I wasn’t even sure what I wanted but I knew what I did NOT want and she was so patient with me during my appointment. She was able to piece together all the things I liked on certain dresses that I was trying on and the last dress was THE ONE. I only had 9 months between purchasing the dress and my big day so it was going to be a time crunch. My dress was late to come in but Rebekah reassured me with such patience and professionalism that everything was going to be ok! Alterations were fast and perfect! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

fact, they asked me three questions about my special day and showed little interest in learning more. I expected the sales person to be more engaged with their client and had hoped to feel special while dress shopping. They may carry a few luxury designers, however the customer service delivery experience does not align with what the word “luxury”. They actually tried to sell me an I’ll-fitting dress and suggested to alter the back of the dress “to sort of” make it fit, and that it didn’t matter what it looked like because the dress had a cape to cover the area where the “sort of altered area” would be located. No thank you….a place that offers this kind of suggestion is not high ranking. Next stop will be a small wedding boutique shop that actually cares and shows interest in the bride’s special day, and their wishes.

Heather, my bridal consultant, was patient and worked to find the perfect dress for me, my mom, and my grandma. Lynn was great with our alterations. I couldn't recommend OEE more!

my dress listened to my style and interests and found a couple different dresses to help me determine the one that was the best fit. They also stayed within my budget and were so accommodating with me when I had an idea to make an addition to the dress. They helped bring my vision to life and the seamstress Lynn is an absolute DELIGHT! She created the most beautiful and ingenious bustle for my ballgown dress that was too heavy for a regular bustle. She went above and beyond making my dress wedding day ready. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to any bride!

ed. Fiancée went back to the store to look at other dresses and was told by sales people that a refund was not an option. Fiancée was forced into settling on a show room dress that she ultimately did not what. After multiple attempts to return the dress and get her money back the Bridal Manager lied and tried to say that she said we could have had our money back before selecting the second dress. If getting our money back was an option then, why is it still not the case now? She settled on a show room dress, we would understand if the shop had spent money to obtain the dress specially for us. That was not the case. One Enchanted Evening could not provide us with what she wanted. We will be telling everyone we know to not shop at One Enchanted Evening.

ange. However, when my wedding dress arrived and I went for my fitting, my dress did not fit. The staff took my measurements and told me that I had gained weight and my bust had increased two inches (all of which was not accurate). When I questioned whether or not they had possibly measured me wrong originally, they dismissed this and stated, “perhaps you are about to start your period and are bloated.” The staff offered a few solutions for my dress concerns, like ordering me a swatch of fabric in the same color as my dress. However, they never did this and when I called on the status of fabric swatch, they stated “it was never ordered.” Although I ended up getting my dress concerns resolved from a private seamstress, I’m sad to say that I would not recommend this vendor.

when my dress was so tight I couldn’t walk or sit. My seamstress (Lynn) was wonderful but ended up measuring me 2 inches smaller than I was when they originally ordered me my dress. I was stuck paying for all these alterations to fix it and didn’t even receive an apology for THEIR mistake. Thank goodness Lynn was able to fix my dress. But do not go here. They do not care about brides. Only about money.

ebecca seriously gave it her all and knew I had found a dress we would have to beat. The only reason, I didnt give the store 5 stars is because there absolutely needs to be better separation between prom/homecoming dresses and bridal dresses. We went on a Sunday and I highly recommend not going on a weekend. There were some many high school women dress shopping and arguments between daughters and moms. It was absolute mayhem. The store did try there best at keeping prom/hocco on one side and bridal on the other but there were so many high schoolers that they would sneak over to use the bridal mirrors. The three way mirrors are also farther away from where my family was sitting so it may have been nice if we started off over there? My 80 year old grandma couldn't focus because it was so busy and loud. I used to love this store =( I think this could all be fixed if there was more of a barrier to create a more private shopping experience. I did love they were open on Sundays and there is tons of space for lots of guests if thats what you want. EDIT: My mom ended up going back to get a mother-of-the-bride dress. She had the most wonderful stylist who helped her find a dress she absolutely loved! I live far away so I couldn't go with her and it was great hearing how happy she was after. The wedding was in July and they said they would have the dress in by the end of June at the latest. Around mid - June we started getting worried about it not coming in on time. We made ONE call to ask about the status of the dress... We had the most awful woman answer the phone. She was extremely rude to my mom saying the promised by the end of June the dress would be in and they will be the ones to call. I totally understand that they probably get far too many calls like this and it gets annoying. Now fast forward to the beginning of JULY and we still DO NOT have a dress. I called in to see what the status was. They (a significantly much nicer woman) said they would call us in a few days after checking in with the designer. No callback. So we call OEE again several days past when they should have called us. The dress was miraculously in... My mom and I both felt that the dress was most likely in the entire time and they are just unorganized and failed to call us. Then came the alterations... We have the angry lady again... She now tells us they can't do the alterations we requested when we bought the dress. After a fight, they did them and we got them back in time and the seamstress was soooo kind. So despite the angry lady on the phone, just keep calling to make sure it comes in on time because despite what she had to say they probably wouldn't have called us. Mistakes happen and I get that. I honestly wouldn't be this angry if the woman on the phone was so unprofessional. Also, One enchanted evening, you have so many complaints about this person's phone presence (wedding wire, the knot, google, etc) ... why is she still working there? My previous review was 4/5 stars and this experience really soured it and ultimately, we will not be recommending OEE to anyone.

place my 4 girlfriends would get their bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses! They have the most beautiful selection! It was so hard to choose what bridal gown to get because they’re all amazing but with the help of one of the girls working there, i ended up with the perfect dress!!

ur style. My appointment began with me showing a list of 10+ dresses to my consultant that looked like my style. My consultant stated none of those dresses were in the shop (although they were all designers in the store), and then said I could pick out any dresses on the rack that looked interesting in order to try on. My consultant did not help with picking out dresses after I showed her what style I was looking for. It was extremely overwhelming because a consultant should be helping you find your dream dress. I was put into a dress that was skin tight when I specified I did not want a skin tight dress. The consultant stated that the dress was new and that she wanted to see the dress on a real body. That did not make me feel valued at all. Also, my consultant was very passive aggressive towards my guests which made everyone feel uncomfortable.

After describing the venue, our wedding theme, and type of dress I was looking for, Alyssa, the consultant who helped me, picked out a dress that was everything I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend her and OEE!

ur that we were allotted. Once I picked a dress that my daughter (and my husband) approved of Suzanne took my measurements. She went over all the information with me then sent me off to purchase it. The only thing that would have made the experience a little better is if I could have had a little more time and not felt a little rushed toward the end of the hour. Also, it would have been nice to have been in an area of the salon with less traffic. Over all, though, it was a good experience.

There is a large selection of beautiful gowns here and I even found my dream dress thanks to Amanda! She went above and beyond for me and I am so happy I went here to get my dress. ed it in the wrong color and did an absolutely horrible job in trying to resolve the issue and address my frustrations as a customer. I was left with no wedding dress within 5 months of my wedding. Linda, the owner is incredibly rude and combative. The store does NOT apologize for their mistakes and does not care if you are a customer at all. The mistake they made with my dress was an honest but very wrong mistake. The way they handled the situation, spoke to me and resolved it was UNACCEPTABLE. Linda yelled and combatted me over the phone and complained about having to resolve my dress issue when it was their mistake to begin with. I also had to call repeatedly to get my refund back. My heart aches for any girl who ever goes into this store as I never want my experience to happen to anyone else. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE AND GIVE THEM BUSINESS. This is a disgrace of a business and a disgrace to the Pittsburgh wedding and formal community. Please note that they offer discounts for people to do google reviews on them in their store which is why you see several positive ones here and on Google. PLEASE listen to the negative reviews and save your wedding, your prom, your special day and do not go here!!!

get out of work at a decent hour & they basically forced us to buy the most expensive dresses. I tried to explain my experience & concerns on the phone to owner, but never received a call back from her. The manager (Kim) and other employees that I spoke to on the phone shrugged it off and acted like nothing happened and acted like they gave us the best service ever....NOT! I can afford the dresses but I honestly feel like I was robbed. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
