Sandy and the staff were all amazing!! They were very attentive and executed every request immediately. The food was amazing and presented beautifully.
Melanie and her crew were fantastic. We had prime rib, chicken, chicken rigors, meatballs, cheese platters, salad and much more on the buffet. It was beautiful and guests were very...
pleased. The food was Delicious and the event staff was helpful and very polite. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and a better place to have it. I loved the food- so fresh and the staff made it worth while.
Melanie helped with setting everything up for the wedding. Drop it off the day before and pick it up after. If you want a caterer that does it all- go here. Beautiful view (highland forest is where I was married!) and an event staff that does it for you, less stress for the bride and groom 👍🏼
They did a great job with the catering for our wedding. We chose one of their buffet options and there was plenty of food. Highly recommended!
The Orchard Vali Golf Club was the caterer at my venue, Skyline Lodge at Highland Forest. They were terrific! Melanie is very friendly and easy to work with. The staff was atten...
tive to my needs on the day of the wedding, getting me glasses of water with lemon, checking with me on various things. My only complaint is, I wish had been told by Melanie, she would not be there on wedding day. I had a few minor issues and didn't know who to talk to about them. Maybe I should have asked her? Idk but I didn't know and there was some minor confusion. Other than that, everything was great.
We used Orchard Vali as our caterer at our wedding at Highland Forrest. Melanie was great to work with. They setup all of our centerpieces, guestbook table and other decorations fo...
r us. I felt very comfortable leaving that task in Melanie and her team's hands. All of the food was delicious, especially the roast beef.
Orchard Vali is the exclusive caterer for Highland Forest Skyline Lodge, so you have to go with them (or do all your own food).
They were really great and flexible about creating ...
a menu we wanted. That said, the food the day of was decent at best. We asked for crusty bread and got regular rolls; the proteins and veggies were perfectly fine but the roasted potatoes were TERRIBLE. Hardly anyone ate them.
Service was good until it wasn't. We had open bar for just wine and beer, but they put up a sign that said open bar--which led to a lot of confused guests. Finally they put up a handwritten sign indicating our beer and wine choices were free and all else was cash bar.
And oh, the cake. They put out cake along a side table so people could get it as they wished--that's what I requested. But apparently many of my guests were told at some point there was no more cake. I myself saw that the table was empty at some point. BUT the next morning, unpacking everything, I realized I had 2 whole tiers of the cake remaining... which means we did NOT run out of cake! So frustrating.
All in all it was fine--I had no choice, the food was fine but not memorable, and there were no MAJOR problems the night of... just the cake issue.
They were very attentative to my needs. Anytime I called I always got some one or was called back promptly. You tell them what you want and they make sure it happens. They are excl...
usive to Skyline Lodge wedding venue and they have their own venue as well!
Working with Orchard Vali was a no brainer. They gave ample time to set up and try different table arrangements. They pick up every time you call. They did an all around wonderful ...
job. Not to mention, the venue is gorgeous situated on top of a hill overlooking the golf course and valleys. The food was wonderful as well!
The food here was great (especially the baked brie) and the value was great. The communication could have been better but everything worked out in the end.
Very easy to work with, every request made was honored. Fairly priced! And the food was really good too!!!!
I had an amazing wedding at Orchard Vali. My ceremony was outside and reception was inside. Sandy, the event coordinator, was wonderful. She was so helpful and kind. Everything ...
ran smoothly without any problems, due to Sandy and her staff. I highly recommend Orchard Vali!!
This is a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony and reception here. The ladies that you will work with are wonderful (Sandy and Melanie). All of my guests are still raving about the...
