We had Open Road Wood Fired Pizza cater my wedding reception, and they were an absolute hit! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and completely on top of every detail. The pizzas were incredible—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and unique the food was. It added such a fun and memorable vibe to the evening.
CJ and his staff handled a large crowd with such ease and kept the line moving in such a quick and timely manner. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both the food and the service. So thankful we chose them for such a special day—10/10 recommend for weddings, events, or any gathering where you want people to leave full and happy!

Our authentic mobile Italian pizza debuted in 2013 and has since cranked out tens of thousands of pizzas across the country. Now based in Knoxville, you will see our oven travelling the highways and backroads of East Tennessee.
We strive to separate ourselves from a traditional caterer by providing an altogether unique experience for our clients. The smell of freshly prepared ingredients, the sight of dough tossed in the air, and the sound of a crackling wood-fired oven are the moments we pride ourselves on.
