Yadira Vega was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was very detail oriented and helped solve problems that came up with our venue. I really appreciated her candor and can-do attitude and am so glad we hired her to do day-of-coordination. I have no idea how my reception and cocktail hour would have gotten set up without her and she and her assistant put everything together beautifully. I absolutely recommend her services, they are well worth it!

Not all heroes wear capes... but Yadira should add one to her wardrobe, because she's superwoman! She provided month- and day-of coordination for our wedding and the entire event was a dream come true. She coordinated multiple vendors and venues without a single hiccup and helped us with details we hadn't even thought of. She's so incredibly skilled at what she does that I left our very first planning meeting stress free, feeling completely reassured that she had it all handled. She was a pleasure to work with, easy going and kind, but also not afraid to chase off strangers trying to crash your ceremony photos! Do yourself a favor and hire her, then breathe a sigh of relief!

Thank you so much to Yadira for her day-of-coordinator services for my wedding in Temecula this past weekend! Thanks to her help, my wedding was an absolute success. She was so helpful in coordinating arrival times for my vendors the week of the wedding and she even helped us out during our rehearsal dinner. On the day of, she executed every single one of my requests for set-up and timeline perfectly. My dad, who is not easily impressed, had nothing but good things to say about her after the conclusion of the wedding. I am an extremely anxious Type-A person so I was super nervous about my wedding. Having Yadira to help us on the wedding day really put my mind at ease because she is so dedicated, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Although my husband and I only booked her for day-of services, there is no doubt in my mind that she would be an excellent choice for any couple needing more in-depth wedding planning. Yadira did a wonderful job! She had a couple assistants to make sure everything went perfectly and she was so hardworking and easy going! I can tell she really wanted my wedding day to be special and go as planned. The day was great with her help. After the wedding, she even stayed late to help pack up. She is very professional, personable, and thorough. I definitely recommend her for a day of wedding coordinator! She is great!

My husband and I hired Yadira as our day-of coordinator and she was the most perfect addition to our wedding and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! The amount of knowledge and connections she has about the wedding industry and vendors was IMMENSELY helpful during the entire planning process. Each time I talked to her on the phone I felt so understood and heard, and she constantly put me at ease when I felt overwhelmed with the process. Yadira was a star the day of our wedding! Her and her assistant made sure everything was taken care of and all vendors were on the same page. Yadira is the absolute best. We used her for the day of our wedding, but she checked in several times in between to make sure we were staying on track to provide information that would be beneficial to the day. The day of, she decorated beautifully and was calm, collected, and under control. Everything you would want in a coordinator. I would highly suggest Yadira any day!

Our wedding venue required day-of wedding coordination. We found Yadira and One Perfect Occasion and were pleased by the reasonable price point, as well as Yadira's friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. She and her assistant were punctual and generous, and we were appreciative of their time. We did run into some issues with communicating our expectations for the wedding, namely the ceremony audio and reception organization. However, the wedding was a success overall. Thank you, Yadira!

Yadira was so great throughout the whole wedding process. I hired her for day of coordinator services and she was thorough and very communicative. I felt very comforted knowing she was on top of everything!

I can’t say enough great things about Yadira and her team! Not only was she flexible and kind when we had to postpone our wedding a year due to covid, she made my wedding visions come to life better than I could myself! She was kind, patient, happy and took over everything for me the week before the wedding so I had zero worries day of! I could truly just enjoy the day and focus on my new husband and family. Yadira was awesome! With everything that happened because of COVID my reception was held at a different location than our Ceremony venue and I only had 2 months to find a Day of Planner. I reached out and Yadira was quick to respond with all the right information and continued to communicate throughout to answer any of the questions I had. She helped execute my vision with her team flawlessly. Everything went smoothly and turned out absolutely beautiful. I recommend a Day of coordinator for any bride but I would highly recommend Yadira if you are looking for someone who is on top of her stuff and extremely friendly. Thank you again for everything!!!

It was a pleasure to be able to work with Yadira! I think that all brides need a wedding planner to make sure that the wedding day runs as smoothly as possible and Yadira definitely did that for me. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding thanks to her hard work and professionalism. She also provided so much ease for me throughout the wedding planning process because she provided assistance and assurance that I very much needed as someone who was planning a wedding in a different state than where the wedding was going to be held. Yadira was even the person who fluffed up my train and veil as a I made my way down the aisle. I felt very much supported throughout the process and I can't recommend Yadira enough!

What a nice experience. Informed me when vendors were tripping up, helped set up and tore down. Completly took care of everything on my big day I had NO WORRIES. I would def. recommend! Wish I could get married again to work with her more!

Yadira went over and above to ensure everything was perfect and in place for our sons wedding. Including responding to many of my phone calls , emails regarding questions I had . It didn’t matter time or day :) The day of the wedding was flawless , and we all enjoyed the day without any stress what so ever . She was awesome and we highly recommend her for your special day .

Yadira was such a lifesaver throughout the whole process! My fiancee and I were planning a backyard wedding at his parent's property in San Diego and we were living out of state so Yadira helped us out with her full service wedding planning. She was always quick to respond when I had questions no matter what time of day and I felt comfortable discussing different ideas with her. Backyard weddings are not the easiest and she always had unique ideas for the best ways to utilize the space. Yadira had suggested booking transportation for the wedding party for the day of the wedding and we had declined saying we would carpool; when we decided the week before the wedding that we actually did want a transportation service, she made it happen. Yadira was so accommodating throughout the entire process and definitely helped me keep my sanity! Our big day would not have been the same without her!

Yadira is amazing. She has different packages to offer from Full Service (planning from start to end) and "Day Of" (starts 4 weeks before the wedding). I went with the "Day Of" route. She was great at maintaining the communication between all my vendors and I did not have to deal with any concerns. She really tried to understand my expectations and vision of my wedding with every conversation we had. Day of wedding there were decisions that needed to be decided due to venue limitations and I was too busy to attend to my phone, so I told Yadira "You know what I like and I trust your eye." She handled everything beautifully!

I had a very good experience with Yadira. She was alway available, I felt comfortable asking questions any time. I can honestly say she is very knowledgeable in all wedding stuff. She created my vision and more. The day of the event all was easy and relax thanks to her dealing with the vendors. I recommend One Perfect Occasion.

Do you want an organized, beautiful, and stress free wedding? Then you should hire ONE PERFECT OCCASION!!! It was a bit difficult planning for my wedding. At the time, I was living in Kalamazoo, MI. My wedding was to be held in San Diego, CA, where all my family and friends are from. I was looking for a wedding planner to help me plan and take over while I was living far away. Most importantly, I was looking for someone that would take charge the DAY OF the wedding. I didn’t want to deal with any vendors, guests, or problems on the day of my wedding. I just wanted to relax and have fun. Yadira, the wedding planner, was very sweet and straight to the point. She answered all my questions. I knew after talking to her that we would work well together and that she could be trusted to help make my dream wedding come true. We scheduled a video chat to get to know each other more and talk about my ideas. I hired her for the Month of Wedding Planner. Even with the Month package that I choose, she would text and email me every month to see how I was doing with the planning. I really liked that about her. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to make sure that they are on track with everything. I liked that she was easy to get in touch with if you had any questions. She even had amazing referrals to cakes, flowers, and so much more. These referrals were affordable and were always within my budget. Since I was away, she was able to work with my parents and the vendors in San Diego. What impressed me the most is on the day of the wedding, she handled everything. I didn’t have to worry about the anything. She took care of the decorations at the church and the venue. She talked to all my vendors. All I had to do was look pretty and enjoy my wedding. Yadira and her team were amazing. They even cleaned up and organized all my things after the wedding reception. I’m so happy that I chose her. I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it.

One Thousand stars! our daughter got engaged, it wasn't long before we knew we needed some help! Our wedding was perfect !
