The most amazing thing about working with ONLO was not how beautiful a job they did on my hair and makeup (but let me tell you, they are incredible), or how sweet and relatable the makeup and hair magicians on the ONLO team are...the most amazing thing was EVERY SINGLE PERSON in my wedding party LOVED their hair and makeup. How often does that happen? Seriously? There were no “redos” ... they executed everyone’s vision to perfection. As a bride who just wanted everyone in her wedding party to feel comfortable and beautiful, this really made all the difference for me (it’s also huge if you have a timeline to stick to, just saying). You will not be disappointed if you hire ONLO!

From start to finish, the ONLO team was incredibly professional, well-organized, and joy to work with. Nothing rattled them and they took changes and surprises in stride. We had a minor snafu the morning of the wedding where we tripped a circuit in our getting ready location, but the ONLO team was all over it and fixed it within minutes. I also had some changes I asked Annalisa to implement to my updo after my trial: she was extremely communicative and patient in taking my feedback and made sure I got exactly the look I wanted. My entire bridal party and I loved our looks and felt so well taken care of. In summary: book the ONLO team for your big day and let them work their magic!

The Jacque duo worked my New Years Eve wedding and absolutely killed it! I had 4 bridesmaids and 2 moms, and everyone absolutely loved their look! The makeup and hair were both spot on. Not only did everyone look perfect in pictures and by the end of the night, they were incredibly professional and organized. They worked to create a seamless day-of timeline that left everyone relaxed and enjoying getting-ready. The HMU trial takes place at their super cute studio so it's private and relaxing. The Jacque's both did exactly what I asked, and I ended up not loving the style (mainly because I changed my mind on the look). They graciously listened to my feedback and tweaked what needed to be tweaked and I ended up with a perfect look! I felt super comfortable the entire way letting them know what I needed and they understood and made all the right changes. Thanks Onlo! Would love to use the team again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

As a Korean-American with monolid eyes and coarse, wavy hair, I was nervous about finding the right hair and makeup service for my wedding day. I found ONLO as a recommendation from my photographer and through searching online and was pleased to see that they had done makeup looks done on asian ladies. I had my trial with Annalisa at their super cute studio and had a great time chatting with her and loved her work. She translated my inspiration pics really well for my eye shape and hair type. i booked Onlo's service for myself, my mom, my mother in law, and 3 bridesmaids. I thought we all looked BEAUTIFUL and even though I had a bridesmaid who wasn't feeling well and was even lying down most of the time, they were so professional and made me feel better since I was nervous all day. All of my ladies were admiring how they looked all morning! They all turned out better than their inspiration pictures. Because of my thick hair I was worried that my hair would completely fall out after the ceremony, but they worked some magic and made sure that my hair stayed in place until I got back to the hotel after the wedding! ONLO was amazing to work with! They did hair and makeup for my mom, mother-in-law, step-mom, 6 bridesmaids, and myself on my wedding day. We worked with Jacqui, AnnaLisa, and Jacque, who traveled to my venue that morning. They were incredibly flexible with any and all changes I provided them in terms of start and end time, and pulled together multiple schedules for me to make sure everything was completed in the time that we needed. I went for a natural look, I don’t usually wear any makeup, so I didn’t want anything to look over the top, and for my hair I just wanted loose braids and a braided crown. Jacqui did an amazing job pulling together exactly what I envisioned – I felt beautiful and very natural, and everything held through the whole night. All of the girls were so friendly and fun to work with. All of my bridesmaids & all of the moms loved their looks – they just came with a picture or two of what they wanted, and the team did an amazing job bringing it to life. They gave great suggestions when asked, were very efficient, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for hair and makeup for their wedding!

I'll try to keep this as concise as possible - hire ONLO. As with many brides, hair and makeup was a huge stressor for me. There is such an insane amount of pressure to look your best on that one day, and choosing a hair and make up team seems so daunting. I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding a few years ago and she hired ONLO, so fortunately for me, when I got engaged the choice of vendor was easy - ONLO. From my first email communication with the company, Diana exudes such a contagious sense of confidence that you cant help but know you are in great hands. I planned my wedding from across the country so I ended up having my trial 3 days before the wedding. Jacque (M) did not even finish my make-up before I broke down in happy tears - only to cry again once Diana completed my hair. ONLO makes you feel SO comfortable, empowered, and beautiful. I truly could not have been happier with my wedding look. The ONLO Team (Diana, Jacque M and Jacque D) were on site the morning of the wedding to complete mine and 10 bridesmaids hair and makeup. Due to a tight timeline they arrived at 7:30 AM and needed to be complete by 1:00 PM. My ceremony started at five and several girls were concerned about looking fresh for that many hours. I'm not exaggerating when I say that all 11 of us looked flawless until we went to bed that night. I cannot recommend ONLO enough and can confidently say that you will not regret booking them. Also, talent aside - they are just straight up fun people to spend a morning with :)

ONLO is fantastic. Jacque, AnnaLisa, and Lauren had me, my mother, my grandmother, my mother-in-law, our officiant, and my six bridesmaids ready to go by 12:30 on our wedding day. They are lovely to work with, extremely talented, and incredibly professional. Jacque did my make-up and AnnaLisa did my hair and I was SO HAPPY with the end result.

Diana is amazing and I will SCREAM that from the rooftops for the rest of my days (and at my friends any time they ask for a HMU rec). I got insanely lucky and won an Instagram contest which included a free HMU trial with Diana. I went to her (absolutely charming/amazing/picturesque) studio and told her what I was looking for - and good god did she deliver. I didn't even try to play it cool - I asked her mid-trial how I could book her for my Wedding. Diana, Jacquie, Jacque, and AnnaLisa absolutely crushed it day of. Fun, professional, and all around amazing to have with us. I felt like a rockstar. I told every single person I spoke to that I would never feel as beautiful as I did that day (I stand by this - she's a goddamn ARTIST). And just to prove how professional she is - there was a HMU issue with a family member. Diana HANDLED it with grace and professionalism, so much so that I didn't even KNOW there was an issue until after! Hire her. I would hire her every single day for the rest of my life if I could. I had a small wedding party and we had a hard time finding someone to accommodate our small party on a Saturday in Philadelphia during the busiest time of the year. ONLO was happy to work with us and didn't make me feel like I was less of a bride for having a smaller event (yes, this happened with other places). I was set up with AnnaLisa and she was AMAZING! My trial was perfect and she is so kind and sweet. The day of the wedding she did such a perfect job. We all received so many compliments on how great our hair and makeup looked. I would highly recommend using ONLO if you are looking for bridal (or event) hair and makeup.

ONLO was absolutely AMAZING and made my girls and me look and feel incredible on my wedding day! ONLO was one of the best investments I made for my wedding. Diana and her team were just incredible to work with. I had the privilege of having the owner Diana do my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot as well as my bridal trial and actual bridal hair and makeup and I could not have been happier with the results! I gave her a very vague idea of what I wanted for my makeup (“make it like…me…but…better?”) and she delivered something I could never even have described. Diana Jacqui and Jacque were AH-MAZING!!! They rolled with the punches, we had 11 hair and make ups between 9:30 am and 2 pm and they worked their magic, and with that, I mean MAGIC. Everyone looked flawless, they were quick and absolutely perfect. Diana did my (the bride) hair and Make Up two days in a row and she is INCREDIBLE. Not only were they masters of their craft, they worked tirelessly to meet everyone's knit-picky make up needs! They dealt with my incredibly large and loud family so pleasantly that we were so sad when they were done! I love you guys for making my face and my hair flawless for my wedding!

We worked with Jacqui and Jacque for our hair and makeup during our August 2019 wedding. Everyone looked beautiful during the wedding both in person as well as in pictures. I appreciated the detail that they offered during the trial as a bride as well as for everyone getting services done ahead of time (you can see this on their website) which helped everyone be prepared. During the process, ONLO was very responsive to any questions we had as well as making timely adjustments to the schedule as we had a number of last-minute revisions. They made sure that we were on time for everything for the rest of the day and that we were happy with how everything turned out.

Diana has the best hair/makeup company in the area, and not to mention... the sweetest soul. From the time I met her at my trial to our ginormous hug on my wedding day, I've never felt more comfortable! She is dedicated to making you look and feel beautiful on your day! Diana and her team spent the entire day with my girls and I just talking and laughing and making sure we had the best time! My only wish is we could hang out and do it all again! For my special day I had Diana, Hayley, and Jacque come to my venue to work on myself, nine bridesmaids, and my mom! Our hair/makeup had everyone saying how great WE looked and not how great our hair/makeup was (although everyone knew our hair/makeup was beautiful)! They did various makeup styles, and the half up half down, all down, and updos killed it! Diana and her team are easy to get in touch with, and they respond fast/cater to all your questions and needs! It’s every girl’s dream to look and feel absolutely beautiful on her wedding day. Me? I’m no different, but I’m a low-bun (ponytail if I want to be “fancy”), light-to-no-makeup gal (most days I don’t wear foundation) and was naturally hesitant to have my makeup done professionally. I discussed with her what I was thinking for my wedding day hair and makeup and some of the things I didn't like about my previous trials. I felt like she really heard and understood what I wanted. I am so happy I found ONLO! I was searching all over for an affordable and talented local makeup artist and was nervous about frankly having a non-Asian person do my makeup. With that being said, it was the best decision I ever made! I did a hair and makeup trial with AnnaLisa, and right away I knew that she would achieve the look that I wanted on my wedding day! (And she did!) I took a risk and ended up doing a completely different hair and makeup look on my wedding day and AnnaLisa delivered! She was so incredibly sweet and made me feel like the best version of myself. My makeup also passed the tears test because I cried multiple times and my makeup stayed on and did not budge all night! Jacqui is so talented! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and my bridal shower (my trial run). Diana and Jacque were an absolute joy to work with. They were so calming and fun during the morning while we got ready for the day, and made my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law all look absolutely stunning! I was beyond thrilled with my makeup and hair - both held up in an almost 90 degree day with an outdoor wedding and no air conditioning. ONLO was such a godsend for our wedding. From my trial, I knew I had found a company that was not only fair in their pricing, but exceptionally talented. Jacque made my makeup feel beautiful and natural. She even got me to wear fake eyelashes, which I usually hate! AnnaLisa brought my hair vision to life and it stayed up all night despite some very aggressive dancing. With 10 bridesmaids, 1 mom, 1 friend and myself (the Bride) Jacque, Jacqui, and AnnaLisa were the absolutely perfect team for our hair & makeup day of. They showed up right on time and were even ahead of schedule. They did some last minute makeup for the Groom and made everyone look and feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves. Diana and Jacque did hair and makeup for my wedding (myself, both mom's, and 4 bridesmaids) in October. I knew Diana was the HMU stylist for me about 2 minutes into my trial a few months earlier. I'm never really one to style my hair and wear minimal makeup due to multiple skin issues, so when it came to what I wanted for my wedding, I was sort of at a loss. I had ideas, but didn't really know what was realistic for me. Diana provided so much guidance during the trial and really made me feel comfortable with the entire process (I only had professional HMU done once before and it wasn't a great experience). Needless to say, I felt amazing after the trial and then again the morning of my wedding. My makeup was flawless and light; both hair and makeup lasted the entire day and felt like me! All of my ladies adored their HMU, were absolutely stunning, and raved about ONLO. On top of all of this, Diana and Jacque are just the loveliest people! Thanks so much for everything, ONLO!

Finding a great wedding MUA is stressful... but when you are out of town and wait until the day before your wedding to do a trial run it can be even more stressful! Diana did my hair and makeup on two separate occasions. We had our wedding ceremony on a different day than our wedding reception. Diana helped me look very natural on my wedding day and gave me soft, romantic curls. Then for the reception, we changed it up and went with an up-do and makeup that had a bit more "pop." Diana is talented, professional, lovely, calming, and truly felt like another friend in the room on the morning of my wedding. I was lucky enough to use her for my rehearsal dinner as well, and have no regrets about that. She helped me kick off my weekend feeling like a million bucks. For my wedding day look, she was sure to consider my feedback from the makeup trial and made sure I felt comfortable, natural, but camera ready. So glad I chose ONLO.

I had a fantastic experience with ONLO and my lead artist Sofia for my October wedding! I am not a makeup wearer regularly, but Sofia was amazing at translating my wishes into a soft, natural, but head-turning bridal look. I gave her the direction of 'forest fairy queen' for makeup and hair, and on the day of, I heard guests saying things like, 'nymph,' 'goddess,' 'elf queen,' etc... soooooo we were ON BRAND. Customer service was excellent and everyone was very responsive from the first moment I reached out. We had Sofia, Jacqui and Jacque onsite for my 6 bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and flower girl, and they took such good care of us (even gently dealing with some very picky girls in the bunch). My crew looked fabulous for the wedding, and I felt so beautiful. Nice to also spend the morning with lovely, compassionate and affirming artists. Thank you!!

I worked with AnnaLisa at Onlo for my Labor Day weekend wedding. Onlo was very responsive to my emails and matched me with AnnaLisa. She did both my hair and my makeup. AnnaLisa was very nice and down to earth. I told Onlo/AnnaLisa I wanted a natural, organic feel and not to mess with my natural curls. I shared photos of what I was looking for and they 100% got it. I identify as a queer and fat woman and felt completely respected by the company. So brides of all sizes and across the LGBTQ should also feel comfortable working with them. The trial went really well. I had a little feedback to incorporate for day-of and AnnaLisa was able to do that. My hair and makeup stayed perfect the entire day -- even in extremely hot and humid weather! It was an absolute pleasure to work with AnnaLisa at Onlo and the prices were fair in my opinion. I encourage any bride to invest in a trial to make sure a HMUA can accommodate your look and also to try out a few options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Onlo or AnnaLisa to any Philadelphia bride. Thank you AnnaLisa & Onlo!

Where do I even begin?! I cannot say enough positive things about Diana and the day of ONLO team - AnnaLisa and Jacqui. For me, choosing a hair and makeup artist(s) was probably one of the more daunting wedding planning tasks. I have vitiligo and have always done my own makeup for as long as I can remember, so finding someone to trust on my big day was a bit overwhelming. Diana was extremely responsive and quick to respond to my inquiry, answering all of my painstakingly annoying questions. When I first met Diana for the trial, I instantly knew she was the one. From start to finish, I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and calming she is. There is something about her that makes you feel like you have been friends forever and I instantly knew that she was the right fit. She actively listened to my concerns and really put me at ease, making the whole process enjoyable and fun! On the day of my wedding, I can wholeheartedly say I was over the moon with how my makeup and hair turned out. I have never felt more beautiful! I felt natural and comfortable, never feeling like I was hiding under a mask, but more so just an enhanced version of myself. I was also blown away at how well it held up! I have terrible smile lines and even those didn't make an appearance! By the end of the night, I looked just as great as the beginning of the day, and was pleasantly surprised at how easily everything came off. In addition, Diana did a great job working with both my mother and the groom's mother. Both were concerned about their hair and makeup, not wanting to look overdone and their age. My mother specifically was very particular with her hair and makeup, but Diana nailed it and by the end of the night my mom could not stop ranting and raving about her hair and makeup. She was even blown away by how well it held up (believe me, I heard numerous comments about how she didn't think it would hold up from 12pm - midnight). In addition, Jacqui and AnnaLisa did a phenomenal job on my bridesmaids! A few of them have been in multiple weddings and said that they have never had such natural, yet enhancing makeup before and felt like the ONLO ladies were just another set of friends hanging out with us. I could not agree more! I honestly believe that the ONLO ladies are some of the more talented individuals in their industry, but what sets them apart is their genuine personalities and kindness. They were so much fun to be around and I cannot thank them enough for spending the morning with us, laughing with us at comedy skits on youtube, and overall being such a joy to be around. The morning of can be hectic and filled with nerves, but these ladies really know how to make it enjoyable and relaxed. Would I recommend ONLO? Absolutely! Without a doubt in my mind! Take it from someone who researched the s*** out of MUAH.

As a self-proclaimed hair/makeup novice, I could not have felt more comfortable (confident, thrilled etc!) with my entire ONLO experience. From our first email, to my trial, to the day-of wedding, the team was simply exceptional. Diana and AnnaLisa helped me and my crew to get ready for "the big day" and it was just like they were an extension of my family. AnnaLisa did my hair and makeup and I could not have felt more special and confident throughout the entire day (not to mention that everyone loved my hair change mid-way through the day!). It was such a special experience and I am beyond grateful to have worked with this amazing team.

My husband and his guys were all saying how beautiful everyone looked and that everyone was so natural! Diana, Sofia, & Jacque were an AMAZING team on my wedding day ! Sofia & Jacque made my girls feel and look so beautiful. All those beautiful "Pinterest inspirations" came to life so effortlessly for them. And I cannot say enough about Diana since the day I booked ! Everyone from ONLO was great to work with. AnnaLisa was my primary stylist and she did an incredible job of giving me the natural look I wanted on my wedding day. I had two trials, and was very indecisive, but Diana and her team made me feel reassured that no matter what I would love my look on my wedding day. Trials are held in Diana's adorable studio in Philly, which I loved visiting. On the wedding day, my bridesmaids looked AMAZING, and they were able to replicate the relaxed, boho hair styles I preferred for them along with natural make-up to enhance their features. Lashes were included, another bonus! My flower girls asked me last minute to have their make-up done, and Jaqui made them feel so special with light eye shadow and blush, which was not part of the original timeline. Speaking of timeline, Diana created a timeline that had blocks as to when each girl was receiving hair and make-up which was so helpful, and all the girls loved knowing when they were up next! Overall, Diana and her team were an absolute joy to work with and I would highly recommend their services to make you feel your best on your wedding day. :)
