before the ceremony (due to the groom, groomsmen and guests assisting) to running out of supplies for open bar, and the serving staff being off track for every phase of the wedding. I truly feel heart broken that my sisters one big day was impacted so greatly by failure upon the company and staff.

(groomsman had to help get things set up the tables also... which should have been done already) Then after the ceremony while the wedding party was taking pictures there were meatballs and mac & cheese bites for the guests. While I didn't mind eating the mac & cheese bites with my fingers as they weren't messy, I had to eat the meatballs with my fingers too! No toothpicks or hors d'oeuvre forks were supplied until much later after dinner had started. The open bar ran out of mixer early. I went to get a coke and was told we ran out of coke and sprite. But you can have diet coke. No thank you. This company should be ashamed of themselves for the stress they put on this couple on their big day.

perfect. They were even going to help set up the centerpieces and decorations so we gave them very clear instructions to make it as easy as possible. However, they fell through on their promises and basically ruined the decor, gift table, escort table, etc. I was very disappointed and they didn't even know they had messed up at all. My DJ was so amazing, he even offered to help but at that point, it was useless. Once notified of the mistake and all the things they missed they tried to put the stuff out but failed miserably. It was quite embarrassing for me but since it was my wedding I tried to be a good sport. Luckily my guests had a great time and apparently the food was good. I was just really disappointed that they didn't do what they said would be no problem. :(

h them not responding to my calls or emails. So my Sister and MOH called Orange Blossom to see if they were available and get pricing information. Luckily, they were having a tasting that weekend. Our contact was MaryPat which I was able to meet and talk to at the Tasting. After talking with MaryPat, I made up my mind and decided to go with Orange Blossom. Plus the fact they there were 5 minutes away from my venue (St. Pete Women's Club) really put my mind at east. The day of the wedding, the staff was absolutely wonderful. We had about 55 people in our party and Orange Blossom provided 4 swervers. They were very accomadating and responded quickly to every request. They even let me make a plate of appetizers before the wedding since I did not eat lunch. During the cocktail hour while my groom and I were taking pictures, they put plates of appetizers on our sweetheart table. A nice surprise to come in to. Then when it was time for dinner. Two of the servers went around the buffett with use and held our plates, served up everything we wanted and walked them back to our table with us. I really liked that because I was worried about spilling food on my gown. My only regret was not having a copy of my itinerary available for them. But it really wasn't needed. Anytime they saw or heard we needed thier assistance, they were there. I can't say enough good things about them. They were amazing! Oh, and I am only mentioning this because some caterers do not do this. At the end of the night, they packaged up all the leftovers and sent them home with us. That was a nice treat to find when we go home because we were hungry.

They were helpful before the wedding and guided us to pick the perfect package that fit our budget. I would use them again.

nd completely went with the theme of our wedding. They served 115 people without a hitch and even walked my husband and I though the buffet and made our plates for us. They were a great value and did a fantastic job, I would recommend them to anyone!

t time it was too late, and the make shift one they did do was too small. They didn't have any of the appetizers uncovered for my guests for the cocktail hour so no one knew if they could eat. My sister was the one that went around and told people the apps were out and to go get some. When it came time for dinner, which was a buffet, the food was cold since they didn't have those tray warmers. Which totally defeated the point of having a buffet (always heard stories of cold food for a sit down served dinner, but never for a buffet).

ith Lindsay, who I called several times with questions, and she always had an answer for me and was very nice. As the date drew near, I was in contact with the owner Ron Guttveg, who was also very nice and always had an answer for me. Instead of driving an hour to St. Pete, we met him at his home office, which was convenient. The day of the wedding, everything was absolutely beautiful and very tasty! Awesome job!

our programs. They were not. They just stuffed them in the wine glasses. We asked them to poor wine during the dinner they did not. We had plated dinners... and it took them forever to serve everyone. They took the cake away before everyone got a piece. The food was great, but I was disappointed with the service.

The thing that sealed the deal was when we went to my cousins wedding that was actually at OBC (ours was at the Lyceum) and the food was so good and the orange chicken was outstanding. I never thought I would be serving orange chicken at my wedding, but it's all anyone could talk about! We also had a prime rib carving station, scallops with veggies, rice, au gratin potatoes (my fave) and salad etc. Being the bride I didn't have much time to eat but I did sample a little bit of everything just to know what our guests were being served. Their staff was so kind as to serve us and wait on us hand and foot since they know the bride and groom is so busy! We had leftovers but we stayed at the Vinoy our wedding night and they didn't have a microwave so we were really bummed - it was that good!! We also got our wedding cake included in the package and being that most wedding cakes avg around $500 I'd say it was a great deal!! (We chose cakes by carolyn and was highly impressed). Our guests are still telling us how yummy the food was!

y don't nickle and dime you for everything. Their prices include dinnerware, table clothes and napkins. Most catering companies like to charge you more money for those items. Orange Blossom is great! I recommend them to everyone!

e to our wedding day we were very disappointed. First of all they set up the food in a very odd and confusing manner. The food was decent but different from what we had at the tasting, we were expecting the same. The vegetables and pasta were cold and the meet was dry. We paid an extra $200 for a fruit punch fountain...they served the wrong punch (which my mother couldn't drink due to a health condition, which is why we picked a specific kind) and through out the night the fountain became clogged and stopped working. The only good thing I have to say about the catering was the decor, linens, and the staff. The decor and linens were set up very nice and the staff were wonderful. Aside from that I would not reccomend Orange Blossom.

ved all that we got with our package and that included china and table cloths. All of that can add up with a wedding, but Orange Blossom included it all in the cost! The only things that I would note are that it was a little hard to get a hold of the guy who was dealing with our account sometimes (and to talk to him), and that the chicken was dry the day of the wedding. Other than that, totally worth the money! Wonderful catering staff as well!

st cannot say enough good things about this company. They have definitely set the bar quite high and I doubt that any other company can do better than, let alone come close to, the level of professionalism and quality they provided for us. Did I mention just how wonderful their staff was? Every staff member they had on hand was soooo friendly and accommodating. They are just good people. I highly recommend Orange Blossom Catering and I hope we have another party/event where we can call on them again.

re not the way I wanted. They arrived late and they scrambled to have the set up completed. I would maybe recommend them for use in their own facilities, however, to have them come to you, be prepared to make sure you stay on top of them. I was also talked out of my napkin folding I so wanted, stating it was too time consuming to do and my tables were not set up the way I designed and we agreed upon.
