One Source Event Rentals

irst meeting with them it went very well, I worked with Stuarts assistant. He was very nice and patient, showed me pictures and actual settings, and took his time. I left the first meeting very excited. After meeting with them again and going into more detail I had told them that I wanted hydrangea in my center pieces at the reception and wanted two floral arrangements for my ceremony. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. We talked about budget and made sure we were in it. At this time I was given an invoice, which I was fine with. I was told it could change a little once we had the final guest count and had our final run through. Final run through... we had mad a few changes to the original invoice. This had made my payment go up, which I knew it would but I was told it was still in my budget. I left the final run through and was told that he would email me my final invoice. Never recieved it. I called and called and emailed and emailed. Still never recieved it even though he told me he emailed it to me. Since at the meeting I was told it was still in budget I didn't worry about it too much. Wedding day...well I had expected to see hydrangea in my center pieces but was suprised when I was told by my moh that there wasn't. I went to go look at the center pieces and had seen Stuart actually using roses from the center pieces that were left at the venue from the wedding the night before!!!! YES, the night before. I am totally about recycling but come on! I was furious!!! Then, at the ceremony there was supposed to be floral arrangements. Well not what I wanted, arrangements yes, but not what I wanted. I was very upset about all of this. The decorations actually came together and looked great and no one would have known the mistakes but I did. About a month later I recieved our final invoice with the remaining balance (the 2nd one I ever recieved from them at all). After going through it, I noticed I was charged for hydrangeas!!!! (also a few other things that were never at my wedding) I was furious!!! After talking about this with my husband he decieded it was going to be just easier to pay the balance (which was about 400$ out of the budget) and not to deal with trying to get it resolved since they aren't very responsive to emails and phone calls. I was not happy about this decision but thought I'd just cut my losses. Yes I should've listened to my gut and ran the other way after the second meeting and not getting a invoice when asked but with all the wedding stress I didn't. So that is why I am writing this review. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

wedding, Stuart and his team managed to take my jumbled comments and make my dream a reality. The flowers beautiful, the drapery and lighting really added a romantic feel to the night and the centerpieces were just phenomenal. On top of that, Stuart and his team were very professional, accommodating and fun to work with. I always felt I was being listened to but trusted them to take my comments and make it magical Stuart has a true vision that is hard to match and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone hoping to make their vision come alive.
