Karen, Marilyn, Lisa, and Christine were all wonderful and made myself and my bridesmaids look beautiful! They listened to what everyone wanted and offered suggestions to make their looks even better. They were able to work with all different skin tones and hair types as well. They were very personable and made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful. Cannot recommend Karen and her team of wonderful hair stylists and makeup artists enough!

Ore' Makeup Design was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with this recommendation. This company provides hair and makeup services, which was so convenient to book. They truly want everyone to feel beautiful and we all did! All of these ladies are easy to talk to and balanced giving suggestions with listening to what each person wanted for their hair/makeup. Everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup- I loved how my bridal makeup didn't feel or look so heavy. I felt natural and beautiful. I can't say thank you enough to the whole team!

I had a trial with Ore and felt like I wasted my money. In discussion with the owner Karen while setting my appointment, I was clear that I didn't want to sign any contracts until after the trial. The night before my trial, I texted to ask for the address for my appointment. I was sent the wrong address and showed up at the owner's home. When I called her, she was thoroughly confused as to why I was at her house, despite it being the address she had given me. She explained that she sent me the her address for the contract info... I finally drove to the correct address. Once I arrived, the nightmare wasn't over. I came prepared with many makeup and hair inspiration pictures. The hair stylist curled my hair and threw a single braid in it and asked "Are we done?" I was absolutely dumbfounded. The makeup was several shades too dark for my skin, not blended into my neck, and you could see the lash glue on my eyes. I spent way too much money for frankly subpar services. I highly recommend not wasting your time with Ore.

Absolutely amazing! I loved spending my day with them they were fun and personable. They were super nice and made my wedding day prep a blast! Karen did my makeup and Rosie did my hair and they we amazing 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! I’m going to be honest I wasn’t 100% set on my trial for my hair but Rosie came through day of when I changed my mind and gave me the perfect princess hairstyle that I envisioned! Karen is an absolute gem, I told her I wasn’t a big make up person and she made me look natural and beautiful! They are a good time and do the best work!

Great hair and makeup team. They did a lovely job with my hair and day of hair/makeup. They travel to your location and you can’t beat the price. We had bride, 3 bridesmaids, and two moms. We started very early around 4:30am and we’re tight for time to be done by 8:30am so I wish we had started early, but they had everyone done and looking great in time. My makeup stayed looking amazing even in the August heat the entire day and hair only started coming out at the end with all of dancing (could just ask for more bobby pins). They were fun and we’re able to match exactly what we wanted!

Karen & her team were amazing! I wanted a natural look & she nailed it. They completed 12 hair & makeup in 4 hours! So much fun to be around also!

Karen and her team were absolutely amazing from the very beginning! I used her for my 8/12/22 wedding and I found her through my venue's preferred vendors. She was local and knew the venue and its space very well. She worked with me to figure out what kind of look I wanted for the day and she definitely delivered. My hair was exactly how I wanted thanks to Marilyn! She was able to use the hair piece I had and incorporate it in the perfect way to show it off! I found Karen through my photographer and I was so thankful that I did. Karen and her team were amazing from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was great. When searching for makeup for my wedding day, Karen and her team were recommended to me through stylist friends. Karen personalized my experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Lisa did our makeup and she was excellent! I wanted natural looks and she made my girls, my moms and I look absolutely beautiful. She did 7 girls in record time and we had time to just relax and enjoy the day. The makeup stayed on all night long and was top notch. I highly recommend!!!

Karen and Rose were an absolute dream! Not only are they such sweet, wonderful people, but they are incredible artists! Seriously, they were able to take a handful of Pinterest pictures and some vague ideas I had to create the perfect wedding look for my theme and color palette! I don't typically wear a lot of makeup, so I was a little nervous, but Karen's natural look is so spot on! I was so happy after my trial that I couldn't wait for the wedding to come, and then they outdid themselves on the day of the wedding!! All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and I looked INCREDIBLE, and everyone had a style that was unique to them! Plus, they were so much fun to chat with as we all were getting ready. I highly recommend!!

Karen and her team were phenomenal for our wedding day. Myself and the girls had such a blast getting ready with them, everyone was so laid back and fun! Karen, Rose, and Marilyn were kind, fun, talented, and efficient. And they were so receptive to the requests of all my girls (8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 2 grandmoms!). I was worried about getting my makeup done at all because I typically don't wear makeup and wanted to still look like me on my wedding day; but Karen's style was so natural, she really just made me look like a more beautiful version of myself. And I didn't have to do a single touch up the whole night! Rose gave me the most beautiful, elegant updo. People literally told me I looked like royalty (someone said Meghan Markle) - so compliments to these ladies! Would highly recommend Ore for anyone's wedding!!

Working with Ore’ Makeup Design was an absolutely wonderful experience. I am so lucky that I had Karen as my makeup artist on our big day; she is one seriously talented woman! My wedding was 11/8/2020 and Karen, Rose, and Marilyn were my absolute dream team! From the moment I met Karen she was so personable and easy to talk to. My trial went great and from there the wedding was even better! The morning of they arrived and quickly set up and got to work. They made it such a fun morning! My girls all had undo's and I had a half up/half down. I had 5 makeup and 7 hair and they were able to get us all done in 3 1/2 hours. Their pricing is very reasonable too. The makeup and hair held all day and I could not be happier that I chose them for my wedding day!

My wedding was 9.6.20 and Karen and Rose were absolutely wonderful! They made the morning of the wedding relaxing and fun. My makeup stayed on all day and looked great in pictures and my very long hair stayed in place and stayed curly the entire day! From my trial to the morning of my wedding they answered any questions I had and made sure that I absolutely loved how I looked. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job with my bridal party's hair and makeup, and helped make sure everyone was on time for our photo sessions before the ceremony. All my girls came with pictures of what they wanted and everyone looked amazing. We even got my cousin, who normally hates being dolled up, to admit she liked being pampered. My only complaint is that my false eyelashes and a few curls did need to be touched up by my maid of honor after our first look, but after that everything was perfect.

Jess did my hair for my wedding this past Saturday. I cannot get over how flawless of job she did on my hair as well as my bridal party's. I didn't stop getting compliments all night. I truly felt the most beautiful and confident I have ever felt. I am so blessed to have found Ore and Jessica to do my hair for the most important day of my life!

I can't thank Karen and Maria enough! Karen was professional and easy to communicate with via phone or email. The day of my trial I was nervous because I don't wear makeup or do my hair on a regular basis but Karen and Maria took the time to listen to what I wanted my hair and makeup to look like and what the vibe of my wedding was going to be. During the trial we had so much fun talking and telling stories and getting to know each and I knew right away I had picked the people! Karen knew I wanted to keep my makeup natural and that's exactly what she did! And Maria was able to take my long, thick hair and turn it into a masterpiece of flowing curls. On the day of my wedding they were there early and ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the venue. And just like during my trial they fit in so well with my group of ladies and it was like a bunch of girlfriends hanging out and getting ready together. They put on some music and got to work and we had so much fun! They made myself, my bridesmaids and the mothers look absolutely stunning with beautiful hairstyles and natural makeup. They made sure everyone loved the way they looked and that we all felt comfortable and pretty. Karen even checked in with my photographer while she was doing my makeup to make sure I was photographing well. I would HIGHLY recommend ORE Makeup Design!!

Karen and her staff made me and the wedding party (7 bridesmaids, 1 mom, 1 aunt and 1 grandma( look absolutely stunning for my wedding day. Ore Makeup Design was a fabulous choice for my wedding in June! They were actually my third makeup trial, and I was getting really nervous about never finding the "right" makeup. Lisa did my trial and was super easygoing, understood exactly what I was looking for, and perfectly made any changes I asked for. On the day of, she did my makeup and 2 bridesmaids and everyone looked beautiful! We were all really happy with how it came out, and the makeup lasted the whole night. On the day of my wedding, they arrived early at my hotel suite to start hair and makeup for my bridal party before we headed over to the bridal suite at the venue to continue getting everyone, including me, ready! Karen and Rose are amazing! We had 3 bridesmaid hair along with mine as the bride, and 2 for make-up. We were all ready in time for the photographer, and the ladies made us all feel relaxed and happy on what can be a stressful day. They treat you like part of the family, and that is important to me. I have already recommended them to my friends who are getting married.

Ore' did my hair and makeup, as well as 7 other hair and 5 other makeup. We had 2 hairdressers and 2 makeup artists, and got everything done in under 4 hours. It was super efficient and low-stress, given our tight schedule before our first look. Of the multiple vendors I contacted, Karen was the sole person to give me a call to discuss pricing, timing, etc. The personal touch was much appreciated and comforting. After I decided on Ore', I set up my trial with Karen and Rose. My mom came with me and we all had a great time chatting, which made us feel incredibly at ease heading into the big day. I don't get makeup done ever, and I've had the same hairdresser for basically 15 years, so feeling comfortable with Karen and Rose was incredibly important and really quelled my anxiety going into the wedding. On the day of the wedding, my hair and makeup both turned out amazing! I absolutely loved everything. As someone who does not typically wear makeup, Karen made sure that my makeup looked natural and not overdone, and I love how it came out in photos as well. It was a tough challenge, as we did photos outside in the bright mid-afternoon sun, but the makeup was perfect that nothing looked washed out or overdone. My hair looked amazing, and held all through the entire reception, despite my active participation on the dance floor. All of the bridesmaids and my mother and mother-in-law were very happy with their hair and makeup as well! Ore' was a very calming presence during the stressful prep time and got everything done in accordance with our schedule, with amazingly beautiful results!

I used Ore Makeup recently for my hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and the mothers. I was beyond happy with the results! Karen and her team were prompt and on time, day of, and so friendly to all the ladies. I was nervous since I brought extensions and didn't use them during my hair trials but my hair came out amazing!! Rose was so patient with me too as i was a bit stressed the morning of my wedding as one can imagine :) My makeup as well was beautiful - I received so many compliments all night and I truly felt like a princess!! Two artists, Karen and Rose, came with us to the venue for touch ups (we all got ready in the hotel beforehand) and they were so great all day!! I really am so happy and wish I could look like that everyday!

WE LOVE KAREN. She’s an incredible woman running an honest business with a group of very talented hairdressers and makeup artists. She was working with 3 Kayla’s at once, so sometimes wedding details got a little mixed up, but I never had doubts leading up to the big day. Karen worked with me and my sisters so well (the three of us can be pretty demanding when it comes to wedding day looks) and all of the artists meshed with the group. We honestly felt like we had known them all for years! Thanks for bringing my bridal vision to life, Karen!
