Orchids in Blue

Orchids in Blue exceeded all expectations in planning our daughters wedding. Although it was a small wedding, the attention to every detail was grand. The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning. Rose petals led up to a decorated arch with flowing fabric and two large beautiful floral arrangements. Lidia was very organized and coordinated everything with the officiant, musician and vendors. She ensured the entrance table was set up with a beautiful gold-trimmed mirror and welcome to the Wedding message. Dinner was held indoors in a large room that had a beautiful stone fireplace, custom shelving, and wood trim. Lidia's attention to decorating the room was glamorous, from the soft lighting created by candles galore on the shelving, to the subtle aroma from the large floral arrangements placed on the mantel, and every table. The detail to the table settings, such as plate chargers with gold trim, gold silverware and elegant gold chair trim was impeccable. The dessert table was not overlooked and truly became an exciting display of sweet treats on glass tiers of varying height and small floral arrangements. It was impressive. In addition to the beautiful arrangements and decor, Lidia's timeline for the entire event was well-planned and professionally managed. During the wedding, Lidia was always working to make certain everything went smoothly. She was available from start to finish. Orchids in Blue created a sophisticated and elegant wedding. We would not have achieved this memorable event without her. It was a perfect day. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them for your event. Thank you Orchids in Blue!

Lidia and Andrea are amazing! Let me start by saying that you get SO much value for your buck when you work with Orchids in Blue. I signed a “day of” coordination agreement with them, but Lidia went so far above and beyond that. She helped me start planning 6 months out, she gave me great recommendations for a rehearsal dinner venue (which we ended up going with), and she provided any and all add on services that I might need. Andrea did my flowers for a very fair price and they were BEAUTIFUL. We also ended up renting some extra decor for the ceremony and reception from them and it turned out great. Attention to detail is second to none as well. They provide a very detailed packet of information for you to compile and then turn it into a precise wedding timeline that every vendor, bridesmaid, etc gets a copy of. And then there were the little things.. like remembering that I didn’t like the wall that our cake table was on, so Lidia made sure the photographer took all pictures of cake from “the good side.” I cannot say enough about Orchids in Blue. My mother and I would have been a stressed out mess without their help. Hire them for your wedding or special event!

My, my, my. What can I say? Hiring the consultants at Orchids in Blue for my daughter's wedding was the BEST wedding choice we could have made! We had an outdoor wedding planned, but the weather that day didn't get the notice...it was cold, overcast and super windy. Lidia had a backup plan all ready to go. They moved the chairs and floral arrangements inside and we had a beautiful indoor ceremony. I didn't know any of that till just before the ceremony as I was helping my daughter get dressed. But we were surely grateful that they didn't leave the decision till the last minute. They take your concerns, thoughts, and ideas into consideration to make it THE PERFECT DAY for both the bride and groom. If there is any hesitancy on your part - cast it aside! Orchids in Blue is worth every penny for this one very special day. After all, what bride or MOB (Mother of the Bride) wants to stress about something when Orchids In Blue can handle it all for you? You will thoroughly enjoy the planning process with Lidia and Andrea. They got this!

Lidia and Andrea did an absolutely wonderful job. I was having to plan my wedding from out of state and on short notice needed someone to assist with wedding decor and details locally. They were able to meet me in the middle of my crisis and worked with me to go above and beyond my expectations. Lidia was very prompt for our meetings, involved with every detail and provided plenty of options while communicating everything very well. Everything was perfect and her efforts made such a significant difference on our wedding day. I cannot say enough about how beautiful everything was. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
