They got in touch with our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, and they improvised flawlessly when we forgot to bring a couple of decor items, keeping to the theme and completing our event vision. From setup to teardown they worked tirelessly the day of. We highly recommend Yadira and her team for your wedding coordination needs.

paid her almost a thousand dollars to do literally nothing. I gave her the walkthrough for the ceremony a month in advance and it seemed like she didn’t even read it. The rehearsal was chaotic and the wedding even more so. Although she was given the timeline of events she did not bother to keep things on track AT ALL. Our photographer had to get everyone together for the grand entrance after I, the bride, mentioned that it should be starting soon. The DJ had to get the party in order for the grand entrance as well as Yadira was asking me what the order should be - mind you - all of this was given to her in advance. We wouldn’t have remembered to do the cake cutting had our photographer not pulled us together for it. I’m extremely disappointed that things went so wrong on such a special day because of her incompetence. I’m so thankful for our DJ and photographer for picking up the slack.

Having Yadira to help us on the wedding day really put my mind at ease because she is so dedicated, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Although my husband and I only booked her for day-of services, there is no doubt in my mind that she would be an excellent choice for any couple needing more in-depth wedding planning. Yadira helped us out with her full service wedding planning. She was always quick to respond when I had questions no matter what time of day and I felt comfortable discussing different ideas with her. Backyard weddings are not the easiest and she always had unique ideas for the best ways to utilize the space. Yadira had suggested booking transportation for the wedding party for the day of the wedding and we had declined saying we would carpool; when we decided the week before the wedding that we actually did want a transportation service, she made it happen. Yadira was so accommodating throughout the entire process and definitely helped me keep my sanity! Our big day would not have been the same without her!

I was looking for a wedding planner to help me plan and take over while I was living far away. Most importantly, I was looking for someone that would take charge the DAY OF the wedding. I didn’t want to deal with any vendors, guests, or problems on the day of my wedding. I just wanted to relax and have fun. Yadira, the wedding planner, was very sweet and straight to the point. She answered all my questions. I knew after talking to her that we would work well together and that she could be trusted to help make my dream wedding come true. We scheduled a video chat to get to know each other more and talk about my ideas. I hired her for the Month of Wedding Planner. Even with the Month package that I choose, she would text and email me every month to see how I was doing with the planning. I really liked that about her. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to make sure that they are on track with everything. I liked that she was easy to get in touch with if you had any questions. She even had amazing referrals to cakes, flowers, and so much more. These referrals were affordable and were always within my budget. Since I was away, she was able to work with my parents and the vendors in San Diego. What impressed me the most is on the day of the wedding, she handled everything. I didn’t have to worry about the anything. She took care of the decorations at the church and the venue. She talked to all my vendors. All I had to do was look pretty and enjoy my wedding. Yadira and her team were amazing. They even cleaned up and organized all my things after the wedding reception. I’m so happy that I chose her. I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it.
