hout the day. They made us feel completely at ease, and it was clear they genuinely cared about capturing our story.
Their turnaround time was unbelievably fast, and the photos are absolutely stunning—full of emotion, beautiful movement, and such a natural, timeless feel. They didn’t just take pictures—they caught moments we’ll treasure forever.
If you’re looking for photographers who are not only talented but also sincere and genuinely invested in your day, this team is it.
Amazing photos and amazing photographers! I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with them and the photos are everything I could have asked for and more!
I used Fil as my photographer for my wedding in August. Planning with him went well but the day of my wedding I was disappointed with him. While my bridesmaids and I were getting...
ready and he was supposed to be photographing them, he was chatting and hanging out. I had to ask him, as well as other people to please take photos of my bridesmaids getting ready. Which in the end I only had a couple pics. Then later on at the wedding he took photos of my immediate family and myself in the street, so we have lines and the street in my wedding photos. While taking those photos we asked him numerous times to stand on the grass by the gazebo for better pics and he said "I know what I'm doing." Well he didn't, and I hate the photos. After I received my photos back which was very quick, I was very disappointed. Many of my bridal party pics have an orange tarp on the fence in the background. While he was taking photos he should have told us to move positions or told us about the tarp so I could have had someone take it down. I feel a professional would have said something instead of letting all of my pics get ruined. Instead when I brought this up to him, he basically blamed it on me for picking the place the photos were being taken. I also put down that I would like photos of guests at tables, and I have none. I was very disappointed because many of my guests were older and now i have no photos of them since they weren't dancing. His excuse was that he was only one photographer. I would understand this but there were times when he was standing there and easily could have taken a few photos of the tables and he didn't. I also have numerous photos of the same people dancing. It looks like he only took during a couple of songs because I see the same people in the same positions in most of the dancing photos. My mother passed away a few years ago and I made a memorial table, he did not take one photo of this. I was very upset about my experience and would not recommend Fil to anyone looking for a photographer. I feel he didn't want to listen to suggestions and made excuses for all of my complaints. I told him about the backgrounds and he never fixed them, he only edited a couple of photos but did not fix my main concerns. I can't even make a nice photo album because there are so many problems with the photos, and I do not have photos of most of my guests. It's very upsetting, and I had to have my husband photoshop the background of a ton of photos for me.
My husband and I made the best decision to hire Fil and his team as our wedding day photographers and videographers. Their work continues to leave us speechless. It is difficult to...
choose our favorite photos when every single shot is just as amazing as the last. My husband and I will absolutely be life long customers of Origin Photos and we look forward to working with them as our family grows!
When my husband proposed, I contacted Fil within a few days to ask for his availability the following fall (even though we did not have a venue or any potential wedding dates yet)....
Origin Photos photographed my brothers wedding and did a fantastic job and I knew I could count on him to do the same for my wedding. Fil is reliable, fun to work with, an artist, and produces great quality shots. He captured the special moments on our wedding day so beautifully. We are very happy with our photos. Fil also has a great personality and is a very positive guy. He truly loves his job and it shows. Also when the weather wasn’t cooperating and a last minute change to the ceremony and cocktail hour were made and I was freezing due to an unusual cold day, he cheered me up and kept me smiling! He also got the photos we wanted, it’s hard to keep track of which photos were taken, so I’m very glad we made a list. I highly recommend that! Fil also took our engagement photos which turned out beautifully too. I definitely recommend taking engagement photos to get comfortable being photographed with your future spouse in an intimate setting. Thanks again Fil!
Fil and Alex know the deal when it comes to photography and videography. From day 1, they were excited, creative and extremely knowledgable...all qualities a bride and groom want a...
nd NEED when it comes to their special day. We met them about a year ago, and throughout the entire process, they were communicative and prompt with their responses. The day of our wedding, my husband and I felt comfortable and confident as they showed us previews of the photos during the day. We received our photos and videos quickly, and although I am sure we asked a million questions throughout the process, we were answered in a quick an professional manner. They took the stress out of our wedding day by doing their job flawlessly. Looking forward to working with them again for our future events!
My husband and I instantly felt a connection with Fil the day we met him. The Origins team the entire process were just amazing!

We haven't gotten our album or video back yet but I am confident we will love them!!
I also highly recommend getting Rod, Joe and Cecila if you have having multiple people.. the entire team was OUTSTANDING. By far the best vendor we booked for our special day!

hooting style. I HIGHLY recommend getting an engagement shoot before the wedding so you're more at ease for the big day. Fil was easy to work with and talk to. He's full of creative ideas and truly delivers gorgeous photos. He's also funny and personable and kept us, our families and the bridal party laughing while shooting. We haven't gotten our album or video yet but I am confident we will love them. I also highly recommend getting Vlad at your wedding - he was a great assistant!

rigin Photos, they take the time to get to know you and what you vision for your wedding. They want to make you happy. They listen to your ideas and your concerns. Wedding planning can be stressful enough. But when you get a great idea or stressing over a minor detail, it's relieving to know your photographer is a text away. None of the other companies I looked at came close to this type of rapport. For me, it was imperative to have a close relationship with the person capturing the moments of the most special day of my life. I wasn't just a name, wedding date or check number. Because Origin Photos knew me so well, my personality along with my husband's shined through in all of our pictures. Origin Photos made my wedding visions come to life. They're absolutely incredible.

lways available and responsive to answer any and all questions. He has many wedding photo packages to meet most budgets. On our wedding day, Fil kept our large bridal party laughing and excited to take photos. We also received our wedding photos back in exactly one week and they were just perfect. I can go on and on about how wonderful he truly is as a photographer but I think you should just see for yourself :) I would recommend Fil without any reservations. He's THE BEST!

ble and willing to work with their costumers in any way possible. Fil and the Origin team made our engagement session and our wedding day truly an amazing experience! Our photos are beautiful and we can't wait to see our wedding album. Thank you guys for everything!

at sense of humor as well. He brings a positive energy to the day and that makes a real difference in how we appear in the final image. He is confident and provides helpful suggestions for posing. His clear goal as he is working is to capture the romantic connection between two people. He works tirelessly and always aims to please. He has a great sense for composition and frames his photos with an artist's eye.
If there is any "downside" to hiring Origin Photos it's that they are very busy and may take a couple days to respond to emails or phone calls. If you're negotiating a package or scheduling a shoot be very clear in what you want and make sure you receive a clear response so there is no miscommunication.
Our favorite photos from the day were the beautiful formal group shots with family (make sure you give any photographer a list well beforehand) and the candids captured out on the dance floor during the reception. These are memories we will cherish forever. We continue to look forward to receiving all of the video footage from our ceremony and will update this review when we receive it.

e special moments of our day and interacting with all our family and friends. Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and we still can't get enough of looking through our photos. Steve managed to make sure everyone looked great and NOT sweaty, an especially difficult task since we were all melting in the 85 degree heat! His pictures make us forget that it was so hot that day. We would gladly recommend Phil to any future couples and we know we'll be seeing him again very soon at our friends' weddings!

anxiously looking forward to our wedding day.
Absolutely Amazing. They gave me everything I could ask for and more. They worked with me left and right through rough times. Daniel and Alex was friendly and very professional. They photograph everything at my wedding. The Videographer was another friendly person. I just got my Video back and its beautiful & perfect. They were exactly what I had asked for. I mainly worked with Daniel & Phil from the office What a wonderful person. Everything was great and worth every penny!!

Micheal is fantastic and his work is absolutely brilliant! He is an incredibly talented photographer and individual. Micheal took our engagement photos and wedding day photos, and ...
the compliments and praise continue till this very day. My husband and I, along with family and friends are in love with his work. We absolutely loved the job that Micheal did and can't say enough about his kindness and professionalism. He truly is the best! We love Micheal and the dedication and committed he puts into his work. He captures breathtaking moments, which come to life in his work. I recommend him 100%. He is AWESOME!!!

and just plain gorgeous pictures in our collection. Alex captured every moment and every guest at our wedding in a desecrate natural way which made each picture true to life and not staged or stuffy. Looking through our collection made me laugh, cry and laugh again. As I bride I got what every women wants, pictures that make you look like a super model. Daniel will make sure you look amazing. Alex even used his shirt to help me dab the sweet off my face so I wouldn’t look glossy! They are a team that will go above and beyond! Top of the line equipment and you won’t even notice that they’re there. Im an amateur photographer and I could tell they knew their stuff. They even check in with you discreetly during your event to ensure they capture your entire wish list and then some more. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
I had contacted Origin photos for my daughters wedding 2 months prior to the wedding, Phil called me we talked about what I wanted, I thought I knew what I wanted! But I did not! ...
This Man knows the Business! I had originally purchased the 1 photographer package but upgraded to a 2 man show when I saw the amount of time we had to complete all of the extend families I WANTED.! And the wedding was fabulous Phil and Daniel were very Friendly,Professional,Kind, And a sense of humor, I can't even express how happy i'am right now with the pictures! edding. I couldn't wait to see what type of shots Phil would capture for the big day. We received our proofs a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy! I thing I loved most was the mix of photos - natural, portraits, action, and of course the romantic :) It is really tough to choose our favorites for the wedding album. phil is great to work with and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Thank you phil and the origin team to make everything go smooth.
Phil and the origin team made our day so special. He was a consistent professional and very personable making him very easy to work with. We could tell from the moment that we met ...
him (weeks before our wedding) that he is very passionate about what he does. His attention to detail is amazing and his knowledge of how to create special effects using lighting, camera angles, and varying lenses is inspiring. He is very laid back but was able to keep the fun-loving energetic bridal party focused on taking pictures. Also the second photographer Daniel was amazing as well. He contributed equally throughout the day setting up amazing shots as well. We found ourselves in a tight time crunch and both Phil and Daniel kept us moving and got the best pictures in a short time. 100% satisfied with their service and I will be using them again for my daughters sweet 16 eventually.
I had such a wonderful experience working with phil and Daniel. Included in our package was an engagement shoot, which was a really great way to get to know Phil and for him to get...
to know my husband and I.
On the day of the wedding, Phil and his team were great at directing the whole wedding party into some really great shots. They were also very responsive to our requests, and made sure that they took any pictures that we wanted.
Phil and Daniel had our pictures available to us even before he said he would (2 and a half weeks after the wedding!). We received over 600 pictures, and when there was one that I didn't see (that I really wanted) Phil worked to find it, edit it, and get it to me.
We are so so so please with everything. Definitely recommended Origin photos thank you for making me so happy.

o really cared about what me and my wife wanted. She automatically fell in LOVE with his style of photography with me it took a little more time but I came around when I saw that he truly cared for us. He went above and beyond. He was so easy to work with and flexible which is huge when you are running around trying to get ready for the big day. On our day, I hardly noticed that he was there however he was able to get all of the shots that that my wife and I wanted. We were running really late and I was afraid that we wouldnt get the family portraits however he made sure that this happened. Also, he was SO quick in getting our photos back to us and they were BEAUTIFUL! My friends and family canot stop talking about them. There were so many candid photos of EVERYONE at my wedding which is so nice to see as some photographers just focus on the immediate family. Daniel is a true professional, extemely talented photographer and just a great person to work with. I cannot say enough nice things about him and would absolutely refer him to anyone!

efore our wedding they sent us an email from time to time on tips and ideas for our weddings. When meeting with the photographer Phil we were absolutely thrilled to be working with him . He was fun, loving and caring. Most of our photos have so much natural emotions to them and this is exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I are lost for words. thank you Origin. The only thing that I wish they did is stay until the end but I understand that It was a 12 hour day and they truly did go above and beyond to please us.

a. I also liked that the pricing information was very clear and straightforward. During the consultation, we felt that Chris really listened to us and encouraged us to let him know what kind of photographer we were looking for. Neither my husband nor I like a lot of posing for photos, but at the same time we did need to have some formal posed shots with family and friends, and Phil understood that. Once we decided to book Phil for our wedding, the contract signing was straightforward (and conveniently done on the web), and we were also able to fill out a worksheet (also conveniently on the web) with all the wedding information, which helped all of us to be on the same page with the details. On the actual wedding day, Phil was friendly, professional, and totally unobtrusive. We got our photos a little more than a month after our wedding and are happy with the quality of the photos, and love a lot of the great candid and non-posed shots of us and our guests as well. It really was a great pleasure working with Phil.

friendly and accommodating and gave me great advice. They set me up with a great photographer who was also very friendly and had great ideas for our engagement photo shoot. His name was Elmer. He lived across the country which was a plus for us to have a photographer fly in from California. I really wasn't too sure about Elmer but after getting to know him we automatically felt comfortable with him.Once I saw the quality of my engagement photos, I was confident that my wedding photos were going to be just as great. On my wedding day, the photographers were professional and friendly and captured some great moments. I wish they all were wearing the same color suits but I understand they were working in comfortable attire. My friends and family were all impressed and love my photos as well. I am very happy with Origin photos and would recommend them to those searching for great photographers.

o get in contact with and responded to any questions or concerns we had. He was very interested in getting to know us so that we could have the most successful shots. We had an engagement session about 1.5 months before the wedding and used some of these pictures for our favors which everyone loved. Although we had initially thought that an engagement session was unnecessary at the end of the session we found that it helped us feel more comfortable in front of the camera for the big day. And we got to hang out more with phil which was great because he is such a great person to be around.
The day before the wedding phil made sure to go over every detail about the next day and the day of, Phil and his associate Alex arrived promptly and began to take the most amazing pictures. After viewing them I was surprised by the moments he captured.
Everyone from my makeup artist to the bridal party thought Phil and his team was great to work with and they loved the fun shots we took. Even my dad can't stop talking about how down to earth and nice Phil was. Although our parents are somewhat old fashioned they loved the candid shots as well as the formals they are used to. Phil's associate Alex was just as professional and friendly. Having two photographers was important given the size of our wedding (215 people) and we are glad that Phil's and the origin team was part of our wedding celebration.
We plan to have Steve design our wedding album in the next few weeks because we know that it will be outstanding given the work we have seen already.
We have recommended Steve to other friends and will continue to do so.

having a previous disaster with another photographer, I knew I needed to find someone new, and I immediately made an appointment to meet with Origin. Walking into their cozy office I knew that they were a right fit for us. Phil knew exactly what to say. He was so funny. We got along right away, and I knew he would make our day fun, and stress-free. That was exactly what I wanted from my photographers. I would highly recommend them. Also ta friend of mine saw my photos at a showcase with them. Im just so proud that they used my photos to showcase their studio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

s plans. They are so easy to work with and get along with!
We are not the best camera people, but they made us feel comfortable and unposed during our engagement shoot! It is great having a husband and wife team for your own wedding. Fil spent most of his time with my bridal party and me while we were getting ready. The bridal party pictures before the ceremony were very fun and casual! Fil helped us all relax and not be so nervous!
After the ceremony, my family was running around trying to arrange everyone but Origin Photos took it in stride. They helped corral everyone and had all the pictures done in time for the cocktail hour. Plus we got twice the amount of photos for the ceremony & reception. They were by far our most favorite people to work with for the wedding! Most photographers say that it takes 6-8 weeks to get your photos back; well Origin Photos had them back to us the week we got home from the honeymoon (about 2-3 weeks)!
Origin Photos really were a pleasure to work with and I hope we can all get together again very soon! We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great photographer team!
We had an exceptional experience with Phil from origin photos in the past. We found him to be extremely professional, courteous and accomodating. Phil is the best! He listened to ...
the details of our day and surprised us by being extremely and generously accomodating to us. Due to the size and details of our wedding, we were provided a third photographer as a courtesy! The photographers and videographer all arrived together and on time, despite the massive traffic in New York City we had the best photos before we had to drive to Russos on the bay.
The engagement photo session was fun and exciting ! Our guest were impressed and we received many compliments on the engagement photo we selected to display at the entrance of our ballroom. My dad loved the engagement photo so much that he forced me to call Origin photos and ask that they enlarge a copy for him! These guys are the best - they will accommodate whatever your needs! After our selections for our album, Origin photos provided us with our albums including the parent albums. All I can say is that the quality is amazing. Me and my husband had so much fun and laughs with our photographer, Phil, alex, Daniel, Michael who had my undying gratitude for following us all over the city to get the exact shots we wanted. Our guests commented on how excellent the Photographers were.
Origin photos offer everything and they truly have an excellent product. No where in the industry will you get this kind of quality.
I hired Origin photos for my April 2013 for video and photos. I can't tell you how much we are in love for with our photos and video.

engagement/wedding and after seeing their love story come to life , I knew I had to reach out to Phil to see what other things he had available for us. From our 2 hour engagement shoot in NY to our chilly and sunny April wedding day at The fox hollow, Phil was able to capture all the major moments throughout the day, and with a tasteful and artistic approach to each shot. Daniel with on video wasn't never intruded once and the film came out spectacular. He was using all kinds of equipment and at some points it did seem silly however, it was totally worth it because the video is amazing. And even more important, Phil had a genuine warmth and care that brought comfort to our minds throughout our special day. I could tell that he genuinely shared my excitement for my big day and totally assured me that he would always look to deliver only the best shots. My friends and family has been raving over how amazing our wedding photos are and I've already recommended them to my other friends and soon-to-be brides. Even my wedding guests commented on how attentive and hardworking Phil and his team was, especially in making sure they were around to capture all the moments.
So if you're looking for amazing photos & Video that tell a story in an artistic approach, then definitely go with Origin photos -- check out his facebook site and website for more work. My only advice is, if you do go with Phil from Origin photos as your photographer, just trust him -- as he'll make sure to get you ALL the shots you want and to ensure you have more than plenty of beautiful, lasting memories of your special day. Snag him now before he gets booked up, seriously!

our wedding photos, people can't stop saying how wonderful we looked on our wedding day. As for flexibility, Phil shot our wedding and made our day so special that we are very good close friends now. We really had a wonderful experience with Phil & Alex . Very professional, very courteous and extremely patient (so important when dealing with the stressed out families of the bride and groom!) Our album are to die for. thank you so much Origin photos for all your hard work.
