Their response time for email inquiries was impressive, prices were very reasonable (You also may be lucky and may be able to catch an off-the-rack option!) I could go on forever. Even though I live farther away and could have them ship my dress to me to make things easier, I am excited to go back and try my dress on in my actual size and work with them again! Wayne to have my own bridal experience with OFD! My consultant was Gabi and she was unbelievable. She was so supportive, listened to what I was wanting, so great with my entourage, and a straight up hype woman when we all knew I put on “the one.” The entire team made us all feel so welcome and helped ease so many nerves going into such a big decision like this! I would go back to OFD a million times over. They helped make this part of wedding planning so enjoyable!

I left that day feeling confident in my choice of dress and bridal boutique. OFD does not offer alterations at their site, but they have recommendations for seamstresses in the area. Another great thing about OFD is they store your dress on site until your wedding day! This is a huge relief for someone getting married out of town and without a ton of safe storage space for my dress. After I bought my dress, I had a few questions regarding alterations, so Lexi and crew made it their mission and suggested alterations. I can tell the OFD bridal crew really cares about their clients. I would 100% recommend OFD!!!

I wasn’t having any luck in Cincinnati. The trip was more than worth it! Alex was absolutely amazing and so kind - she was so easy to talk to. It meant so much to me that she sat down with me to get a vision of my wedding day and what it was I was looking for in a dress. I could tell that she was genuinely interested in my input and she really listened because the first gown I tried on was the one! I felt so confident in everything I tried on due to how encouraging she was. If I didn’t like a gown, she took it into consideration to help me find others. I went in with a specific style in mind, and she made me step out of my comfort zone to try on a different style, and I’m so glad she did because I ended up liking a style I was against. Although I didn’t go with that new style, I’m so appreciative it opened up my options to a few other gowns I wouldn’t have considered trying on. I had so much fun, and I even got lucky enough to have the entire place to myself! I cannot recommend One Fine Day enough, and I can’t wait to go back when it’s my best friend’s turn to say yes to the dress!

When Lexi and I started trying on dresses, I let her know what I was interested in and not interested in! Lexi asked my family and friends to pull dresses for me! It turned out that the very first dress that Lexi brought into the room that I tried on, is my dress! I tried on a couple more but couldn’t get the first dress out of my had so Lexi had me get back into the first dress and she got me all glammed out and I knew! Lexi was great and very helpful throughout the entire process! Everyone there is great!!

I came in for my appointment a few weeks later and again was greeted like I was family. I had the pleasure of working with Emily. Talk about a sweetheart! We tried on a few gowns and I wasn't getting that "feeling". We finally decided to pull the dress I could not get out of my head. I put it on and we instantly knew it was the one. I had no problem spending the extra money on that dress because of how beautiful it was and also how I was treated within this boutique. I never once felt any pressure to buy anything. After saying yes to the dress I was measured by Autumn and we shared lots of laughs. I felt like we had been friends forever because she is so friendly and you can tell she truly cares about every person who walks through that door. Today I went back to look for accessories during the Super Sample Sale and once again Autumn and her team went above and beyond to help. She actually remembered my name from a few weeks ago when I bought my dress. That really impressed me. Plus I love that fact that her mom helps out there! I can tell where Autumn gets her big heart from just from the few times I have met them. I would recommend this place to anyone on the planet. Going into the shop is such a nice and welcoming experience and I really felt like my consultant (Gabby) listened to what I was looking for and really understood everything I was saying. Autumn and her team also understood my vision for changing my dress in alterations and created the dress of my dreams, all while assuring me that the changes I envisioned would be easy and totally reversible if I changed my mind. I felt very comfortable leaving my dress at the store through the entire process because they seemed to be on top of everything and very organized. I HIGHLY recommend One Fine Day!

Out all of the appointments, One Fine Day made me feel the best and had a really elevated experience that the other salons did not have. After all of my appointments, I knew I wanted to purchase my dress at Once Fine Day - even though another salon had my dress where I live! I was upfront about my timeline and budget and Allison was up for the challenge. We had a six month engagement and everyone had told me I wouldn't be able to get a dress. I did get lucky that my dress was going in on a stock order in the size I needed but, it is possible so don't stress. Allison only showed me what we could in time for our April 29th wedding. She helped me narrow down options and what I loved is if I wasn't comfortable, we didn't have to go show my family and friends that were with us, if I didn't want too. I was in a dress I liked a lot- we had found the shape and style but I wasn't comfortable with how I felt yet. Allison went and pulled a dress for me and it was the one I wore to marry my husband! Allison was patient, listened, and didn't pressure me to make the decision that day. I fell in love with that dress the day I tried it on but what Sarah the seamstress did made me fall in love with how I looked and felt in the dress. By the end of my dress fittings, Sarah felt like a friend. She has such an eye for detail and made a dress that fit, fit beautifully. I had several people at our wedding tell me the dress looked like it was made for me and honestly it was because of the hours Sarah spent making it fit me like it was made just for me. I wouldn't have thought a dress could make me feel like this one did!
