Organic Elements

I came across Organic Elements while looking at venues – we witnessed their team setting up while touring a property and I got a card from their team. As a self-proclaimed flower lover, I was immediately in love with what they were creating. I sent an inquiry and heard back immediately. It’s been a running joke that I had my florist before we officially signed for our venue. When ya know, ya know! Sharon and her team were happy to take my hodge podge of inspiration photos and create recommendations based on what I provided. In addition to florals, they offer a ton of rentals (votives, table numbers, baskets, lanterns, etc.) to make your vision come to life. They sent over a checklist before the contract, so we were on the same page of what items and quantities we needed. Organic Elements was flexible and patient with changes leading up to the wedding whether it was add-ons or changes to the bridal party and family numbers. I was lucky enough to get ready in a room near our reception and got to witness their team setting up on the day of our wedding. I stepped inside the tent for a sneak peak before our ceremony and felt at ease by how it all came together! Our ceremony arch was perfect. They repurposed our ceremony florals throughout the reception. Our centerpieces were amazing. And the overhead hanging baskets were a focal point. My favorite thing was my bouquet, it was big, exactly what I asked for, and not as heavy as expected! Organic Elements made our vision come to life and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Sharon was incredible to work with!!!! I changed my mind on what I wanted a couple of times and she was so flexible and easy to work with. Her arrangements were STUNNING and my guests loved that they were able to take them home after the wedding. I preserved my bouquet because I want the beauty to live on forever. Sharon helped us achieve our floral vision within our budget. She was communicative and flexible. The florals complemented our wedding site and vision perfectly, and the flowers were of great quality.

Our wedding florals looked amazing, and Sharon was so great to work with. She was very quick to respond, did a great job taking our inspiration pictures into account, and had a great team supporting us on our wedding day. We loved our bouquets, florals on our ceremony arch, and other accents (e.g., garland for welcome sign, loose blooms for dessert table). In addition, we totally forgot about boutineers, and we were able to work with Sharon in the week and a half before our wedding to add those in, which we really appreciated.

We had the best experience with Organic Elements. Sharon created the most perfect mock up and edited our order several times to fit the vision I had for our wedding. Their pricing was great and their product was ever better! Their team did a wonderful job at setting up and tearing down to repurpose the flowers for our reception. We got marred on 9/3/22 and I could not have been happier with our decision to go with Organic Elements for our wedding florals. I really didn't know much about flowers or what to expect, so I sent a few pictures of ideas, a budget, and fast forward to our wedding day 6 months later, I was blown away with the arrangements, the bouquets, and everything else. Sharon and the Organic Elements team are PHENOMENAL! I honestly did not know anything about flowers, and gave Sharon a Pinterest board of things that I liked, and she executed beyond my wildest dreams. I had multiple guests come up to me and comment on how amazing the flowers were. The first thing our venue coordinator said to me when she saw me the day of was "Wow, your flowers are amazing!! Anyone who came for tours today is going to be asking for your florist." My now-husband, who also knows nothing about flowers even commented on how blown away he was by the florals. They were THAT stunning. Sharon was also incredible to work with. So extremely responsive and helpful when I was asking basic questions or for advice on what to get. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Organic Elements is absolutely incredible. I was blown away by everything they did for our wedding - from the boutonnieres and bouquets to the ceremony/sweetheart table arch and the greenery installation on the chandeliers. Sharon was also amazing to work with and super helpful with working around my allergies. You can 100% trust Organic Elements with any floral/greenery you need for your wedding. Organic elements was incredible! The florals really tied everything and our vision of the wedding together. They went above and beyond in terms of professionalism, ease of communication, and most of all creation and execution of the most beautiful flowers for our ceremony and reception! They also provided rentals for design including candles which made the process much more streamlined if you're able to get all this from your florist. Sharon and her team were absolutely amazing! When Sharon provided the proposal of what kind of flowers and colors she had envisioned after our first phone meeting, I kinda "saw" what she described and trusted her vision. Sharon was so patient with my questions and really helpful with putting together an informative proposal. When I arrived at the venue, what I saw on my wedding day exceeded my expectations. Sharon's designs were breathtaking and her team transformed the space with phenomenal floral arrangements and decor. The centerpieces and bouquets were so beautiful that complemented the venue so well. The wedding guests felt the same. When my husband and I had to cancel our original wedding plans and have a micro wedding during covid, I couldn't have asked for a better florist than Sharon and Organic Elements. Sharon exceeded my expectations and requests - her goal was to make this my perfect wedding day, and, thanks to the flowers, it really was (so much so that my husband wants to buy a floral arch for our yard to remember our wedding arch by). Sharon's staff on the day of the wedding worked wonders repurposing some flowers that I thought were gone for. I still have my bouquet in the Organic Elements box - even though it has long since dried, I will cherish it forever! Highly recommend OE.

We hired organic elements for our wedding at the Omni La Costa and they were incredible!! I received compliments all night about the flowers. They need minimal direction to understand your vision and pricing is fair.

Sharon is incredible. Our florals were perfect and complimented our space perfectly. We got lots of flower quotes and saw lots of theme boards for our wedding and Sharon blew us away with her proposal & attention to detail and the day of it showed in the arch and bouquet details as well as our reception tables. I am having my bouquet preserved, I loved it so much I couldn’t part with it! And the arrangements lasted multiple days later for our next weekend events!

Sharon and team did a spectacular job for our wedding, 10/2/21. Communication clear and timely, prices are reasonable and the floral design is simply stunning! Sharon was so patient and kind, even when I changed my mind on color scheme a few months or so before the big day. She rolled with it gracefully and never made me feel like any request was more than she could handle. Organic Elements made the wedding of my dreams a reality!

Sharon at Organic Elements BLEW US AWAY! She delivered the most beautiful blooms I have ever seen and they were exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding day. We had Sharon do all our bouquet and center pieces, and she added blooms to our cake and cake table, to every single chair back, our escort card display and sign, our welcome sign, and she even made us two special flower walls! One went behind our cake table and the other was used to hang our neon sign and to be a backdrop for photos. They were so incredible! I wish I could add pictures but trust me, they were STUNNING! I started working in the wedding industry a few years back and began meeting other vendors in the industry. Before even meeting Organic Elements in person, I remember seeing their past work on clients visions boards and thought, WOW what an art! They became one of the most common florist I worked with and I loved their team and how easy it was to work with them leading up to the clients wedding. I knew hands down I was going to have them for my wedding, whenever the day came, but first, I needed to find me a boyfriend lol. Fast forward to 2019, I got engaged and booked with my dream venue for October 2020. Then COVID hit, just like everyone else is experiencing. We didn't know what we were going to do...hang tight and hope things will progress? Postpone a few months out? Or elope and postpone the big day when things getting better? Everything was up in the air and we kept our wedding vendors in the loop and Organic Elements was super understanding, Sharon even offered to help me with my elopement bouquet! We ended going with option #3, elope and just wait to have the big wedding. Throughout this whole time of debating dates, Sharon has been super flexible and understanding - I'm so glad we hired her for our wedding and I cannot wait to see her magic come alive on our big day! Sharon knocked it out of the park! The flowers were the highlight of my wedding. I could not believe how beautiful they were when I walked out for the ceremony and reception. Prepare to be blown away and have every expectation exceeded! Sharon and her team truly know how to take a client's vision and bring it to life! I will start and end this review with the same comment..."I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORGANIC ELEMENTS!" My now wife and I hired Sharon and her team to create all of our floral arrangements for a fusion wedding that incorporated both the Hindu and Christian wedding ceremonies, and we nor our guests were disappointed with the arrangements. This encompassed everything from creating a four post wooden Mandap, to the floral used in both ceremonies, cocktail hour, and reception centerpieces. And I must say, that she and her staff are true professionals through and through. For those who want a short review, there it is. I highly recommend. However, for those who would like some additional details on why I highly recommend, please read on. Below are a list of just a few reasons I wanted to share: **Communication - Sharon was not only really responsive to emails and phone calls, but she made herself always available to verbally discuss if needed. In our case, we had numerous questions around the Mandap she was creating, as well as some questions around floral we needed for the Hindu ceremony. Sharon was always happy to share her suggestions and opinions which we not only appreciated, but helped make our wedding better. **Flexibility - As time approached our wedding, there was lots of minor changes to floral and setup of the venue, and Sharon was always accommodating and flexible. Additionally, as with any large event, there was some hiccups on the day of outside of their control, and her team adapted through it all. The biggest thing was that they were unable to erect the Mandap at the scheduled time due to issues we had with the stage. However, her team was able to accommodate, shift their timeline and somehow get everything done before the guest arrived. **Great support staff - Organic Elements is great because of the quality of both the flowers and arrangements Sharon creates, but it was clear that she is supported by a great staff. Not only were they extremely professional and wore black to blend in, but you could tell they were a great working team. As mentioned above, I had them erect a Mandap on a stage, but I also hired them to refresh all the flowers during the ceremony, and repurpose the flowers from the ceremony for the reception. And with all the moving parts, they were seamless and efficient. **Quality of Flowers and Arrangements - She knows what she is talking about, and a very artistic eye, and sources good flowers. All I can say is spectacular and to simply refer you to the below attached photos. I can go on and on, but I think I have made my point. I highly recommend Organic Elements for any floral needs.

From the moment we first chatted, I knew that Sharon understood my vision and I gave her full trust on making my wedding perfect and WOW did she not disappoint!! She exceeded my already high expectations in the best way possible. She made my Welcome sign look like a piece of art work, the floral she put over my escort table sign was unbelievable and she transformed her white Chuppah into magic! Her team reused the flowers from my chuppah and bridesmaids bouquets and transformed The L’Auberge rooftop into one of the most beautiful sites anyone’s ever seen. It’s only been a week since my wedding and the amount of compliments we received on our flowers was unreal. We even had many NYC ladies comment to our Mothers that they assumed we spent $25,000 on flowers and I’m proud to say Sharon didn’t charge us anything close to that!! Sharon was able to work within our budget while still making everything feel over the top! Sharon even set up a floral mock up with me the month prior to the wedding and I was in such awe over her sample centerpiece that I didn’t even feel the need to make any changes. Sharon has excellent communication and was always willing to give recommendations and advice. I only wish I had another event to use Sharon again! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have the most gorgeous flowers in the world!! She’s a true artist!

I was initially drawn to pictures of Organic Elements flowers from Instagram. When I saw what Sharon put together on the day of our wedding, I was stunned! I had asked for bright colorful flowers for our Indian wedding, and flowers were pretty much the only decoration we used for both the mandap and the tables at the dinner reception. The flowers Sharon used were so beautiful--- she even added in peonies at the last minute! The amount and quality of the flowers that Sharon uses is incredible, and are enough to make any venue spectacular.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I don't know much about flowers, but when we met with Sharon I showed her a couple of pictures of things that I liked and within minutes she had created the most beautiful vision! I only met Sharon once in person and the rest of the work was done via email. She is extremely organized and responsive. Any changes I had or questions that I had, she was there to answer right away. She is extremely creative and knows exactly what she is doing! We live in Los Angeles, so it was hard to go down to San Diego for a mock up-so Sharon took pictures and video for us! The bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony was beyond our expectations! STUNNING!

Organic Elements provided florals for multiple events for our wedding: rehearsal dinner, outdoor ceremony and formal indoor lunch, casual evening reception. We chose different color schemes and moods for each event, and Organic Elements exceeded all our expectations at every turn. The flowers were truly spectacular and our guests didn’t stop commenting on them all weekend! Set up and take down couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and I feel that the prices were fair considering the high level of quality and professionalism Organic Elements delivers. I would be delighted to use them again in the future!

I was referred to Organic Elements from my catering manager and I am so happy we hired them! We are from the midwest, so I never personally met Sharon but she was so easy to work with and is very responsive. I think through the whole process we only had one phone call and she definitely made my vision come true. I unfortunately lost my mom almost a year before our wedding and wanted to honor her at the wedding. We chose Sharon and her team at Organic Elements to be the florist at our daughter’s wedding. It was an outstanding choice. She listened closely to our vision for the flowers and table settings and executed all beautifully. Her flower recommendations were excellent and she helped us put together unique and interesting bouquets with succulents, anenomes and thistle to name a few. Sharon also had a huge difference from other florists in that she had so many additional items to choose from to make our table ambience amazing. We used lanterns, rose gold and silver votives and unique vases. We also used a wooden pie elevator and a unique stand to hold the welcome sign. Sharon had so many wonderful items to make our wedding unique to us. She added on at no cost to us flowers for the bride and grooms chairs and that was a neat surprise. Sharon dealt with us patiently and professionally always. Organic Elements put the “ magic” in our wedding. They were perfect.

I could not recommend Organic Elements enough! My husband and I are from Dallas and wanted to get married in the San Diego/La Jolla area. I used The Knot to find vendors, and I hit a home run with Sharon at Organic Elements. She made it such an easy process! My bouquet and floral arrangements were so lush and gorgeous! I have never seen such unique and beautiful arrangements! There was so much quality with each detail, it is hard to believe they are so reasonably priced!

Organic Elements is the real deal! I am so happy that our planner Korie from Bliss events recommended them! From the very beginning, Sharon and her team showcased professionalism, elegance, and creativity! They are so easy to work with and were not only wonderful and patient with me and my husband (who knew nothing about flowers), but also our moms (who apparently knew everything)! Lol. Every floral arrangement from the boutonnieres to bouquets to the centerpiece went above and beyond our expectations. We got married in July, downtown San Diego. I am a very detailed orientated, planned and my husband would probably say a ‘neurotic’ person and (obviously) this was heightened to an extreme level during the wedding planning process. However, Organic Elements was one of my only vendors where I was pretty ‘hands off’. I met with Sharon at the beginning and told her my vision. She asked me some questions about flower selection, range of center piece options and my colors. They were the only decisions that I had to make. I was slightly nervous to see how it would all work out but holy moly, we were blown away by the pure magic that Sharon and her team created for us on our wedding came to life. She had nailed my vision and then some….it was spectacular and I honestly cannot thank her team enough! They are good – real good at what they do so have complete faith that it will not only work out but any event you decide to hire Organic Elements on will be truly amazing! My bridal bouquet was everything I desired and my bridesmaid’s just adored theirs! Sharon absolutely nailed it for our wedding at the Estancia La Jolla this past Sunday! For the blooms we requested, at the price we contracted, it's almost unbelievable what she put together. All of the details were there, and all of it was beautiful! She made the planning process easy as well - I e-mailed with Sharon, and received a proposal. My mom and I then had an initial meeting with her about a year before the wedding, and hired her that day! She was great to meet with, great to work with, totally understood what I wanted, and totally delivered. We received so many compliments at the wedding about the flowers - both how the ceremony was beautiful and how the centerpieces were beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about working with Sharon and Organic Elements!

Sharon did any amazing job with my wedding flowers. She was great about suggesting options that were in season and within my budget to create the look I wanted (based on my pinterest board and descriptions). The day of the wedding I couldn't believe how many gorgeous flowers were absolutely everywhere. It was raining right up until my outdoor ceremony but one of Sharon's staff members worked diligently out in the rain to make my gorgeous arbor covered in flowers. When the rain let up- VOILA- stunning backdrop! She also has great hard goods to decorate the tables with and containers for the amazing floral pieces she creates. I wanted a boho, fantastical look and she delivered. Each bridesmaids bouquet and mine were different as I requested, but tied together nicely. The arbor that was the backdrop for our ceremony (and then laid across the head table) was stunning! And she always handled my requests/changes with grace and aplomb. I highly recommend Sharon and her team at Organic Elements.

Organic Elements did such a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. I showed Sharon pictures of things I had seen online that I liked and she helped me choose what I wanted while working with our budget. If i showed her something very expensive she would make suggestions on how we could do something similar with what I had. Finally getting to see the flowers at the wedding was amazing. My bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets were so beautiful, and all of the flowers at the reception were breathtaking. We had arrangements in wooden boxes with candles in the middle. It was an outdoor wedding so the candles really made the flowers stand out. It was so romantic and exactly what my husband and I were looking for. They were also very nice and friendly to work with throughout the entire process.

Easy to work with. Sharon helped us find our direction for our flowers. We could pick random things we liked but she really helped us find a beautiful vision. So many people told us our flowers were unique and beautiful. -- it's so nice to have your flowers feel unique and not just like any other wedding flowers. The prices were fair and do able unlike other vendors we tried in the area. Beautiful work.
