I am a Certified Celebrant and Wedding Officiant who specializes in personalized Destination Wedding Ceremonies that tell your love story in spectacular settings on the Oregon Coast. I will work with you to create a ceremony that is as unique and authentic as the two of you! Spiritual, non-religious, interfaith, nature-centered, whimsical or quirky, it's all about the two of you and your personal style.

r experience was extremely valuable to us since we lived out of state. We had voiced our concerns about focusing more on our journey and not too much on how we met. We wanted a sand ceremony that involved the kids. Last minute we thought one of our kids might not participate in the sand ceremony but Carolyn had a backup plan in place. She exceeded our expectations and hit it out of the park. Everyone was laughing and lots of happy tears. It was a perfect ceremony and by far my favorite part of the day. Thank you so much Carolyn!

eeting for the first time in person in her home base of Manzanita and it was such a treat and we were so glad we made the trip even though our ceremony would be taking place in Cannon Beach. Carolyn constructed the most beautiful ceremony for us and even though it was such an emotional moment we knew we were in good hands. She had many ideas and suggestions to help make ceremony memorable and went above and beyond what we expected an officiant to do. At the end of our ceremony, she put together an informative packet with next steps which was especially helpful in the days after the wedding but this packet also included the outline of the ceremony itself which will be a true keepsake. We are so happy we chose to work with Carolyn for our wedding and would recommend her to anyone planning a ceremony in the future. ven with all the uncertainty regarding our day due to closures Carolyn made us feel confident that our day would be perfect no matter what. One of our biggest worries was that the ceremony wouldn't really fit us but Carolyn gave us questionnaires that really helped tailor the ceremony to fit our relationship. I didn't expect our day to go nearly as smooth as it did and I think a good part of that was from Carolyns help. She was quick to reply to any questions or concerns and was readily available for video chat when we needed her. Would highly recommend her to anyone, especially anyone doing a destination wedding.

big day because we did a destination wedding on the Oregon coast and we’re from Texas. However, she made the ceremony seem personalized for the both of us and brought tears to our eyes (as well as everybody in the audience). We we were able to video chat a few times and exchanged numerous emails to make sure we were on the same page during the entire planning process. She went out of her way to look up readings for planting a tree during our ceremony, as well as provided us with an extensive list of other possible readings, vows, etc. My husband and I highly recommend Carolyn-she is an outstanding officiant!
