Every time a bump in the road would come, Briana kept us calm and would talk through every possible scenario with us to make the best decision. The details she thought of and put into place for our day were some of our favorites! Working with Briana is truly like working with your best friend that happens to know everything and anything wedding related. e originally planned to get married May 2020, and had to postpone and downsize to immediate family only. Briana went above and beyond and worked with all of our vendors to identify days when they were all available later in the year. In a time when there were so many things to be stressed about, Briana made sure that our wedding wasn't one of them! The day went off flawlessly and we ended up loving the intimate day with our families.

ee was the best money we spent on the wedding. She was able to fully understand what my (many) anxieties were, and she made sure that they were all taken care of perfectly. Her timeline was literally down to the minute for the entire wedding day, so I knew going into it things would be under control...and I was so right. I never once had to wonder where I was supposed to be, or felt panicked. She eloquently made sure everyone was where they had to be, when they needed to be there. She made sure the night flowed flawlessly, without ever making us feel like we were being rushed or pushed around. Briana is always professional, and incredibly good at an incredibly difficult job. She is positive, upbeat, understanding, and calming. I cannot imagine what we would have done without her. Hire her...you will not regret it.

ay. After our initial consultation, I knew we had to hire her. She was so quick to respond to any emails or text questions and was so comforting throughout the entire process, which is what I really needed. only do planning related directly to the venue so whenever I'd go to them for assistance for the million other items on my to-do list they either didn't have an answer or didn't give the best advice. After freaking out, my MOH told me to hire a outside planner.... I caved and hired on Orange Blossom Events. From the first phone call with Briana, I wish I had hired her from day one. She was super speedy, always had an answer, gave great advice, and most importantly took away all of my stress. The planning process suddenly became enjoyable, stress-free and fun. For the day of, they helped me put together a timeline for getting ready and helped to keep everyone on time throughout the morning. we wanted to have a big party but a more formal like party because we didn’t have an actual wedding reception back when we got married. The Orange Blossom Events team exceeded my expectations. Leading up to it all, they were very responsive, organized, and I wanted Briana and Mandi to be my friends when it was all over with! They were so sweet and made everything so seamless and stress free. I literally made an account so I could review them lol. Thank you Orange Blossom Events for making our anniversary so special!

't think we needed a planner since our venue had one but now she says our best dollars were spent with the Orange Blossom Events team. They were knowledgable, organized, and kept us ahead of schedule. Orange Blossom Events was a wedding-saver!

process. The organization provided with the overall timeline and communication with vendors took so much pressure off of us as a couple. Having the Orange Blossom Events team there the day of to coordinate the many different moving pieces was a massive help and ultimately put us at ease. We did not have to worry about any logistics allowing us to enjoy the day to the fullest and take it all in. The weekend was executed flawlessly thanks to the help of OBE! we made! She was incredibly professional and responsive, and she made us feel at ease. She took detailed notes of our preferences, must-haves, and desired timeline for our wedding day, and she made everything come together. She knew how to navigate the vendors for our wedding and she was our advocate throughout the process leading up to and during our wedding day. She also served as our day of wedding coordinator, and she made our day memorable and stress-free. She set up all of our wedding décor prior to the wedding (which turned out just as we had asked and imagined), made sure that the wedding party was tended to, and made sure that guests got to where they needed to be. She also handled breaking down all the décor after the wedding. Mandi was everything we could ask of a coordinator: she was sharp and insightful, realistic and resourceful, and warm and assuring. My wife and I had no stress or last minute/day of issues at our wedding, and that was because Mandi had everything under control. We were undoubtedly in good hands with her, and my wife and I would highly recommend her and Orange Blossom! Thank you so much, Mandi, for making our day so special for for being so wonderful!
