Orange Krush made our reception such a great environment. With the exception of our wedding dance song being a different version than we had given, everything was great. We hones...
tly laughed it off and kept on dancing (we had choreographed a dance). Our guests loved filling up the dance floor
This band is a blast! My husband and I got married in Asheville and are so happy we booked Orange Krush. From the energy, to the talent, to the fun outfits, and engagement with our...
guests, this group is fun! They did a great job with communication prior to the big day, and they also did a superb job with the dinner music set and seamlessly switched gears to dance tunes. We’re so pleased and our guests told us repeatedly how much fun the music was! Loved the experience of working with Carrie and Orange Krush.
Orange Krush was awesome! We were lucky they were still free when we started looking for a band about a month before the wedding. We had thought we didn't want/couldn't afford one,...
but we decided to push the budget a little to include just a couple hours of live music, and we're so glad we did. They created a great vibe and made the event feel special. They've got an eclectic song list with a lot of jazz standards and pop oldies, which was perfect for us and our crowd of nerdy millennials. They will also learn one new song for free for each event, which is pretty cool (we picked the Spice Girls' "Wannabe" and made it a special dance for the bridesmaids). They even generously let my uncle sing one song with the band. All in all, we were very happy!
AMAZING! Orange Krush plays a wide variety of music.
I definitely recommend the option to add a horn section. Our guests were dancing the whole time!
Orange Krush was amazing! Very easy to work with and responsive leading up to the wedding. They did a wonderful job with our dance songs, and the music was a great mix of new and o...
ld. After a ton of searching bands started to blend together, but Orange Krush stood out and we're so glad we chose them. The dance floor was packed all night.
Orange Krush was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding band! We had an absolute blast and they played a great mix of swing music and funk. The dance floor was full all night,...
the band kept in mind the few songs we asked them not to play, and the lead vocalist was out in the middle of the dance floor with us for a lot of the songs - it was so much fun! The band was so accommodating when my MOH asked them to give her a back beat for her "Rap" toast, and when I asked them if a family friend who is a singer could join them for a song they were totally on board! We can't possibly say enough great things about Orange Krush!
I heard great reviews about Orange Krush, and many of our guests said they had an awesome time at the reception... But I wasn't completely satisfied with the band. I was not impres...
sed with the girl's voice and they showed up with an electric drum set. Though they did play a lot of songs I told them we liked, they didn't incorporate any recent songs (except two pop/rap songs I requested prior to the event).
I guess I expected more involvement in the crowd, more current music (especially during their breaks), and amazing vocalists.
The main contact was extremely easy to work with, though, and promptly returned emails and answered question.
My suggestion: go hear them before you book them.
This band was AMAZING at our wedding in Highlands, NC. They were incredible- playing just the right songs and soliciting audience participation. Multiple wedding guests said it was...
the best band they had ever seen. I highly recommend them!!
Orange Krush was truly an incredible band; I would recommend them to everyone!!! They had every decade up and dancing on the floor, including the Grooms 96 year young grandma! Th...
ey have an awesome array of music and learned a couple new ones for us, including a very special ceremony piece featuring the Brides 13 year old cousin’s voice with the piano accompany of Brian. Johanna and Ricky have amazing voices, and it was so fun to see Ricky out singing in the crowd!! Lief was so nice and easy to work with leading up to our destination wedding. When you throw a destination wedding on the beach you expect everyone to talk about the beautiful scenery. You expect everyone to talk about the incredible food. In the end what every single guest couldn’t stop raving about was how great the band was!!!
The played so a fun and exciting version of 'Shout' that every single person from young to old were up and dancing and singing along with them. It really kicked off the night all...
of our friends/family still talk about dancing to that song and how great a job the band did. They also looked very professional and dressed up like guests of the wedding. They fit right in.
