I didn’t know what I was looking for when I first started looking for hair and makeup. My hair never holds a style, and I’m very novice at doing my own makeup. So I was looking for...
a team that would make me look incredible and also be cost-effective for my bridesmaids. I went through several vendors and narrowed it down to two. Then randomly Onsite Muse came up in my search, and I fell in love with their style. It was very vintage and very pin-up girl. And I LOVED it. I couldn’t wait to get in for my hair and makeup trial. Shaina was my stylist, and I freaking LOVE her. She was so easy to work with, especially when I had to reschedule my wedding and trials twice due to the pandemic.
She listened to my concerns about my hair not holding a style, and she worked off my 8 billion inspiration photos for both hair and makeup. Let me tell you...Shaina is a magician! I looked AMAZING! I’ve never felt so beautiful in my entire life. She placed my hair extensions perfectly, and she taught me how to put them in on my own so I can get my money’s worth with these expensive extensions! I didn’t look like I was caked in makeup, and I looked like a more glamorous me.
Ashley and Angie did an amazing job with my bridesmaids' hair and makeup and my makeup! We had a great time with them and everyone looked phenomenal for the entire night. So glad...

d questions leading up to the event, as well.
I'm giving Onsite Muse four stars solely because I had asked for a second hairstylist to assist with a couple bridesmaids that asked to have their hair done, as well. They paid me in advance and I paid Muse. On the day of, one of my bridesmaids asked the hairdresser to do her daughter's hair, as well. I was not informed of this and was charged an additional $65. At the end of the day, it's not a huge deal, but I would have liked to be informed that this was happening and would incur an additional cost.
Shaina did such a great job on my makeup for my wedding! She was able to bring my vision to life and was very open to suggestions. She made me look and feel absolutely gorgeous. I...

que personality. Shaina was very thorough and communicative, from the first message I sent to the end of the wedding day. She can do all sorts of hairstyles on various hair types. Her prices are quite reasonable for the high quality of work she does. Two thumbs way up!

eing creative with our party. Everyone looked amazing and having the stylists come to us eliminated an extra stressor of finding a salon the day-of. We highly recommend Onsite Muse for all of your hair and make up services!

half later, she remembered everything. She arrived early, gave each of us the looks we asked for, and did so with a friendly and fun attitude. I highly recommend Kris for your event. She will make your prep time enjoyable and stress free!
I highly recommend Onsite Muse to any bride. Shaina did a beautiful job with my long hair, even weaving in some spare flowers the florist gave us! She's also so funny. We had a gre...
at conversation while she did my hair. Elly did my makeup and wow! She is every bit an artist. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my makeup, but I knew I wanted a more subtle look. She looked at me for a second, and then said, "I know what I'm going to do." She took all of my unique features into account and made me feel like a princess. And she is just so sweet and nice. People kept saying I looked beautiful and I couldn't help but rave to them about the Onsite Muse team that made it possible. I thought their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful work they do. I kind of hope I have another opportunity (wedding, photoshoot, etc.) to use their services! Again, highly recommend them!

ang out in a hotel room instead of a salon while everything was done.
Not only was all the hair and makeup perfect but all of the atrtists were so friendly and accommodating! They got there exactly when they were supposed and finished up early!
Shaina did my hair and not only was it great but she was willing to stay late to fix my mom's hair (she had mistakenly gone somewhere else) and do my aunt's makeup even though they weren't on the original schedule. She even stayed to make sure she put my veil on and my bridesmaids knew how to fix it! I highly recommend Onsite Muse!
I was surprised they would come to my house for just me (I didn't have a bridal party). Teanna was wonderful and personal. She took my vague ideas and directions and somehow knew ...

makeup look I had been thinking of. On top of her amazing talent, she is also so kind, funny, and thoughtful in her work. As a woman who typically does not wear a lot of makeup, Elly made me feel comfortable, confident, and absolutely gorgeous. If you land Elly to do your makeup, you are one lucky gal!

at! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is my eyeliner transferred to the top of my lid before photos so I had to fix that and at the end of the night after dancing it had transferred pretty majorly but it was hot and I danced hard so I didn’t mind, especially as pictures were over. Onsite Muse is convenient and super easy to work with, I would definitely recommend them!

With Robin and Elly there it felt like I had some of my really good friends there doing my hair and makeup they were so supportive and so fun!! I would highly recommend!

d I started having my hair cut by her. I was so excited to be able to have her do my hair and make up for my wedding.
It was 95 degrees the day of the wedding and I was dripping sweat and you never would have been able to tell. Onsite Muse made our entire group look so beautiful for my wedding day and they went above and beyond.
Shaina is honest which is what I needed in my life. She will tell you if something isn't going to work or look right. She wants you to look the best you can on your big day. I didn't love the feeling of the airbrush but I will tell you guys it makes you look flawless in photos.
We love Shaina!

pe, but she worked to get the style right by even practicing at home between our trial and the big day. I would definitely recommend her for vintage hair styling in MN, or any hair services needed. She was also really nice and actually cared, which was so important to me. I was thinking about giving 4 stars rather than 5, as it was pretty pricey for both the trial and big day compared to some salons I checked out. But in the end we had a beautiful result and it was all worth the money for my perfect wedding hair. Thank you Shaina!!

made my whole experience unforgetable. She puts her all into the work she does and truely connects with her clients. She made me feel like a princess on my special day and made sure she hit every request that I had. She was not only my make up artist on my wedding day, she was my best friend. She was there to make me laugh and helped me when I would tear up and about to wreck my eye lashes. She always made sure I was taken care of first and took care of everyone of my bridemaids as well. She has some amazing suggestions and truely puts her heart into her work. If you want someone who can make your experience memorable I would recommend Elly to every bride in the twin cites. I was so lucky to have her next to me on my big day!

ot only did the makeup look beautiful, they were fun to have in the hotel room with us while we were getting ready. Thank you Elly and Ashley for everything!
The onsite Minneapolis team is incredible! For my daughter's wedding (3-days event), Shaina, Teanna, Ashley, Katie, and Kris did the hair and makeup for our family members (about ...
17 members), they all stayed true to our more natural style so we all were comfortable but provided just enough glam that we are liked so much.. The whole team that came to beautify my daughter, me and our crew at our hotel in early morning and evening was amazing! They all came on time and got us out the door exactly on schedule. All members looked amazing! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend onsite muse for on location wedding prep!

, am I glad I went with Onsite Muse and didn't take the cheap way out (which is hard for a frugal person). Teanna was my artist and she was simply amazing! It was worth the price (and that goes for the trial too). They had great customer service and teanna was super sweet! Very nice to have them come to you the day of as well. Highly recommend!!

Shaina Rae, was extremely professional, friendly, and amazing at both hair and makeup. I had two wedding ceremonies in one day (Hindu and Christian), and she worked with me during our trial and on the day of to come up with two perfect different looks and ways to transition between the two looks! I was nervous about finding a company who could work with my unique and busier than usual wedding day, along with 6 bridesmaids, myself, and the sister of the groom! Even when we had a mishap with the bridesmaids' sari skirts all the makeup and hair artists helped us figure out a solution! All my bridesmaids were happy with their looks and so excited to have beautiful updos on a hot August day! THANK YOU! I highly recommend On-Site Muse.
Working with Onsite Muse was super easy and the results were beautiful! This was by far the best vendor choice I made for my wedding. Shaina was awesome for my trial and gave me an...

he also did my sisters make up as a last minute request and my sister, who very rarely wears make up looked phenomenal. I will definitely use Onsite Muse again. It was so comforting to know I could count on my make up looking good all day. Thank you for everything!

my dress; she is that good! She was very professional and so sweet and calm. Anytime you can find a calming personality on such a stressful day is a major plus. I had a vintage styled wedding and she did the most beautiful finger waves and created the exact look I was hoping for. I will definitely be using her in the future for any special events for my hair. Thank you so much Kira for everything you did and more!!!
I can't recommend Shaina and Onsite Muse enough! I recently had Shaina do my hair and makeup for a wedding that I was going to be a matron of honor for and I was so happy with her ...
work. She was friendly, personable, easy to talk to and listened to what exactly I wanted. I gave her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she did a fantastic job. It looked exactly like what I envisioned and it stayed all day and until the end of the night (even on a humid, 85 degree day at an outdoor wedding!). My makeup was also flawless and it looked so lovely in all the pictures. I am so impressed with the level of service and care that Shaina and the rest of the Onsite Muse team takes in ensuring you have the best experience possible. I think they do such a remarkable job and I would not hesitate to book a service with them again. Outstanding experience overall. I’ll be back! :)

ly fun to work with, but she really listened to what I wanted, and gave me a final bridal look that I was absolutely ecstatic with. I looked and felt gorgeous the entire day and night. Nothing moved or smudged even through lots and lots of dancing. Onsite made the rest of my bridal party look amazing too! Their studio space is absolutely gorgeous as well, so you will get tons of great looking getting-ready pictures if you choose to get ready there too! I did, and I am so happy that I did. Book them now! You will be happy that you did :)

't sure what to expect from a makeup artist. I was concerned that I wouldn't feel like myself. Not only did I feel like myself, I've never felt more beautiful. Teanna not only did a great job, she was a lot of fun to be with, and even helped button me into my dress when my mom got tired. I definitely recommend working with her.
I got married a few days ago and used Onsite Muse for hair and makeup. They were recommended to me by a coworker. Teanna was absolutely wonderful. First of all her personality was...
so much fun! She was friendly and you could tell she loves what she does. She chimed right in on our conversations as we were getting ready and we all had some good laughs! It felt like a friend I had known for years was there with us! I was very worried about having my hair done as it meant so much to me that I liked it, and because I have short hair and bought clip in extensions for more updo options. She tweaked my hair until I loved it and you would have never guessed I have short hair! It looked just like I envisioned it! My makeup was spot on and lasted through the entire night of crying tears of happiness and hugging tons of people. Even my eyelashes stayed in place perfectly! I can't thank her enough for helping me to feel like I looked my absolute best on my wedding day. Thank you Teanna! ❤️ I'll send a photo when I get them!

When I was thinking about who to book for make-up for my own wedding, they are the first people I contacted. Kira responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours, providing me with all the information I needed to make a decision. After officially booking with Onsite Muse, Kira provided a schedule. They were on time, were prepared for whatever my bridesmaids could ask them to do and gave everyone the look they had requested. I cannot recommend Onsite Muse enough!
