I booked Orchard Photo for my wedding on 05/09/26. I was an out of town bride, so I did not meet Chris in person until the day of my wedding. I loved how real and in the moment Chr...
is’s photos looked compared to other companies. My husband and I are silly, goofy people who hate awkwardly stiff photos! Chris and Julian did a wonderful job of making everyone laugh and feel natural during photos and video. My husband and I had our 2 pups as our flower girls. We have an older pup (14) and a younger pup (2) who are very different when cameras come out. They made both of our pups enjoy being photographed for our wedding (even with Chris barking at them to get their attention). At one point it became a fun game of playing tag with the 2 year old pup which turned out great for our photos! The overall vibe from Orchard Photo was fantastic and silly/goofy which is exactly what we wanted! We already have our photos back and I cannot wait to print them for our walls!
Chris & Allie photographed not only my brother/sister-in-law's wedding but a few of their friends as well. After hearing their raving reviews and seeing all of their photos + video...
s, we knew we had to reach out to them when we started looking for our own wedding. They are absolutely AMAZING to work with and beyond accommodating - making the trip all the way to New York for our big day. They are super sweet, have a great, positive energy and perfectly captured our most important moments. The photographs came out SO beautiful! My husband and I didn't do a first look but it was important to us to not spend our entire cocktail hour taking photographs - Chris & Allie completely understood and worked quickly and efficiently to get us exactly what we wanted with time to grab a drink and mingle with our guests. And our video (thanks to David) was beyond PERFECT!! He captured all of the important and fun moments and edited it to perfection. For anyone considering the video, it is a MUST and completely worth it. I am so impressed with this team and highly recommend them. Hoping to work with them again soon :)
Chris and Allie were an INCREDIBLE team that made our wedding weekend beautiful, easy, and SO much fun. They were incredibly communicative throughout the planning process and very ...
responsive to our questions and provided all of the information we needed. When we asked them (not too far from the wedding weekend) about assisting with the rehearsal dinner, Chris and Allie were quick and happy to jump in and make it work for us.
The minute we met Chris and Allie on Friday at our rehearsal dinner, we knew we would hit it off - Chris and Allie were incredibly friendly, sweet, high energy, and made us feel right at ease. They jumped right into the festivities and immediately got to work. When our toasts went over an hour longer than what we had planned. Chris and Allie stayed without a complaint and were sweet and excited as we finished out the night.
The wedding day was no different - Chris and Allie (and their excellent videographer team) kept everything running perfectly smoothly. Both of them jumped in to assist with rounding up the groomsmen, organizing the bridesmaids, and Allie even brought me water when I was getting ready. They were goofy, sweet, and so easy to get along with, and all of our photographs turned out absolutely BEAUTIFULLY. They made everything an absolute breeze! I can't say enough about this wonderful couple (and our great videographer team). Highest of recommendations!!!
I love our photographers! We had engagement photos before our wedding. All of our photos came back quickly. They were wonderful in helping us plan and stay organized on our wedding...
day. Everything is beautiful! Can't wait to see the video.
I don't even know where to start. Chris + Allie were INCREDIBLE. When my husband and I met them for the first time before making our final decision of a photographer/videographer, ...
we just knew instantly that they were the perfect fit! Chris + Allie like to have fun AND they are professionals too (amazing combo)! Chris + Allie have fantastic photo suggestions and you have to trust them because their work is beautiful! It's been 3 months since our wedding day and I can't stop looking at our pictures (obsessing much??) The videography came out SO great, I cry everytime I watch us say our vows! You HAVE to pick videography with your package, trust me, it's so so so worth it! You can keep those memories for a lifetime, but you can always replay those memories and show your children one day! I now have a gallery wall with my photos from The Reason in my living room! You can't get those high-resolution pictures just ANYWHERE! You have to go with The Reason to really good quality photos!
I've known Chris for almost 7 years. He and Allie are absolutely amazing and we can not say enough wonderful things about the two of them. We felt so at ease on our big day and ...
our photos look AMAZING. They were able to work within our budget to meet our needs. So friendly and professional.
We love Chris and Allie! The photos were awesome! They were very professional and easy to work with.
Best purchase I made in my whole wedding. LOVE THEM!
The Reason is a husband and wife team out of Atlanta, but they will travel almost anywhere (they have recently shot weddings in Europe!) and traveling to our wedding in Pensacola, ...
FL was no problem. We got one of their larger packages and included a full-day videographer, but they can cater a package to any budget.
They don't work by the hour. All of their packages include your full wedding day which was great. They were with us all day and super easy to work with. They felt more like friends than vendors by the end of our experience. You get the rights to all of your images and can download them from their website or request a CD of images. The turnaround on their pictures is the best I've seen - our wedding album was ready to be viewed online before we even got home from our honeymoon and our engagement session was about the same. Our video was ready in under two weeks which is amazing.
I would definitely recommend their services. They are fun, energetic and extremely professional. They have a beautiful editorial style (although they will take as many posed family shots as you can think of!) and worked with us to make sure our engagement pictures, wedding pictures, and video captured exactly what we had in mind. It was a bit of a splurge for our wedding, but they were SO worth it and I would hire them again in a second!
If you think they are out of your price range, I highly recommend calling or emailing for a consultation before you rule them out!
Chris and Allie were utterly amazing to work with. Not only are their pictures beautiful they help make you feel comfortable while taking the pictures. They treat all of their cli...
ents like friends, which I really liked. My wedding pictures turned out amazing and they captured our day perfectly. I would highly recommend The Reason to all everyone. At the end of the day the only thing you have left to remember your wedding are pictures and videos, and I am glad I chose The Reason to capture all of this for me. They were worth every penny I spent!
Chris + Allie and Hector are wonderfully creative, thorough and have captured our event for all time. They spent time with the wedding party all day of the wedding. They were res...
pectful of the wedding service, yet captured it. We have wonderful memories of this day that won't fade because we'll have the pictures and video that captured the essence of the day.
Further, Chris gave us superb photos from which to choose a formal portrait of the bride.
