Thank you for your interest! On-Site Productions is an event and wedding production company based out of Pelham, Alabama. We are so excited to hear from you! We want to introduce you to who we are as a company and what you can expect. We offer services such as Custom Lighting (such as chandeliers, string lighting, uplighting, pin spot lighting, and custom monograms), Cold Spark machines for first dances and reception exits, Custom Drapery, Luxury Restroom Trailers,& Audio/Visual Services. We service couples all across the U.S with a focus in the Southeast and Alabama. Designs, budgets, and time of the year are all variables when it comes to your wedding or event. We want to provide our clients with the information you need to make an informed decision. All of our quotes are custom tailored to your event, but we have given details below on what our pricing structure starts at for our most popular services. Lighting & Draping Services-To provide a level of excellence and service, we cap our availability and take a limited amount of events. Lighting includes Chandeliers, String Lighting of all kinds, Uplighting, Pin Spot Lighting, as well as special items like Cold Sparkler Machines for your first dance or exit. Luxury Restroom Trailers-We have multiple sizes to offer you depending on your needs and size of your event. Pricing begins at $1,900 for our smallest five station unit. Audio/Visual Services begin at $2,000.

We used on site productions for our DJ. Our DJs name was Ryan Stone and he is incredible! He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has fun! He even got out on the dance floor to show us how to do the cupid shuffle! Played great music all night and had a great personality! Highly recommend!

We used OnSite for our lighting, draping, and DJ services at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and all I have to say is WOW! The people at OnSite are seriously so good at what they do. They made our vision for the space come to life with intricate lighting and draping. Everyone that walked into our venue was wowed at the space they helped to create. The lighting they added also created a great ambiance for the reception. Our DJ was Ryan Stone and he was absolutely wonderful! He did an awesome job at keeping the party going with crowd-favorite songs. The dance floor didn't empty for the rest of the night once dancing started! Overall our experience with OnSite was top notch, we are so so pleased with all of their work. We cannot recommend them enough!!

We used On-Site as our DJ. They did a great job of having a good atmosphere and keeping the party going. We were disappointed that they did not play everything on our must play list, and that despite our request for clean, non suggestive music, the DJ played Soulja Boy. However, they were so easy to work with, and overall, did a great job at throwing us a fun party.

What can I say about our DJ Ryan Jones.. he was amazing! He had great energy and really seemed to have fun along with our guests and it made it very eventful! On-Site Productions was so easy to work with and you can be as hands on as you want when it comes to the music or you can let them take control! We enjoyed our music for the reception and couldn't be happier! Thank you On-Site Productions and of course thank you to Ryan Jones!!

Our DJ was great. He played most of the songs on our must-play list, although not all of them, and did a good job of announcing what was coming next - cake cutting, dances, bouquet toss etc... The only problem we had (which I honestly didn't know until someone told me) is that apparently he didn't know our names when he did the grand entrance LOL.... nothing major though!

I was VERY picky about having a wedding DJ - I wanted a wedding band, but compromised on a DJ to stay within budget ... and was nervous to have a personality unlike us in charge of moving our reception along. I spoke with Ryan at On-Site and felt immediately comfortable - he promised that his crew was only interested in being the vendor we wanted them to be that day. He matched us with Chase who was fun and laid-back, perfectly our style. People are still talking about how much fun it was to dance at our wedding! I highly recommend working with them and even coupling services (such as lighting), if possible. They are professional and responsible in making your event perfect, just for you!

We booked Chace from On-Site for our DJ back in May and are so happy we did. The whole process of picking our songs online was easy and fun. Chace DJ'ed our ceremony and reception, and everything was perfect! The ceremony flowed smoothly, and the reception was the time of our lives. All of our guests made sure to comment on how great the music was. I definitely recommend working with On-Site!

When we were finalizing our ceremony music, I had a very selective menu of music I wanted played during the prelude and during the wedding ceremony. I wanted a vendor who would really listen to those desires to make sure our ceremony began with a reverent atmosphere. On-Site Productions was exactly that! They answered EVERY detailed question I had in regards to our ceremony music from the beginning to the very end. We got married at The Sonnet House and they were the ones who recommended On-Site Productions for our music needs. I am so glad we listened to The Sonnet House staff because they did not disappoint. They were very professional and made every request come true. I highly recommend these professionals to anyone!

FYI I did not use On-Site as a DJ; I used them for lighting. They only show up in the DJ category. However, if you're looking for lighting/decor, they were excellent. Their lighting and draperies set the romantic atmosphere at our garden pavilion wedding. I was hesitant to pay for lighting at first (trying to save money), but my family saw the venue set up on our final walkthrough visit and insisted we contact the lighting. Best decision we made, and they were so easy to work with, even last-minute.

We LOVED On Site Productions! Our DJ was interactive and played great music! All of our guests enjoyed it and it was a huge party. Also, we loved the photo booth and the way we could customize the pictures that guests received. Great experience.

Easy to work with, but I had a few songs on my list that were never played; whereas, the DJ played several that were not on my list. That was a little disappointing.

The disc jockey was wonderful and really made the day! Everyone had so much fun at the reception and the dance floor was packed. The music selection was great and the guests really enjoyed requesting songs. I would very highly recommend On-Site Productions. I can't imagine any DJ better than ours! Thank you for making the reception flow smoothly and for all the great memories!

I used On-Site Productions for my wedding. They did a wonderful job, and I would use them again in the future. The online worksheet was easy to use, and I liked that my fiance and I could work on our music at our convenience. They played any songs requested, and had everyone up and dancing at the reception. I liked how Jared called me to finalize all of my music a few weeks before the wedding. Jared was professional, and kept my reception running smoothly. I like how he announced to our guests when we were about to cut the cake, toss the bouquet, etc. so my guests did not miss any moment of the reception. I would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for a DJ! They went beyond our expectations for our wedding!
