Thank goodness for Nicolle! The amount of work she put in was astounding and I don't know how anything would have happened without her. She was always available to help before the wedding, even just for silly questions, which was a huge stress reliever. She even provided some signage/decorations for us and recommended vendors, too. Generally everything ran smoothly on the wedding day and everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. Any little mix ups were mostly things only I noticed and could easily forgive since she was dealing with a challenging venue and is only one person! She was the best vendor at my wedding- don't hesitate to hire her!

Nicolle made our wedding day and the planning process seamless. She promptly responded to every call and email, listened to our requests and provided suggestions that we had never even considered. Our wedding day was flawless, she did an amazing job making our venue look beautiful and was able to quickly pivot when Mother Nature had other ideas for our planned outdoor ceremony. She went above and beyond our expectations, allowing us to be stress-free, spend time with our guests and fully enjoy the entire day. Nicolle took on a huge job with a destination wedding in Canada during the pandemic, and her perseverance, expertise, and creativity resulted in a glorious wedding! She met with the bride and groom a number of times by phone, zoom, and in person, listened carefully to what was on their hearts, added some suggestions and recommendations, and proceeded to find just what they were looking for. The end result was breathtaking! The venue my son selected was a vineyard requiring everything be brought in -- tent, tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, food, lights, decorations, sound system, restrooms - literally everything. She hunted down the best deals for us. She organized and kept track of all we had to rent in an excel spread sheet and a binder. She thought of potential problems ahead of time that we would have never thought of -- and had solutions planned already. She enabled us to move seamlessly from a small wedding to a larger one as the USA-Canada border opened up at the very last minute in the pandemic. Nicolle was always available for phone consultations and to help with last minute complications. When the time was down to the wire, we hadn't secured the restrooms yet, and discovered all the ones that she had recommended were already booked. We called Nicolle in a panic, and she interrupted a trip to research and secure restrooms for us. I highly recommend Nicolle and Orange Butterfly - she lifted the burden off us, and brought us steadiness and peace. She is understanding and patient, and a joy to work with because she clearly loves this work. She was indeed a tremendous blessing to us during what could have been a very challenging time.
