ONE Wild + Precious Photography

an emergency which we kindly told her to leave the shoot and attend for in exchange for a free session with her covering the photography permit also. This was not ideal for us as it was our engagement moment that my fiancee planned and paid 450 dollars just for the photography and 150 something for the permit. It was supposed to be a special and magical moment but she decided to ruin it for us by how she handled it afterwards. She offered a 75 dollar refund and 60 photos (which she took in 20 mins) which 90% of them were shaky and awkwardly captured. Half of them my eyes are closed or my mouth is open while I am talking. We were not impressed by her photos one bit and requested a refund. She treated us as if she hadn’t ruined a special day for us and offered only 75 dollars or we take the reshoot. We weren't comfortable with either options. She is refusing to meet us halfway and blocked me on instagram as if I have done anything offensive to her other than reaching out privately and trying to come to a compromise. Please beware and reconsider.
