day. The space was just the right size for our intimate wedding (under 100 guests). Everything fit seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that wasn't too crowded or empty – just perfect. The venue was a gorgeous blank pallet for our design/decor. Parker, with whom I communicated most often, was a delight to work with. She was incredibly easy to reach and talk to, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The contract was straightforward and easy to understand, reflecting the professionalism of the One Eleven East team. Getting married at One Eleven East was a joy, and my partner and I couldn't be happier with our choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed space for their wedding.

en more magical during sunset and at night. Parker was so easy to work with and we loved working with Blue Events & Co. with the all inclusive package. All of our guests kept commenting about how beautiful and cool the venue is and they loved having everything all in one place. We really appreciated the flexibility with adding an extra hour for our rental, working with us to secure a rehearsal time and allowing us to get the acrylic sign we rented the day before so that we could have it prepared before the wedding day. The wedding was last weekend and again, it could not have been more perfect or more beautiful!!

t having to do a whole room flip. 1. The space: So gorgeous! Lots of natural light and a beautiful backdrop that doesn’t require you to have a ton of decor. But you can also make any decor POP against all the bright white! We had about 110 guests attend our wedding. It never felt cramped. I was worried it might during cocktail hour in the courtyard, but even with a coffee cart & bar I never felt overcrowded! Also I appreciated how they make the restrooms accessible from the courtyard as well. We had quite a few kiddos/babies attend our wedding and it made it easy for parents to slip in and out if needed. The layout of this venue was the perfect flow for our afternoon wedding! 2. The staff: Crystal was wonderful help giving me a tour and walking me through the booking process! Parker was my main venue contact during the planning process and she was awesome! Always answered my questions right away and was a great help during my walkthrough by providing floorplan ideas. I appreciate how kind, detail oriented, and prompt each lady of their staff is :) 3. Pricing: I had given up on being able to afford a Saturday wedding, but One Eleven East was very reasonable with their pricing. Especially with all that they include in the venue rental package. Even their add on rentals were very well priced in comparison to outsourcing rentals. 4. Parking: I was worried parking would be an issue for guests since it’s located in Hutto’s downtown square, but there was plenty of spaces and I didn’t know of any guests having trouble 5. Vendors: catering is the only vendor they require you to use their preferred, but I highly recommend booking with some of their other preferred vendors! They already had a great relationship with the venue and knowledge of the space. It made setup and tear down day of SEAMLESS. I used Hanks catering, Pop & Drop streamers, Hannah Zahner Beauty, Creature Coffee, and Peak Beverage. Couldn’t rave more about each one! The only con I had was that the groom’s suite is right next to the bridal suite in the loft (making it more difficult to hide before seeing each other) So the groom/groomsmen got ready off site while the bridal party took over the whole loft upstairs. But guys don’t require much to get ready so no big deal! Overall, this venue is lovely and our guests had nothing but positives to say about it! I’m so happy we got married here!!!

o is a sweet area with lots of opportunities for great photos, and it's easy to get to from surrounding cities. We loved the exposed brick, historic hardwood floors, gorgeous natural lighting, and industrial elements. It's a naturally beautiful venue and can fit many different aesthetics/wedding themes. We had a wonderful experience with the venue manager and our coordinator, too. They were both incredibly responsible and helpful throughout the entire process. There is an excellent range of catering options to choose from, too. We chose Maudie's and it was perfect for our day. I can't recommend One Eleven East enough!

The only reason I am putting 3 stars instead of 5 is not because of the physical venue itself, but because when I toured the venue they gave me their top recommendation for a caterer and gushed about them. I ended up booking that caterer and at one point before the wedding I received an email that OEE was no longer using that caterer, mind you I already paid $3500 to the caterer already. Because I had already signed my contract they let me keep the caterer, but I automatically had concerns about having them now that OEE removed them from their allowed list. 2 weeks out from the wedding there was some very obvious tension between OEE and the catering company-which I understand due to them no longer working together, but for us to be put in the middle of it 2 weeks out from our wedding caused a lot of stress on top of the normal amount leading up the the big day (we even had a planner). I wish that the whole situation was handled differently-and it just left us with a bad taste in our mouths that the professionals between the two companies couldn’t be professional and continued to bad mouth each other. Ultimately the wedding day came and went and everything was beautiful and it seemed they put their differences aside the day of which we are thankful for!

We rented the entire space and it was perfect for our out of town guests, being just north of Austin. We loved the historical building, but with a beautiful white canvas inside to truly make it our own. Everyone at One Eleven was helpful, kind and professional. I would book other non-wedding events here in the future!!

This unfortunately is where this venue fell short for us (and was the only downfall as everything else about this place is fantastic!) because the skylight room was extremely hot on the day of our wedding. During the ceremony it was a hot box, which makes sense with the sun on a hot June day so we held hope it would cool by the time our reception started and the sun set but had no luck. This was a bummer because it kept people from our dance floor since it was such a hot room and the main hall was significantly cooler. If planning a summer wedding here I would just keep that in mind as no one gave us a heads up on this and I truly did not expect it to be sooo hot for us and our guests (which was <80 guests). It obviously wouldn't change the heat but we could have planned better with this in mind. Regardless, we had an amazing wedding and working with this venue was 10/10! They were very communicative and professional in all aspects. Their recommended vendors were also all so amazing!

I loved the flexibility we were able to have and our guests raved about the beautiful space. The staircase is a showstopper! I would get merrier here 100 times over!

From the bar, the getting ready suites, the two different indoor spaces and the outdoor space, it fit our aesthetic perfectly I would absolutely recommend One Eleven East for any event space!

The venue has two large rooms, a well-kept outdoor space, two get-ready rooms, a full bathroom upstairs, a kitchen, and built-in bar. They are always making enhancements to the space to make it even better for the next couple. The only “con” I can think of is that some of our guests said it was easy to miss because it is in downtown Hutto in a historic strip where every building looks the same and there isn’t a lot of signage.

From providing advice on how to communicate with vendors, COVID support in making everyone feel safe, and providing so many amazing vendor recommendations, we couldn't have had our day feel as seamless as it did if it weren't for her. We had read so many wonderful reviews about One Eleven and Allison prior to booking, and they're all true. They're the best there is. Full stop.

Kaitlyn was our contact pre-wedding, and was always happy to answer any question we had. Parker, the staff onsite during the wedding, was awesome. We were very happy with our interactions with them, as well as Fallon, who we know will take One Eleven above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for more, we really loved this place. Some things to note that weren't cons for us, but I think others might like to know: - there are many things available to add on, such as lounge set, cocktail tables, etc, through the venue, but all are an additional fee; there are fees for cleaning, extra tables, chair flip, etc - parking at the venue was all public parking, and because we were married on Halloween, the street in front of the venue was closed for a festival; this ended up not being too big of a deal but we didn't receive a heads up until about a week before our event

. Once we saw how charming and open it was, we immediately withdrew from the previous venue and booked them. The white walls and the classic wood floors were the perfect fit for our vision. From booking the venue, to the day of the wedding - the staff at One Eleven East were so professional and easy to work with. We can't recommend this location enough.

accents, it provides the perfect scene to truly let your decor shine. However, if minimal is your vibe, you don't need to do much decorating as the venue is beautiful on its own. The ceremony room has a large skylight that allows for the perfect amount of natural lighting to shine through. The back courtyard is secluded and intimate, perfect for an outdoor cocktail ceremony. And the farmhouse tables that come with the venue are so beautiful on their own that there's no need to cover them up with tablecloths. I really wanted to get married in Austin but due to the outrageous prices we decided to look outside the city and I'm so glad we did. One Eleven East was very affordable and comes with tables and chairs for up to 120 guests. (This is very unheard of as most venues will charge you extra for that). They are also very flexible and will let you bring in your own alcohol versus having to purchase it through them or a caterer. The only stipulation is that it has to be served by a TABC certified bartender but that's very typical and understandable for liability reasons. The space was perfect for the number of guests we had (140), however, the courtyard was a pretty tight fit and my guests overflowed into the back ally. Also, the bridal and groom suites are fairly small. They are also right next door to one another making it difficult to hide the bride from the groom if doors are opening frequently. We decided to get ready elsewhere as it would have been a tight squeeze with me, 4 bridesmaids, two moms, a H&MU team, and a photographer. Although my planner had a difficult time determining the flow of the wedding due to the separation of rooms, I thought everything went accordingly. However, leading up to the big day, it was difficult to communicate with the venue. The original venue manager we had been in communications with left and the new girl didn't know much about the venue so we had to speak with the owner. She was kind and helpful, but it did get confusing towards the end trying to coordinate everything. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the venue to others!

my hometown was so special to me. We had a lot of changes due to COVID but One Eleven East was the only constant that kept my sanity. They were communicative through the whole process and made everything flow flawlessly. I couldn't imagine having my dream wedding anywhere else.

From day one Allison (the venue's manager) kindly answered our every question and helped us make the day our own. Even when covid hit and we were uncertain of what that would look like she walked us through every step of the way. When our big day arrived everything went smooth except for one thing,.. Our food truck didn't arrive. I wish I could say I didn't sweat, but I did for a hot second. Que Allison; she wasn't our wedding coordinator but she stepped in and immediately came up with a plan B, assured us all would be okay, and carried it all out seamlessly. I don't know if it is too soon, but I want to be her bff (haha!) Even as we were walking out I was so happy to give her a hug and thank her it almost brought me to tears. Alllll of this to say have your wedding here. It is worth every penny and more!

up to date on COVID-19 policies and making sure everyone was safe, while also having the best time. The venue is beautiful and minimalistic. It is beautiful as is or can be easily transformed into any aesthetic you want to achieve. I cannot recomendable One Eleven East enough.

However, what's really amazing about 111 is the team. We unfortunately got married in the midst of COVID and had to move our date. They couldn't have been kinder, more accommodating, or encouraging. We were originally getting married in April and they got us a date in June. The day was absolutely perfect and with our 45 guests, the space felt so full and cozy. I've seen larger weddings in this space that are gorgeous but people, THIS IS THE SPOT FOR INTIMATE WEDDINGS. Our guests had the absolute best time and were so impressed by how smooth the day was. The team here and at Studio 11 are game changers!

I was contacted by Ashley and she was so nice to work with and it was a pleasure meeting with her. Ashley treated me and my assistant with kindness and professionalism and showed us around when we arrived. I felt she trusted us once we arrived. I was so stunned by the natural beauty of the white brick walls, the old wood floors, and the natural light the venue receives as this a photographers dream. The bride and grooms rooms are stunning and I will say that is not always the case from some other venues I have photographed at. My client was blown away and loved her photos. Me and my wife want to renew our vows for our 10th anniversary and this is a location we are seriously considering. I can't thank Ashley enough for all her help and communications.

It is a big beautiful industrial loft space that is truly the most perfect blank canvas for a modern wedding day. The site coordinators and owners gave us such useful information and vendors lists that we ended up using on the wedding day and because the space is so perfect, it required very little need to decorate. They provided tables and chairs as part of the rental fee and also gave us the opportunity to come in for a bridal shoot. While me and my husband live in Austin, most of our family and friends were traveling from out of town, and we wanted to choose a venue that wouldn't be difficult for anyone to get to. They were so accommodating with our every question and request and truly were such a joy to work with. We are so blessed to be one of the One Eleven couples and will forever cherish our memories at the perfect venue.

We met with Ashley and she was the first one to actually ask about us as a couple and individuals - not just potential paying clients. She wanted to know about how we met, our proposal story, and was just genuinely interested in US. It was so refreshing and immediately put me at ease that this venue would care of us. I'm pretty sure we put a hold on a date right then and there. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. With wood floors , bright white brick walls, and an incredible marble bar, it was just the right combination of classic and modern. The Skylight Room, which we used for our ceremony was the perfect size for our 125 person wedding. It felt intimate but not crowded which is exactly what we wanted. The courtyard out back was perfect for our cocktail hour and for guests to relax in during the reception. Aside from the incredible venue, the people at One Eleven are really what made our day the best ever. We lucked out when One Eleven launched their in-house coordinating studio, Studio Eleven, a few months after we booked our big day. Studio Eleven is led by the incredible Allison, a former One Eleven bride (and let me say having someone who knows the ins and outs of a venue as a former bride was such a plus! ), and she exceeded all of our expectations. I really felt like I had no idea what I was doing half the time, but Allison was always there to reassure and comfort me that we were on track and everything would be taken care of. She even helped us coordinate our off-site rehearsal dinner which was WAY beyond her call of duty! When your coordinator cares and takes care of you as if you were family, you know that you're in good hands. After many months of stress and planning, our day was the perfect celebration of love and without the teams at both One Eleven East and Studio Eleven, it would not have been possible. Long story short, if you want a breathtaking venue filled with people who will do everything they can to give you the wedding of your dreams, One Eleven is the place for you!

They added a HUGE bridal suite that is relaxing, roomy, and has a kitchen and bathroom. My daughter's wedding was spectacular and I am so glad she picked One Eleven East!
