One Plus One Cinematography (now renamed Our Story Creative) is the fabulous husband/wife team of Ryan and Sheri! They are so professional and invested in their clients, we loved w...
orking with them. We lived out of state so all of our meetings with them were via Skype or conference call. Even with that, we felt like we were a priority to them and we really clicked!
They came early on the day of the wedding and split up with the groomsmen and bridesmaids to capture all of the pre-wedding festivities. We almost forgot they were there, they did such a great job of making us feel comfortable and they were so fun to work with!! We loved the fact they had a drone to capture wide shots of the beautiful beach and cove. They caught every angle of the important moments throughout the day but they also caught the quiet moments too. We were SO impressed to get a 30 second sneak peek video on Instagram the day after the wedding!! It all felt like a dream but having a video to look at the very next day made it all feel real!
We love our highlight video and the song selection they made. Nearly all of our friends/family tell us they cried upon watching the video because it is so beautiful and heart felt. We have yet to receive our final wedding video package and it's been almost 3 months since our wedding. We were hoping for a quicker turnaround but I'm sure the busy wedding season has something to do with that. I know once we receive the final footage we will be absolutely thrilled. We didn't know how much we NEEDED a videographer until we saw our highlight video. Now we can't imagine not hiring a videographer for our special day and we can't imagine not working with Our Story Creative. We absolutely loved how everything turned out, and Ryan/Sheri are a dream to work with!!
My husband and I got married on 9/26/15. Initially, Ryan gave us a link to view our wedding photos and kept promising us he would send our video after a couple months. About 3 mont...
hs ago he told me he would personally drop off the video to our home in time for valentines day. When he didnt show up, I called him and he told me they had a family emergency, and that he would drop it off the following weekend. Since then, he just stopped return calls, texts, and emails. Its been 8 months and we cannot get a hold of Ryan and the link for our wedding photos is broken. We have no wedding pictures and no video. Its so sad that we paid them so much money and have nothing to show for it:(
We hired One Plus One Productions to film our wedding on 6/22/14. The package we paid for included: 8 hours of total filming time, a full-length wedding video, a highlights video a...
nd 3 DVD discs.
According to the contract we signed, we were supposed to receive our final video copies (DVDs) “within 120 days of our reception date” – which would have been 10/22/2014.
All we have received so far is a link to the highlights video on Vimeo.com, on 7/28/14.
Our problems began shortly after this, when they became completely non-communicative. We tried emailing and calling every couple of weeks, but got no response. We finally received a reply from Ryan on 3/16/2015 telling us that the video was finished and he was sending it in the mail soon, but then that never happened.
Both the wedding day and the planning leading up to it with Ryan were a great experience. At the venue he was very focused on being there for all the key shots. He did a great job of staying in the background while also capturing the big moments. Our family and friends commented on how friendly he was. We were so excited that we would have a video that captured our wedding day in a fun and contemporary way.
It’s now 10/1/2015 and we have not heard from him since March. We’ve had friends and family members also try to contact him on our behalf, but that has not gotten a response either. It’s frustrating that it’s been over a year since our wedding and nearly a year since the date we should have received our DVDs.
We’re very disappointed and wish we could get what we paid for.
My husband and I highly recommend One+One Cinema. Ryan and Sheri were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They captured every beautiful moment of ou...
r wedding and worked very well with all of our other vendors, especially the photographer and wedding coordinator.
The highlights video that they created was absolutely perfect. My husband and I have received so many compliments about the film from our friends and family. We have been told by multiple people that it is the best wedding video that they have ever seen. One friend even told us that she wishes that she could go back in time and hire One+One for her own wedding because she was so disappointed with her own videographer.
Their video is something that we will always treasure and it brings us so much joy to relive that day through their film. We are so happy that we hired them. It was truly one of the best vendor decisions we made.
What a great pair?! We definitely lucked out that you Sheri and Ryan were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule to capture our small and very intimate wedding July Fourth we...
ekend. Courtney and I really appreciate your professionalism and expertise! They arrived early, cooled my nerves and even found the best man pants (15 minutes before the wedding)... yeah, long story. They are the best cinematographers money can buy!

truly love their work and devote so much creativity in creating a film that is very unique and beautiful for each of their clients. They are truly very passionate about their work and go out of their way to make sure that each film delivers a breathtaking and unforgettable experience for the viewer. There unique and modern style separates and highlights them from any other company out there. I highly recommend One Plus One Cinema to any couple who wants to invest in capturing their big day in a memorable and timeless way!
