Erica takes amazing photos! She is very nice, funny and made us feel comfortable when we find taking photos of ourselves awkward! Everything was smooth from the engagement photos to wedding photos! The sunflower photo I got printed on metal and it really looks amazing! You will love the photos Erica takes and you won't regret booking with her!
Erica was fantastic! We were pretty limited on time between our ceremony and reception, and she helped us navigate through all of our pictures with ease and helped us stay on time throughout the whole night. She has a great eye for "dreamy" looks!
Erica recently did our wedding a couple weeks ago and it was an incredible experience. She was both fun and professional, and her love for her job really shows. She took pictures that my husband and I could not have imagined ourselves and we are so happy with the memories we now get to keep for the rest of our lives.

Erica got back to me so quickly regarding our wedding photography and even drove all the way from Michigan for my wedding in Indiana. The pricing was affordable and reasonable. Erica stayed for the whole wedding and even after to take more photos. She sent us some teaser photos very quickly after the wedding which was really nice to show to friends and family. The wait for all the pictures was only a month which is actually really fast compared to other wedding photographers. Overall, Erica was very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Erica, the owner of One Thousand Word Photography, to others if you are looking for fast response, great pictures, and good pricing.
Erica went above and beyond for us the day of our wedding. Not only did our photos come out breathtakingly beautiful, she kept the whole day moving in a way that let us enjoy the sweetest moments as she was silently capturing them. Her eye for detail allows us to relive all the smallest pieces of our day that we were too busy to appreciate and enjoy at the time. Erica shot our winter wedding and the photos are absolutely stunning. Her ability to capture the best light, background, and moments is undeniable. She’s fun but professional and comes completely prepared for whatever weather she’s given (including blizzards). Highly highly recommend!
