We decided we wanted a Photo Booth about 2 months prior to our wedding. The process was very streamlined with this company and they always returned emails in a timely manner. The day of the wedding the Photo Booth set up had SO many amazing props. My guests had a ball and there are some really awesome pictures. The only downfall was that the person setting up decided to set up inside the ballroom when it was supposed to be in the lobby where cocktail hour was, so I paid for 4 hours, but it was really only in use for 3 because of the changed location.

The photobooth was the biggest hit at our wedding other than the dancing. We had a groupon that made it cheaper than you would think and we had it for a little over 4 hours. We added the guest book option which was expensive but worth it, we love looking at all the pictures of our guest having such a blast and writing fantastic notes to us!

The photobooth was a hit at our wedding. So many people took great photos, and in addition to the double prints on-site, we also received electronic versions of the photos which were extremely easy to save off of the website. I purchased a groupon for 4 hours, added a 5th idle hour, then our plans changed due to weather and they changed the idle hour to an active hour at no cost to us. I was very happy with the service and product provided.

I got this photo booth on Groupon. I ended up paying almost as much as the regular price because they nickel and dime you for every little thing. I didn't get any copies of the pics. Might not use them again. Good props though.

Everyone at our wedding LOVED the photobooth, the ladies working it were great with everyone. Pictures turned out great! Love how you can pick out the colors for the pictures, and the unlimited photos. Highly reccommend!! I used a Living Social coupon for it so the value was excellent.

I saw Charm City Photo Booth had a groupon but I contacted them directly before purchasing the groupon. They gave me the same price so I didn't even bother with Groupon. They had a few props, wish there were more, and the attendants were friendly. However, about half way through the reception I finally had a chance to go back and hop in and to my shock when I got out and asked where my memory book was they said they had no idea I was supposed to get one and didn't have any. Now imagine being a bride and discovering this half way through, I was upset and really bummed out. The attendants were apologetic and said they would email someone right then, which they did and I appreciated. However, those special moments and sayings I will never have a chance to get back. The company contacted me the very next day and offered me my money back for the scrapbook and offered to print all of the pictures out for me. I also really appreciated that but the memory book was something I really wanted as a keepsake with the special messages that I will never get now. I had so many options for photo booths and I obviously did not select the right one.

I used Charm City Photobooths because I found a groupon that seemed reasonably priced. For what I ended up getting, I think I just sort of got what I paid for. They were professional, showed up on time, and were responsive to calls and questions. They worked back and forth with me for a while on modifying the background to the template, which ended up looking great and being right along the lines of what I wanted. However, I had discussed doing a scrapbook with the photobooth, and didn't realize that this was never actually written into our contract. As such, we didn't have the planned scrapbook/guestbook for our wedding. Luckily, we had an extra guest book that we were able to use in its place, but this was disappointing. The girl that was on site handled it well, and called her boss, but it was obviously too late to do anything about it or add it to the contract. Also, their standard photobooth prop package was mediocre at best - just a bunch of silly hats (no glasses, boas, silly mustaches or anything like that which I'd seen at other photobooths). I even brought some extra supplies and had the venue leave them under the table, but the photobooth girl didn't know they were there until I asked about them towards the end of the night.

The photobooth at my wedding has a HUGE hit!! everyone loved it. I think it may have been the only alone time my new husband and i had together the whole evening! :) It was so fun!!!

I was originally a little hesitant when my dad suggested we get a photo booth for our reception (which doubled as our favors,) but when all was said and done, it was the most talked about thing at the reception (other than the first dance and the food!) I was able to use a Groupon for major savings on the booth rental itself, and I paid extra for the album where the other half of each print went. My cousins spent half the reception in there in every combination of props possible, and the album we got as a second part of our guest book was so much fun to flip through the next day and see all the comments everyone wrote. My favorite one, though? My cousin Beau & his wife Emily grabbing Fr. Joe, the officiant, and plopping a Roman centurion helmet on him and dragging him in to the booth. Their caption: "Joe-hemian Rhapsody." Priceless.

I found this vendor through Groupon when they ran a deal last year and I'm so happy I did. We went with the photo station which is a backdrop that is set up and then people an use props or not to take pictures. This worked out so much better than a traditional photobooth because you can fit more people and the pictures can be more creative. Everyone got a 4X6 print out of their picture which was a big hit with guests since they had a full size image rather than a strip with samll images. They also provided an online gallery where everyone can see their pictures and since we made it public, all our guests were able to download their pictures for free. We were very happy with the service and got over 140 pictures from our event. The other great feture was that we were able to download all the pictures from the event in one bulk download rather than having to go into each picture individually. I would highly recomend them for any event.

I'm glad I decided to go with a photo booth. It was great fun. Charm City offers great prices, above par customer service and a wonderful product.

Our guests had a blast with the photo booth and the pictures turned out great! They sent 2 attendants with the booth which made things run extremely smooth. Organized, on time and professional!

I don't think it would have been worth the full price but with the groupon it was great! They do charge an extra $100 if its not going to be on the ground level. guests loved it and they were prompt about posting the pictures online too. The operators were friendly. I did think it was a little silly that I had to pay for full guest meals for the 2 operators when they were only there for 4 hours (they have in the contract that they must get meals equal to a guest...no vendor meals). I can see doing that for the photographer who spends all day with us--these people were barely there!

I was able to book a photobooth with Michael of Charm City Photobooths for my wedding reception!!! It was a must have for me that didn't disappoint. The attendant was super nice and helped my guests who weren't sure how to use the photobooth. She was even considerate to reserve the final 30 minutes of the rental for me and husband for a photo session. It was nice to be able to check out all of the photos taken that evening online after returning from my honeymoon!!! If you need a photobooth, Charm City Photobooths is a must!!!
