The Raddison was a great venue for our wedding as we had a lot of out of town guests so the hotel was very convenient. We worked with Caity and she was so wonderful and was great at communication. Caity went above and beyond for us, especially on the day before and day of our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Although we had a few mishaps with dinner on the night of, the Catering Manager took our feedback and shared with the staff. I would highly recommend the Radisson as a location for your wedding ceremony and reception!

We got married this fall at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay. We reside in Florida so I was nervous about planning from a distance. Caity Wilhelm was our event coordinator/catering manager. She was amazing in getting everything set up and taken care of for our big day. The day of the wedding we were blown away by everything. Our day was perfect, everything went smoothly, the food was spectacular, and the reception room was GORGEOUS! I couldn't have dreamt up a better day. The best part was we didn't have to do anything! Caity and the team were on top of everything and we were able to enjoy every moment of our big day! Highly recommend!

The Raddison was an exceptional location for our wedding. We had the conveniences of being near the airport and the hotel for guest. Having everything in on location was amazing. Also having Michelle as our planner was great. She us organized and on time with everything. It doesn’t stop there because the servers and manager of our reception dinner made sure everything was on time. Also we received a free night at the hotel and breakfast the next morning. Oh and the suite was beautiful and the hotel gave us a gift of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate. Talking extras we also had a free champagne fountain for our guests. All this with a very reasonable price and within our budget. Thank you Raddison.

The radisson was an amazing place to hold my wedding. Any requests I gave them they fulfilled without hesitation. Their staff was super friendly, and on top of everything.

I'm so happy with our choice to have our reception here! The staff was very friendly from the moment we inquired. They were willing to roll with our changes with no problem. Set everything up great! Our bartender was so funny and nice. The banquet servers was attentive and quick! The suite we got for staying was perfect for getting ready pictures. And the breakfast they include for the next morning was plentiful!

Me and my husband got married this October and held our reception at the Radisson. Michelle was wonderful to work with, and made everything so easy. Any questions I had she was very quick to respond over email. The perks that come with booking your reception at the Radisson were too good to pass up! We had the best night of our lives, and all of our guests told us what an amazing night they had. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our day was perfect! We got so many compliments about the food especially the late night pizza. Michelle was amazing to work with right from the beginning. She made the wedding planning process so much less stressful. She checked in multiple times to make sure everything was great! Everything about the banquet side of things was amazing and would defiantly recommend it to anyone!! The staff was also great. The only thing we would change would be the front desk staff, we had many issues with guest booking and checking in. They were very rude and not easy to work with. We were also suppose to have chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in our room and did not have that.

Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and that is due in large part to the staff and service at the Radisson! Michelle was prompt, professional, and so pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of! Guests had an awesome experience also. I could not have asked for a better day and better service! Highly recommend this venue if you are in search of place to hold your reception!

From the moment my husband and I have worked with the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center we have been treated so good. If I wanted something they didn't have, they made sure to find a way to get it. They have any and all services you could imagine! I cannot tell you how NICE everyone was. Literally every single person we ran into, even if they had nothing to do with the wedding, they treated us with kindness, and always with a smile. The FOOD was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on the main course (chicken and tips) and even the late night pizza was amazing! 1000% recommend this venue for a wedding!! Not one bad thing to say. Michelle was so amazing to work with and our experience would have not ben the same without her! <3

Recently had my wedding and our reception was held at the Radisson. I would recommend it to anyone! Michelle and her whole team were very easy to work with and very responsive. She made the whole stress of wedding planning a little less. The food was great and the whole experience was a positive one from start to finish.

Michelle was so easy to work with. Always responded very quickly to emails. Food is excellent! We had so many complements, plus their brownies and lemon bars. Omg! All staff was easy to work with and when a new head staff started, they would make sure they introduced their selves and see if there was anything we needed. After dinner, tables were cleared a little too quickly but that's ok too. They even provide some decor which is amazing! There was not an event the day before or after so setting up on Friday and packing up Sunday was the best scenario for sure. We had cupcakes which they boxed up for us and stored in the fridge over night. We truly never witnessed which amazing service at halls before. Plus the hotel rooms are so clean and nice. And breakfast is an amazing buffet. 100% recommend Radisson to anyone!

We really enjoyed working with the Radisson and Michelle for our wedding. Over 1.5 years of planning, we felt questions were answered promptly and we were impressed with the detailed summary of every part of our day prior to the wedding. Very minor hiccups were addressed promptly. The room looked great and compared to other locations, the value was there. I would recommend!

We had our reception at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center for our July wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The Radisson Hotel was recently renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful. Our catering manager, Michelle, was incredible! She scheduled time to meet with us in person. She was both professional and personal. She provided a thorough review of services, helpful checklists, and timeline. We were expecting 200-300 guests and they had multiple rooms to choose from with plenty of space. Their packages were fair and included a lot of complimentary items. We ate at Cedar & Sage restaurant that had great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. There is also a beer garden! We had our rehearsal dinner in the plaza club which was a perfect space and we enjoyed a yummy Mexican buffet. Michelle included the state room for the bridal party to get ready which included plenty of 6 ft diameter tables, tall mirrors, plenty of lighting and filtered water. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table settings with complimentary center pieces were to our satisfaction and it was one less thing to worry about. There was plenty of space for a dance floor and DJ. The Oneida casino was a nice option for late night activity after the wedding. Complimentary breakfast was included if guests booked their room(s) under the wedding block and it was great! Word of caution: if guests book their room(s) under a third party and not directly through Radisson, complimentary breakfast is not included.

This place was amazing me and my husband got married June 18th of 2022. we couldn't have asked for a better location we had our ceremony, dinner and reception here and it was the best day of my life they handled everything which was a relief off our shoulders. They asked us a great number of times through out the day and night how we were doing and how we were liking things. I would do my wedding hear if I had to do it all over definitely recommending this to people. Michelle and her people took my Invisions come to life.

Michelle helped my winter wedding dreams come true. We were able to do our wedding ceremony and reception at the hotel which was huge as there was plenty of family and friends from out of town that wanted to stay there. It was able to accommodate our big wedding and made it seem like everyone was still fairly spaced out and we weren't on top of each other. The food was absolutely wonderful. All 3 main menu items are great! My husband is a typical Wisconsin man where we had beef tips and chicken but if I would do it again I would get the ham for something different. :) Eleni Berken

Michelle and her team at the Radisson made our wedding experience amazing! They were so easy to work with and made sure our day was exactly as we wanted it. We were able to set up early which made everything stress free. Michelle checked in with us multiple times during set up and came in during the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The food was also excellent, our guest are still raving about it. I could not recommend the Radisson more!

Any questions we have were answered or concerns where address right away. It is a beautiful venue to have our wedding at.

The Radisson was absolutely amazing to work with! Everything leading up to the Wedding went great and the day of ran smoothly with no hiccups! Definitely recommend! Our guest had LOTS of compliments about the venue and their staff! The pizza was also amazing for the late night snack!

The hotel did a wonderful job in helping us reserve rooms for our wedding and setting up the shuttle transportation to and from the hotel the night of our reception to our venue. My biggest gripe with the hotel service was the attitude the clerks had when we requested more towels and sheets for the pull out bed that was not made when we checked into the room. The staff at check-in was kind and helped me switch room assignments around so the bridal suite would be booked under the suite reserved for the bridesmaids the night before the wedding. All in all, I would consider booking with this venue again; however, the service when we needed it was not what I expected by money to pay for.

Radisson is where its at! They helped me plan a wedding in ONE WEEK! Everything was beautiful! Michelle Brenzel made it stress free, She's very easy and flexible to work with. Definitely recommended the Radisson, you won't be disappointed with the services. :)

Stop reading these reviews, just book it! Our wedding date was 10/30/20, Friday. Michelle and her team worked around a home Packer game AND Covid. From the moment we booked we had amazing communication via phone and email. They set up the entire room with tables and linens for no additional cost. Center pieces offered to use also. Due to Covid we could not serve family style meals but the Radisson made accommodations to do a plated meal (Baked chicken & beef tips). My husband and I asked for a modified menu so we could serve a salad and Michelle made it happen! Hotel attached, great accommodations with freshly remodeled rooms. Could not have asked for a better experience. If 6 stars was a possibility we would have rated them higher.

From the moment we started planning our wedding and toured the Radisson, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Even with all the craziness of Covid, Michelle was so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!

We recently had our wedding at the Radisson. It was beautiful! Despite COVID getting in the way, they were pretty flexible and willing to work with us. We would recommend having your wedding there.

The food was excellent the service at our reception was perfect. We had the same waitstaff the night before for our rehearsal dinner. That food was also excellent. Michelle was a lot of help during everything. Especially with all the covid restrictions. I would definitely recommend using the Radission for your event.

The staff working our event on our wedding day were amazing! We were able to fully enjoy our reception and had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend this venue!

We worked with Michelle at the Radisson. She was on top of everything throughout our planning process. The Radisson's Covid precautions were very thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure the changes impacted our plans as little as possible. Our family style dinner went to unlimited plated, our late snack was served by a staff member, cupcakes individually packaged, etc. My wife and I got countless compliments on the meal; food was hot, delicious and served quickly. The newly renovated hotel rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. If we were to start over again, we would absolutely book with the Radisson again. The value we got for the money spent was incredible. We would recommend the Radisson to anyone.

We would highly recommend the Radisson as a reception venue! Andrew & I got married on 8-28-20 & had our reception there. We got so many compliments from guests on how spacious, comfortable, and beautiful the ballroom was! The food was incredible! Though there had to be some changes made for dinner from being family style to being plated instead (due to COVID), the staff were great & offered seconds to guests. Michelle, our coordinator was AMAZING! She was so timely, organized, and SO accommodating! She put us at ease & helped us navigate through all the stressors with having to deal with the changes associated with the statewide orders. We were also grateful to have chosen a place with a hotel attached. We didn’t want our guests to have to worry about driving after a night of drinking. The recent renovations the hotel did made it look nice & modern as well. While we were bummed we didn’t get our chocolate covered strawberries delivered in our bridal suite, we still got a bottle of champagne & were lucky enough to get our bridal suite for free the night of our wedding. Overall, a great experience & would do it all the same if we had to do it over again! You’re in good hands when you choose the Radisson!

The Radisson was amazing! We were scheduled on 8/8 and I was nervous to contact anyone when Covid first hit (hoping that if I didn't talk to anyone, it wouldn't be affecting my wedding). Michelle reached out to me and calmed my nerves. Even when the rules and regulations kept changing, Michelle kept up up to date on everything that was happening. They helped make my husband, my guests, and me forget that we were in the middle of a pandemic. If we were to plan it all over again, we would happily pick the Radisson again!

The Radisson was the perfect choice for our wedding. With over 400 guests, the Three Clans room allowed us to have room for the dance floor and a cocktail area without having to move any dinner tables. The food and service was great! The waitstaff checked in with us throughout the night and brought our gifts back to our bridal suite. Michelle and Caity were outstanding to work with. Always quickly responded to emails and had great advice. The price was great for the quality of service! Definitely would recommend!

I recently had my wedding reception at the Radisson Green Bay and I am so glad that I had choose this location. Michelle was so easy to work with and was always there to answer all of my questions. The food and service was amazing! I have had lots of people that attended mention how good the food was! The new sleeping rooms are also great! They are very clean, bright, and modern.

Our decision to go with the Radisson for our reception did not disappoint! Michelle is awesome to work with and will go out of her way to make sure your day is perfect. My husband had to have "Busch Light" and it wasn't on the list of beer choices, but Michelle made it happen! We worked with Michelle from start to finish and she even made sure to be there the day of and check with us personally that everything was exactly how we wanted. This venue was by far the best bang for our buck, too. The number of complimentary items included with booking the venue (centerpieces, linens, lighted head table, and on and on) was so great for our budget AND any little add on items we wanted were extremely reasonable. The room looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in on our wedding day. We used their up-lighting, lighted skirts, and floating candles and votives at each table and added some of our own lighting here and there. This is only the beginning of the wonderful things the Radisson did to make our day perfect. They did not disappoint!

The Radisson and Michelle were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Michelle is friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly during our dinner, reception, and the entire planning process leading up. We had our reception in the Turtle/Bear Room. Before the dinner, they hosted a cocktail hour and had food ready to snack on. The Radisson provided all of our hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and snacks. The wait staff was quick to deliver and remove all of the dinner plates which was a huge plus. The late night pizza and quesadillas were a hit! Of course, we couldn't have had all of this planned so well without Michelle and her planning materials. She provided us with a detailed schedule outlining all of the important meeting dates, due dates, and payment dates to help keep us on track. It also kept our stress levels low. We were given a detailed checklist to fill out and a full menu to choose what we wanted to order from. It was all very precise and the expectations were clear. We couldn't be happier with the service that the Radisson did for us. They provided everything that we expected of them and more importantly made the process simple and stress-free for us. We could not recommend them more!

We could not have been happier with our experience at the Radisson. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well which made everything a lot easier. It was very convenient having everything in one place. We were very impressed with the customer service the entire team provided. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional. Our main point of contact was Michelle and she was a great resource. She was available to answer any questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about everything. They even give you a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process and then about 1-2 months before the wedding date we met with Michelle to go over everything on the checklist and finalize all the details. Michelle even stopped by during the cocktail hour to check if there was anything we needed and to introduce us to the person who would be working all night with us. Several times throughout the night they came up to either myself or my husband to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything (we never did because they had already taken care of everything). Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I sort of even felt like a celebrity with how they were treating us! Add to that the amazing food and reasonable prices, the Radisson was the perfect place to have our wedding!

We had our reception in the Turtle/Bear Room and it held just over 200 guests. We were able to set up our decorations as we wanted and planned most the wedding several states away. Michelle and her team were great to work with. Michelle was very accommodating when finding a time to meet while I was in town and she was always very responsive via email. She was very organized and I couldn't have imagined a smoother wedding day. Everything was done just as we discussed, and I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend the Radisson!

My husband and I chose the Radisson because of Michelle. She is their event manager extraordinaire! She has been there for quite some time and is very well versed in helping you throw a wonderful wedding reception. In addition, did a lot of background work with suppliers and the chef to make sure she could safely serve gluten free to the bride, bride's sister, and bride's dad. Between Michelle and her assistant, Caity, they answered my emails in a timely fashion and update their out of office message frequently so you know when you will get a response. Overall, Michelle and Caity were wonderful! Michelle was even there to congratulate us in person on our wedding night! The Radisson wedding packages are all inclusive, so it is a great deal! For example, you get a free bridal suite (IT IS SERIOUSLY GORGEOUSLY BRAND NEW REMODELED and perfect for hair and makeup on the morning of the wedding!), they had strawberries and champagne in our room on the wedding night, free linens, I found a coupon for free chair covers, free champagne fountain (SO FUN! My suggestion would be to have them put the champagne fountain out in front of the bar, so it is a great invitation for people to grab a glass right away.), free cake cutter knife/server you can use, free centerpieces that THEY SET UP, nearly free bar set up and bartenders with a fully stocked bar ($85 total fee), their staff put out our favors, brought our gifts/cards to our room, all guests got free hot breakfast in their restaurant (EVERYONE LOVED THIS!!!) and a free $25 casino slot play, free shuttle to and from the airports. My husband and I are obsessed with our four kittens, so Michelle added complimentary KITTY cocktails to our drink package that we got for every guest! Guests thought it was adorable. The food was great! (THE FOOD TASTING WAS SO AWESOME. Just imagine wait staff bringing you trays of silver plated food...that's what you're in store for!) I had gluten free pecan encrusted chicken, and the groom had blue cheese and bacon stuffed pork which him and many guests complimented! The late night snacks were a hit; we did pizza and popcorn. The Wolf Room is massive so there is plenty of space to add in other vendors or change the layout depending on your number of guests. I have to also add that Shelle Ponfil, who is in charge of the wedding room blocks, is amazing! Most of our guests were from out of town, so we had a large room block. She would help me add rooms easily and even let a few guests in late who missed the deadline. Overall, we had a wonderful wedding reception at the Radisson! (They also gave us the Plaza Club room free of charge for Friday night where we hosted a fiesta for 100 people. It was perfect! They brought in tubs of ice and set up tables with linens.)

Michelle and the Radisson were very accommodating, responsive, and professional with all aspects of our Wedding. They don’t nickel and dime you for everything—most of what you need is included in the price, which was almost too good of a value to seem True! In all, we were VERY pleased with the day, food, and service!

We recently had our wedding reception at The Radisson and I only have positive things to say. There are a variety of different spaces to choose from and we were able to find a space that worked well for a larger wedding. Michelle and the staff were very helpful through the entire process. Michelle was always available though e-mail and setting up times to meet. She answered our questions in a timely manner and got us connected with hotel staff when it came to questions about the block of rooms for our wedding. The day of the wedding was a smooth process. They made sure everything was taken care of when it came to coordinating set up and vendors. The food was great. It came out on time and warm. We were very impressed with the waitstaff and bartenders. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Many guests complimented the staff and the overall look/space of the ballroom. I would highly recommend The Radisson. They are very accommodating especially when it comes to larger weddings.

The Radisson was by far one of the best vendors for our wedding. Michelle is highly organized and kept me calm with her experience and background. She knew exactly what to ask me concerning details and a timeline. Details I probably would have never thought about otherwise. Her staff had our guests (270) served so quickly that our DJ couldn't stop complimenting them. (You know that's fast when a DJ who books 50 weddings a year, raves about the speed.) If you are ever on the fence about your venue, you need to book the Radisson - you won't regret it!

We had our wedding reception at the Radisson and it was such a great place for us because we had many people from out of town that were able to stay right at the hotel. Michelle and her team were always there to answer our questions, went out of the way to switch tables around, worked with our vendors, extremely professional and our overall experience was excellent. Everything was absolutely perfect on our wedding day and we would 100% recommend the Radisson.

We had gone to a couple weddings at the Radisson before we got engaged and decided it was no contest to have our own wedding reception at the Radisson! We thought it was great that we booked a hall about 1 year prior and due to no one else booking the other rooms (3 total are available) Michelle and her team offered to give us the grand ballroom (all 3 rooms) with no extra charge! Our guests loved our ballroom as well as the casino next door for some late night entertainment. The staff were helpful and catered to anything we wanted. We are grateful that we chose the Radisson as it made our day so special and one we will never forget.

It was hard to find a place that could hold about 400. Which is why we picked the Radisson in the first place. They were extremely helpful with every question or any request we had. I loved that they made layouts . It helped make planning things out so much easier. From the guests we had nothing but compliments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Overall we had a fantastic time working with the Radisson. Michelle Brenzel was very nice, accommodating, and answered all of our many questions. She made us feel prepared and less anxious. There were only a couple disappointments. First, when my parents arrived and checked into their room, their shower and bathroom were sprinkled with black mold and the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. My maid of honor had used soap in the bathroom and old food in her fridge. My parents were upgraded to a suite and resolved the issue. Reception wise the only complaint several guests had (and I agree) were the staff cleared the tables so fast. We were hoping at least our drinks were still there but after one dance and wanting to return to our drinks, they were gone. But overall the room was beautiful and set up well and the staff was super friendly.

The Radisson did a fantastic job from the first tour I was given to the very end of our wedding weekend. The planning, communication, amenities, service, accommodation, value, everything was perfect and all we asked for. Highly recommend the Radisson for all it provides at a great valued price and their flexibility. All guests complimented how beautiful and fun it was for everyone.

Working with Michelle and Caity was the best. They were friendly, courteous, and more than willing to answer any Emails and questions that I had very quickly. We had a Friday weddding so we were able to take the room that was reserved with our package for gift opening the morning after and use it for the rehearsal dinner the night before instead. Noone was using it on a Thurs night so it worked out well. The day of went smoothly, for the most part, as well. All of the set-up and decorations that we delivered ahead of time were put out by Radisson and things looked great when we walked in. We had a few snafu's later on in the night but overall, I'd recommend the venue.
