Courtney and her team from OSDE helped make our wedding this past weekend at Calamigos Ranch absolutely perfect. From the start of the coordination process to the big day itself, everything went exactly how we could have imagined it. Courtney's care, patience, and attention to detail are absolutely remarkable. I am a very high strung, Type A person (which magnified itself during my bridal era), and it can be hard for me to relinquish control. Courtney understood my perspective in every situation and always reassured me. I didn't have to wait for things to be brought to her attention--she just went ahead and took care of them. I am sad the day is over because I want to have more opportunities to spend time with Courtney. I would recommend her to any bride who wants a seamless wedding day.

Courtney was an incredible wedding coordinator who helped make our wedding so seamless and everything we could have wished for - would highly highly recommend her!! Courtney is truly the best wedding coordinator. If you want someone who is not only sweet, but also affordable and type A, she is your girl. I hired Courtney for the month prior and day of, and truly I could not have planned my wedding without her. Courtney of One Sweet Day is amazing beyond words. We used her for our wedding in Camarillo last weekend and got the month of/day of coordination package. Whatever the price is when you hire her, Courtney is worth that and more. She is the most kind human I have ever met but she also gets the job done when the time comes to be a little strict. She played bodyguard for us so we could eat and use the restroom just to name a few things. Courtney was so very on top of everything with all of our vendors from day one of coordination. We feel so unbelievably lucky to have worked with Courtney and her team at One Sweet Day Events for our wedding day! From the very beginning, communication with Courtney was prompt and professional, yet so genuinely warm and friendly. It felt like working with a friend rather than another wedding vendor. “Day of coordinator” doesn’t feel like an accurate depiction of how much work Courtney did for us! From our initial sit down meeting, coordinating what seemed like endless emails, and the massive amount of work getting everything and everyone ready on the day of the wedding, Courtney felt more like the best friend / personal assistant we wish we had running our everyday lives! From dealing with crazy and unpredictable weather (and taking our panicked phone calls about whether or not to rent a tent 5 days before the wedding), multiple unexpected changes to reception plans and wedding party details, and managing our lively 230 guests, Courtney was always on top of everything and so supportive! Courtney also went above and beyond when with her incredible day-of schedule for us and our wild wedding party of 25 people. We technically hired Courtney for “reception only” coordination since the church we married in required us to use someone in-house, but that didn’t stop Courtney from laying out the perfect timeline for us to follow from the moment we woke up the morning of the wedding! She even made sure we had every single detail for the church ceremony accounted for, which really felt like going above and beyond the call of duty for us. OH! Another clutch move - with Courtney standing by our table as a fierce body guard during dinner at the reception, we were actually able to eat in peace! We could go on and on, but really, there are not enough words to express our gratitude for Courtney and her entire team. I was so lucky to have been referred to Courtney and One Sweet Day Weddings and Events. When my daughter and her fiancé who live on the opposite side of the country announced they were getting married and wanted their wedding here in California, I realized that the vast majority of the planning would be on me. I was at a complete loss as to what to do, in what order to do it, and who to contact. My very close friends had recently married, so I asked them for a referral to their coordinator and I reached out to Courtney. Even before I formally engaged her she was so helpful. She immediately sent me a list of referrals to all the different vendors I might need. After discussions with Courtney we decided she would take on the planning and coordination duties at the 3 months prior mark. She gave me a schedule of all the vendors I’d need and when I should contact them to lock up the event date. I immediately locked in the venue, DJ, florist, & photographer. As we approached 90 days before the wedding, Courtney made arrangements to meet me at the venue. She was so organized. She went step by step through every moment of the proposed day. She asked about details that I never would have thought of. At that point I knew I had made the right choice. As the wedding day approached, Courtney was on top of every detail. She had reached out to every vendor and coordinated with them and their needs and schedules. The day and evening went off without a hitch. Of course our guests were understanding as many of them had told us we wouldn't get to eat at all, much less finish our plates! She was completely professional while also being warm and friendly. We felt so cared for and loved by her :) We couldn't have had our dream wedding without her and every time we reminisce on that day, we always mention how thankful we are to have had her as our coordinator. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Courtney... On the day of my wedding she felt like our rock. She was calm, cool, collected, kind, professional, and very warm hearted. We had a pandemic postponement and she was so kind & supportive through the whole process. Every other vendor I booked had only incredibly kind things to say about her, literally every single one of them would swoon as soon as I said she was my coordinator because they all love working with her too! Leading up to the wedding, she handled everything efficiently, gave her honest advice when asked, advocated for us & our vision and made sure every single detail was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she kept the show running smoothly, handled issues calmly & swiftly, made sure we had time to ourselves before the reception started & brought us drinks, late night snacks & dessert to make sure we didn't miss out on any of the things we worked so hard to plan! And if all that isn't enough, literally 5 minutes before our ceremony, the side of my dress broke. Courtney calmly whipped out a sewing kit & sewed me into my dress while simultaneously having her assistant inform the DJ, our officiant & my husband that we would just need a couple moments. You'd think that I would have been in complete panic mode with my dress breaking but Courtney's calm energy kept me calm & completely worry-free. It is honestly an actual gift to have that kind of impact on people & on a day that is already filled with excited, nervous energy you want a vendor team that will keep you calm and Courtney is the PERFECT person to lead that team. I honestly can't believe how lucky I got with hiring Courtney. She truly was the epitome of a perfect vendor. I was completely stressed about how it would all come together. And Courtney helped me through all of it! Our day went sooo smoothly with no hiccups, I had no stress, after the ceremony she even had it planned that my husband and I would get a moment alone in the bridal suite, she brought us water and appetizers and it was just like so thoughtful, we had a moment to ourselves to celebrate. Honestly I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Definitely book this lady if you want someone who listens, cares and is meticulous in planning. My wedding was 10/24/21

We were beyond blessed to have Courtney as our wedding coordinator! From the very first meeting, and throughout the whole process (getting married during the Covid lockdown wasn't easy), she helped us work out all of the details with ease and peace.
