ce to face was two days before our actual nuptials. We were apprehensive about going with a photographer for our wedding essentially sight unseen. Marc, however, was very responsive throughout the entire process. He made himself available through text, e-mail, and phone day or night. He listened to our concerns, and spent a lot of time speaking to us on the phone to quell any reservations we may have had. Needless to say, we have been absolutely thrilled with the results. The photos are absolutely stunning, and the OPH team clearly knows how to shoot a wedding (even one as small as ours) to ensure everyone looks their bests. Additionally, Marc was invaluable in coordinating logistics on our wedding day. With so much stuff going on, he was very assertive in ensuring everything was kept on schedule and even took initiative to call the various venues to ensure everything was appropriately taken care of. cking a photographer since I live in San Diego but the wedding was in San Francisco. I didn't have time to meet a photographer in person so I had to go off emails and phone interviews. After the sixth or seventh interview, I felt hopeless. Then I found Marc and One Production Haus online and thought I would give them a try. After talking to him, he was so reassuring that he could provide us what we wanted at an AMAZING price. I told my now husband about all the choices for photographers and after weeks of corresponding with all of them he also thought One Production Haus was the best choice. They were extremely prompt with responses for any questions we had and they recorded all of the photos we sent as suggestions. Two days before the wedding we arrived in San Francisco and our first order of business was to meet Marc and his team. We talked for hours on our timeframe for the day, how many photographers were at each location, and Marc had a million ideas that were extremely creative. After everything they had to say I was 100% confident in the choice we made to use them. The day of the wedding they showed up a little early to set up all the lights and make sure they didn't miss any shots of the bridal party getting ready. They also coordinated with my hair and make up artist to make sure we were keeping on the right time schedule and that my make up would be perfect for the pictures. The whole day someone was making sure they got the shots we specifically asked for and more! We had three photographers and one videographer cover our wedding and I never even noticed them during the ceremony! It was amazing. After the wedding, we received our pictures sooner than expected! Marc called me several times thereafter, trying his absolute best to meet my budget. It was that service, patience, and diligence that set him apart from every other photographer I had been in touch with! Every other professional was set on their price, only offered to photograph us for 1 hour and no longer than that, and only offered to have one photographer on site. Marc, on the other hand, told me he would bring his team with him (more than one photographer), would shoot us for an hour but didn't mind going over time if the wedding got delayed, and met my budget in a way that worked for us both. Not only that, but I immediately got good vibes from him over the phone. He's warm, friendly, and I felt like I could trust him almost instantly.
