Open Flame Restaurant & Catering

We worked with Shane at Open Flame for our wedding and had an awesome experience! Open Flame has delicious food at an affordable price. Since we were planning our wedding during the pandemic, we had a lot of changes to our guest count and order and Shane was so flexible and responsive to those changes. We got many compliments about the food and the appetizers. Their staff was so professional and provided great service. Highly recommend Open Flame!!

We loved working with Shane at Open Flame - he was very responsive to our many questions, made the whole process easier and was extremely professional from start to finish. Plus the food was phenomenal! We got rave reviews from our guests for our buffet line. Everything was outstanding, from the cocktail hour appetizers to the dinner. Great service, great food - we could not have asked for better!

We had Open Flame cater our wedding reception, and it was such a great choice. Shane and Laz at Open Flame were awesome to work with. We were planning our wedding mostly from out-of-state, and their flexibility in working with us was so helpful. They were so open to some of our less traditional requests, like serving fried cheese curds as an appetizer (which were amazing!). We received so many compliments on how great all of the food was, how well the family style serving we chose went, and how friendly and cheerful their entire staff was. We recommend Open Flame to anyone looking for a great caterer for their next event. Or if you're just looking for a place to eat out one night, check out their restaurant in Hales Corners!
