was always positive and enthusiastic with her responses. You can really tell she absolutely loves what she does.
