ny suggestions, answered questions as soon as I asked them, sent us detailed maps, and made the process so easy to happen, just as we had envisioned. Everyone at the hotel was accommodating, knew me by name and made us feel very welcomed. The prices are competitive, the food was excellent, the suite for the bride/groom was spacious and amazing, very quiet too. We used a board room for our hair and make up, the lighting was natural, and the room was spacious for 6 girls and the stylists. We had the Ontario and Michigan rooms for our ceremony and were able to decorate easily. They even opened up the Huron room so that we could make our official entrance. The reception was in the Grand Ballroom and was very spacious. We used their decorating as well as brought in our own and the staff was very helpful in setting it up. We had pizzas as a late night snack. The are homemade pizzas, not your typical cardboard pizzas and were a huge hit. The bartenders were very outgoing and friendly. The complimentary breakfast for our stay over guests in their restaurant was splendid. A vast assortment of real food, freshly made, and hot. We would definitely recommend booking your wedding with the Oneida Hotel.

Although we had a few mishaps with dinner on the night of, the Catering Manager took our feedback and shared with the staff. I would highly recommend the Radisson as a location for your wedding ceremony and reception!

Our day was perfect, everything went smoothly, the food was spectacular, and the reception room was GORGEOUS! I couldn't have dreamt up a better day. The best part was we didn't have to do anything! Caity and the team were on top of everything and we were able to enjoy every moment of our big day! Highly recommend!

Also having Michelle as our planner was great. She us organized and on time with everything. It doesn’t stop there because the servers and manager of our reception dinner made sure everything was on time. Also we received a free night at the hotel and breakfast the next morning. Oh and the suite was beautiful and the hotel gave us a gift of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate. Talking extras we also had a free champagne fountain for our guests. All this with a very reasonable price and within our budget. Thank you Raddison.

Literally every single person we ran into, even if they had nothing to do with the wedding, they treated us with kindness, and always with a smile. The FOOD was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on the main course (chicken and tips) and even the late night pizza was amazing! 1000% recommend this venue for a wedding!! Not one bad thing to say. Michelle was so amazing to work with and our experience would have not ben the same without her! <3

After dinner, tables were cleared a little too quickly but that's ok too. They even provide some decor which is amazing! There was not an event the day before or after so setting up on Friday and packing up Sunday was the best scenario for sure. We had cupcakes which they boxed up for us and stored in the fridge over night. We truly never witnessed which amazing service at halls before. Plus the hotel rooms are so clean and nice. And breakfast is an amazing buffet. 100% recommend Radisson to anyone!

looks absolutely beautiful. Our catering manager, Michelle, was incredible! She scheduled time to meet with us in person. She was both professional and personal. She provided a thorough review of services, helpful checklists, and timeline. We were expecting 200-300 guests and they had multiple rooms to choose from with plenty of space. Their packages were fair and included a lot of complimentary items. We ate at Cedar & Sage restaurant that had great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. There is also a beer garden! We had our rehearsal dinner in the plaza club which was a perfect space and we enjoyed a yummy Mexican buffet. Michelle included the state room for the bridal party to get ready which included plenty of 6 ft diameter tables, tall mirrors, plenty of lighting and filtered water. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table settings with complimentary center pieces were to our satisfaction and it was one less thing to worry about. There was plenty of space for a dance floor and DJ. The Oneida casino was a nice option for late night activity after the wedding. Complimentary breakfast was included if guests booked their room(s) under the wedding block and it was great! Word of caution: if guests book their room(s) under a third party and not directly through Radisson, complimentary breakfast is not included.

est day of my life they handled everything which was a relief off our shoulders. They asked us a great number of times through out the day and night how we were doing and how we were liking things. I would do my wedding hear if I had to do it all over definitely recommending this to people. Michelle and her people took my Invisions come to life.

The food was absolutely wonderful. All 3 main menu items are great! My husband is a typical Wisconsin man where we had beef tips and chicken but if I would do it again I would get the ham for something different. :) Eleni Berken

y biggest gripe with the hotel service was the attitude the clerks had when we requested more towels and sheets for the pull out bed that was not made when we checked into the room. The staff at check-in was kind and helped me switch room assignments around so the bridal suite would be booked under the suite reserved for the bridesmaids the night before the wedding. All in all, I would consider booking with this venue again; however, the service when we needed it was not what I expected by money to pay for.

amazing communication via phone and email. They set up the entire room with tables and linens for no additional cost. Center pieces offered to use also. Due to Covid we could not serve family style meals but the Radisson made accommodations to do a plated meal (Baked chicken & beef tips). My husband and I asked for a modified menu so we could serve a salad and Michelle made it happen! Hotel attached, great accommodations with freshly remodeled rooms. Could not have asked for a better experience. If 6 stars was a possibility we would have rated them higher.

so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!

The newly renovated hotel rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. If we were to start over again, we would absolutely book with the Radisson again. The value we got for the money spent was incredible. We would recommend the Radisson to anyone.

Though there had to be some changes made for dinner from being family style to being plated instead (due to COVID), the staff were great & offered seconds to guests. Michelle, our coordinator was AMAZING! She was so timely, organized, and SO accommodating! She put us at ease & helped us navigate through all the stressors with having to deal with the changes associated with the statewide orders. We were also grateful to have chosen a place with a hotel attached. We didn’t want our guests to have to worry about driving after a night of drinking. The recent renovations the hotel did made it look nice & modern as well. While we were bummed we didn’t get our chocolate covered strawberries delivered in our bridal suite, we still got a bottle of champagne & were lucky enough to get our bridal suite for free the night of our wedding. Overall, a great experience & would do it all the same if we had to do it over again! You’re in good hands when you choose the Radisson!

had to have "Busch Light" and it wasn't on the list of beer choices, but Michelle made it happen! We worked with Michelle from start to finish and she even made sure to be there the day of and check with us personally that everything was exactly how we wanted. This venue was by far the best bang for our buck, too. The number of complimentary items included with booking the venue (centerpieces, linens, lighted head table, and on and on) was so great for our budget AND any little add on items we wanted were extremely reasonable. The room looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in on our wedding day. We used their up-lighting, lighted skirts, and floating candles and votives at each table and added some of our own lighting here and there. This is only the beginning of the wonderful things the Radisson did to make our day perfect. They did not disappoint!

The Radisson provided all of our hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and snacks. The wait staff was quick to deliver and remove all of the dinner plates which was a huge plus. The late night pizza and quesadillas were a hit! Of course, we couldn't have had all of this planned so well without Michelle and her planning materials. She provided us with a detailed schedule outlining all of the important meeting dates, due dates, and payment dates to help keep us on track. It also kept our stress levels low. We were given a detailed checklist to fill out and a full menu to choose what we wanted to order from. It was all very precise and the expectations were clear. We couldn't be happier with the service that the Radisson did for us. They provided everything that we expected of them and more importantly made the process simple and stress-free for us. We could not recommend them more!

everything in one place. We were very impressed with the customer service the entire team provided. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional. Our main point of contact was Michelle and she was a great resource. She was available to answer any questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about everything. They even give you a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process and then about 1-2 months before the wedding date we met with Michelle to go over everything on the checklist and finalize all the details. Michelle even stopped by during the cocktail hour to check if there was anything we needed and to introduce us to the person who would be working all night with us. Several times throughout the night they came up to either myself or my husband to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything (we never did because they had already taken care of everything). Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I sort of even felt like a celebrity with how they were treating us! Add to that the amazing food and reasonable prices, the Radisson was the perfect place to have our wedding!

Michelle and her team were great to work with. Michelle was very accommodating when finding a time to meet while I was in town and she was always very responsive via email. She was very organized and I couldn't have imagined a smoother wedding day. Everything was done just as we discussed, and I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. In addition, did a lot of background work with suppliers and the chef to make sure she could safely serve gluten free to the bride, bride's sister, and bride's dad. Between Michelle and her assistant, Caity, they answered my emails in a timely fashion and update their out of office message frequently so you know when you will get a response. Overall, Michelle and Caity were wonderful! Michelle was even there to congratulate us in person on our wedding night! The Radisson wedding packages are all inclusive, so it is a great deal! For example, you get a free bridal suite (IT IS SERIOUSLY GORGEOUSLY BRAND NEW REMODELED and perfect for hair and makeup on the morning of the wedding!), they had strawberries and champagne in our room on the wedding night, free linens, I found a coupon for free chair covers, free champagne fountain (SO FUN! My suggestion would be to have them put the champagne fountain out in front of the bar, so it is a great invitation for people to grab a glass right away.), free cake cutter knife/server you can use, free centerpieces that THEY SET UP, nearly free bar set up and bartenders with a fully stocked bar ($85 total fee), their staff put out our favors, brought our gifts/cards to our room, all guests got free hot breakfast in their restaurant (EVERYONE LOVED THIS!!!) and a free $25 casino slot play, free shuttle to and from the airports. My husband and I are obsessed with our four kittens, so Michelle added complimentary KITTY cocktails to our drink package that we got for every guest! Guests thought it was adorable. The food was great! (THE FOOD TASTING WAS SO AWESOME. Just imagine wait staff bringing you trays of silver plated food...that's what you're in store for!) I had gluten free pecan encrusted chicken, and the groom had blue cheese and bacon stuffed pork which him and many guests complimented! The late night snacks were a hit; we did pizza and popcorn. The Wolf Room is massive so there is plenty of space to add in other vendors or change the layout depending on your number of guests. I have to also add that Shelle Ponfil, who is in charge of the wedding room blocks, is amazing! Most of our guests were from out of town, so we had a large room block. She would help me add rooms easily and even let a few guests in late who missed the deadline. Overall, we had a wonderful wedding reception at the Radisson! (They also gave us the Plaza Club room free of charge for Friday night where we hosted a fiesta for 100 people. It was perfect! They brought in tubs of ice and set up tables with linens.)
