Chef Charles Disa worked as the executive chef to set up and run two high-end restaurants in New York City. The 120 seater French Restaurant Vis-à-Vis in Brooklyn and in the contemporary upscale fine dining destination, Village Prime in the West Village. He and his professional catering team have provided their services to a host of notable celebrities, including Sir Paul McCartney, Neil Patrick Harris, Debra Messing, Spike Lee, Jon Stewart, Indian Fashion Designer Naeem Khan and Billionaire clients like Larry Robbins, Philanthropists Mark and Jane Wilf, Soros family, Bangladesh born Imran Khan, Venture capitalist in the Dell family, Adam Dell and Forbes Listed Greg Mondre, to name a few. “Since we are all about customizing and creating menus to suit your vision we prefer to have a phone consultation with our clients to get some basic information prior to sending menus and a proposal.
