On The Marc delivered an extraordinary experience for my daughter's wedding. The event was a huge success and most of the guests singled out On The Marc for the superb food and masterful service! I believe no request is too large or small for this incredibly talented team - in every single way, they were superlative. I simply cannot imagine any other caterer living up to the foods they served, the presentation, and their focus on every single guest. Truly spectacular in every way!!

Book On The Marc to cater your wedding, you will not be disappointed!! We are major foodies and cared a ton about the food for our wedding day. As people that have attended multiple weddings, we know how hard it is to serve great food for hundreds of people, but On The Marc delivers!! We got tons of rave reviews from our guests about the hors d'oeuvres and dinner options. Mini lobster rolls, chicken & waffles and duck quesadillas were notable hits at the cocktail hour and then we had several guests mention their swooning over the branzino at dinner. Everyone’s plates were licked clean! The team was professional and executed flawlessly day-of, which was especially impressive given they had never worked at our venue previously. Emily and Amanda were responsive and accommodating with us throughout the whole process making everything seamless. Our venue and wedding planner mentioned post-wedding that they can’t wait to hopefully work with them again.

Everything about working with On The Marc was fantastic. First, their patience and kindness through a venue change was truly unparalleled. It is clear that Marc does the right thing by his clients, and runs a professional, organized company. We can’t personally thank him enough for working to make sure we were happy. This kind of personal care is rare. Now, on to the beauty of the event. Everyone we spoke to raved about the food. We have family members trying to recreate recipes of dishes they tried at our wedding! Every appetizer, main course, and dessert was a 10/10. Then, for the staff on the day of. Service was impeccable. At one point our elderly grandmother and her sisters were leaving early. Two young staff members not only helped walk them to the car, but also made sure they got into the car safely! Thank you for everything, OntheMarc!

My experience with OnTheMarc was not just the best experience I have had with a caterer / event company - it was the best experience I have had with any company. Period. Chef Marc and his team are true professionals who care deeply about delighting their customers and those who attend their events. I worked with OnTheMarc for my wife’s 40th birthday party. Chef Marc and his team created an extraordinary menu of all my wife’s favorite foods and EVERYONE who attended raved about the amazing culinary experience! Honestly – it was the talk of the event. I’ve also attended other OnTheMarc events and every time, I am blown away by the quality of the food, the amazing staff and the overall magical atmosphere. I've known Marc since High School, his passion has always been food. Marc's length of experience far exceeds any caterer or Chef that I know. When most 16 year old children were playing video games, Marc was working countless hours at restaurants as an intern or working on his craft at home. I've seen Marc's business flower from a home kitchen to a full service commercial kitchen and growing. Through all his expansion, Marc has never lost site of the customer experience, he continues to train his staff with weekly/monthly trainings making each event better and better. As someone that's now been to multiple events performed by OntheMarc, I am always beyond impressed by the food quality, abundance, and hospitality be each member of his Team. The appetizers are always my favorite, especially the Mini Maine Lobster Rolls, I'm always full before dinner is served. I would highly recommend Marc and his Team as I have always to anyone looking to host anything from a small dinner party of 2 to a party of 200 or more! Buon appetito!

On the Marc is literally the greatest catering/event company on the planet. We moved a few years ago from NYC and didnt know if CT companies would be that caliber. Marc and his team CRUSHED IT. We continue to work with them on home festivities, WEDDING, anything we can. Every friend we refer loves Marc’s warm personality and beyond professional staff - all of our friends who worked with ONTHEMARC for weddings continue to RAVE ABOUT THE FOOD, presentation from CHEF MARC - many of his staff have been with him decades (it seems based on how closely they all work together. Separately, a close friend had OntheMarc for a big PR Event in SoHo and said everyone was BLOWN AWAY by the Event, Ambiance and Magical Show he created with the room decorating and Absolutely Incredible appetizers, main courses and desserts. CHEF MARC is the best! I also know personally that he lost sleep, fed daily and helped all his staff as much as possible during the pandemic. He also provides so much free food and services for so many CHARITIES across CT and NY. We love Marc and simply wanted to share as he has touched so many people positively in so many communities as a CHEF, Event Planner (events 10 people to 1,200 people) per me and my friends experience with him), philanthropist and role model. On The Marc was AMAZING to work with. After postponing our wedding in 2020 and then having to find a completely new venue less than 6 months before our 2021 date, we could not have been happier to find the Longshore Pavilion by OTM. Everything from the sales and booking process to the day of execution was flawless. The Longshore Pavilion is a beautiful space that allows for open air events. I had always dreamed of a tented wedding but they can be expensive. Look no further because OTM provides everything you need for such a fair and reasonable price. Planning with Emily was wonderful and she was very helpful with my never ending questions and occasional anxiety attacks! I brought my dad to the final walk through who was a restaurant owner for 35 years. I’ve never seen him so impressed with the operations that OTM manages. On the day of our event the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was unmatched. They also made sure to clean up the grass and beach area around the tent so that it looked perfectly manicured for our special day. A couple of days after our wedding the owner of OTM called me to make sure everything went ok and thank us for having our event with them. Such a nice touch! Book with OTM for catering and/or Longshore Pavilion for your venue and you truly will not regret it!

The food was the talk of our wedding! Such a great assortment of appetizers and late night snacks and the meals were perfect! Their signature cocktails were so delicious they didn’t even last the whole night but with such an amazing open bar it wasn’t an issue! I would recommend OTM to anyone and everyone that is looking for amazing food for their wedding or event!

We hired OnTheMarc as they came highly recommended from our wedding planners – and hiring them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!! They are extremely flexible with the menu and are willing to make custom options based on preferences. They were also extremely understanding and quick to adjust to changing situations. Like many couples, we had to push out our wedding due to Covid-19 and OTM was understanding to all of the adjustments we had to make such as changing our date, changing our guest-count, and changing our reception setup. On the day, the service was also impeccable and the food quality is absolutely amazing! We received endless complements on the food at our wedding!

We found On The Marc through our florist after we had a really bad experience with our original venue. We ended up canceling our first venue and booked with OTM at the Longshore Pavilion. These guys are the absolute best, hands down. Amanda our coordinator was phenomenal, so easy and fun to work with. They were beyond patient with every single table seating chart update I had (lol) and truly amazing to work with in every regard. They are so on top of their business not a single thing went wrong on my wedding day. For starters the space is incredible, they own a ton of event spaces in the area and they all look pretty awesome, but I loved The Pavilion because it’s right on the water and the Sperry tent they have with a full floor is just beautiful. If you tried to get that tent on your own you would probably use up 1/2 your wedding budget. Onto the food, I heard from every guest I spoke with that the food was the best wedding food they have ever had, and tbh it WAS. Not only was it great wedding food, it’s just fabulous food in general. We had a beautiful raw bar in addition to the passed apps, which was perfect in the setting. Amanda went out of her way to meet my specific requests and have it work within our budget. We did buffet stations which in my option was the right move, not only could people eat as little or as much as they wanted but it offered a nice variety, maintained the integrity of the food (although it would probably be delicious passed) and also allowed for us to include a specialty station. OTM also made our wedding cake, which was better than I could have expected, light fluffy and another thing people were raving about, along with the duck appetizer which was a huge hit. The staff was incredible, so attentive and professional. When I say things went off without a hitch, I mean that, there was at no point where I felt stressed out on the day of my wedding. I could go on an on but I think you get the point. If you have the option to use OTM I would highly, HIGHLY recommend it. Thank you for making my wedding absolutely perfect OTM, I wish I could live it all over again.

We ended up working with OnTheMarc because we booked one of their venues (The Hangar) and I'm so glad that we did. Their food is absolutely AMAZING and they were great about working with us to make the menu what we wanted. I still haven't stopped hearing about how great the food was! Also their staff the day of was so polite and helpful, I couldn't have asked for a better team.

OnTheMarc provided absolutely perfect food for our wedding. Throughout the entire process, they provided exceptional service. I am both gluten free and vegetarian and we had a number of other guests with serious food allergies. They helped us arrange a menu that was 80% gluten free and our guests had no idea. We were getting comments during the wedding and calls and texts afterwards about how unbelievable the food was. Including one guest who said the chicken was "the best chicken I've ever had in my life". They helped make an entirely gluten free assortment of desserts that tasted exactly like the originals. They let us make substitutions and changes to the menu to make it just what we were looking for. The food was an incredible representation of the foods we know and love and was both delicious and personal. One of the desserts was a passionfruit, mint square and everyone was raving. I think it may have been my all time favorite dessert! I also cannot say enough about the service. From the first tasting, they were unbelievably professional and talented. My mom and I love to cook and so they were giving us tips and tricks at the tasting. I felt like we were back stage at a cooking network show! The day of the wedding everyone was so kind and professional. The servers made sure we got to taste everything by leaving samples of the passed desserts on our sweetheart table. They were all sweet, kind and professional. We had a guest with several allergies who we had forgotten to tell them about and they helped make day-of accommodations for her as well. The service and food were both exceptional! I highly recommend them for any wedding or event.

We chose OTM for our 6/2/18 wedding because we had worked with them in the past and knew they made delicious food and were very professional. We had an amazing tasting and knew that our guests would love their food as much as we did and we weren’t wrong! The next day I heard so many compliments on the passed apps and everyone loved the short rib entree. In fact, it was so good that I made sure to stop talking to anyone for a few minutes just to get to eat my dinner! Lauren is a fabulous communicator and made the whole process easy. Thank you to Marc and the whole team for the delicious food and for pulling it all off at an unfurnished and unfinished family property- making it an extra challenge. Though they are a bit pricey, if you love delicious food and a beautiful presentation, then these are your pick! We are so happy we did!

On the Marc catered our wedding reception last Saturday at Millstone Farm. From start to finish they were incredible. All the guests loved the food! My husband and I only wish we could eat their food again. If someone wants to invite us to an OTM event, our calendar is open. Special thanks to Amanda and Quinn for making our day so special - in the rain!

We hired On the Marc for our wedding - sort of by default since they were the exclusive caterer for our venue. We are SO glad that we were able to work with OTM. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals: quick to respond, always accurate in their statements, quick to adapt to changing situations, accommodating and extremely helpful in sharing their event planning expertise. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. And, though in our experience people rarely compliment the food at a wedding, we got SO many compliments on every part of the meal: the passed hors d'oeuvres, the meal itself, and the desserts as well. How often does that happen!? With so much expertise in their craft and in the logistics end of the business, they are truly a pleasure to work with. On the Marc Catering catered our daughter's wedding reception this past December. Because we chose a very non-traditional venue (an airplane hangar at Danbury Airport), On the Marc needed to provide EVERYTHING you could imagine...and provide they did!! From the first hors d'oeuvre (including mini lobster rolls and micro gyros) to the entrees (grilled Arctic char and grilled sirloin) to the last dessert bite (including pumpkin mousse on chewy ginger snaps and cinnamon sugar mini-donuts with strawberry dipping sauce) the food was delicious!! Some of our guests actually went into the "kitchen" (a roughed out, unseated space they turned into a kitchen) to tell the staff how much they enjoyed the food and appreciated the attentive service. Marc and his amazing assistant, Lauren, were a dream to work with and tackled everything easily and efficiently.
