ary since we were having a relatively small wedding. Looking back, hiring Aleka was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her. She did so much behind the scenes leading up to the wedding, including communicating with vendors, reviewing contracts, coordinating timelines, and making sure every detail was accounted for. She was always easy to reach, incredibly responsive, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire planning process. Aleka was also present at our rehearsal and made both me and the entire wedding party feel confident about how everything would flow on the big day. She answered questions, kept everyone organized, and helped ease any nerves we had. On the wedding day itself, she was absolutely invaluable. She was always nearby to make sure I was doing okay, to handle any issues that arose, grab anything we needed, and ensure everything stayed on schedule. Because of her, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the logistics. I could not have asked for a better coordinator than Aleka. She went above and beyond in every way, and I am so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day perfect. I would recommend her to any couple without hesitation.
