About this vendor
We’ll save the full story behind our brand for the round table as we sample on brownies. Most importantly, we’d love to hear your story, capture the vision of your special day and plan out how OHMB can help you score brownie points with your guests!
From numbered star-shaped brownies created for a son’s hockey team, to a food truck, “The official brownie of the Minnesota Wild” and now partnering up with The Knot... we’re excited to take our next strides! In year two we completed just under 10 weddings and have already almost passed that as we set up for 2019.
We’re the dessert your guests fight over and sneak home in their purses. Yes, we’ve witnessed that... 😉
We have 4 players on #TeamOHMB and have two more spots to fill on the ice. We’d love to welcome you to our team! 🏒🥅🚨

Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing OHMB for dessert!
They were SO friendly and accommodating, and the brownies were INCREDIBLE. They made the en...
tire process so simple for us, from ordering to pick up, to returning their equipment. They truly made us feel like we were working with an old time family friend.
They are a small business but BUSY! Emails did take a little bit longer to get a response in the beginning of the process, do not let this deter you!! Anytime I needed to get ahold of Andrew, or the rest of the family, they were available!
People were RAVING about the dessert and asking for leftovers long after they were gone!
My husband isn't a big fan of cake and we were thrilled to find out that OHMB did weddings. We've had them at Minnesota Wild and Twins games and always loved these brownies, so we ...
had to book them for our wedding as well! These brownies are AMAZING, the best we've ever had. It was a unique dessert that you don't usually see at weddings and everyone loved them, they were a huge hit! We ended up doing a torte brownie for our cake cutting and it turned out so beautifully. We worked with Andrew the entire time and he was SO great to work with. He seemed like he really cared about making our wedding day so great and made sure every detail was perfect for us. He was so fun and personable; it felt like we were communicating with a long time friend and not a business. We loved that they were a local company as well. The prices were very reasonable and they had a huge variety of flavors so we had plenty to choose from. Absolutely the best decision we could have made for our wedding dessert!
I knew ahead of time that my husband and I both already loved OHMB, and we were really excited to share them with our family and friends! The variety of flavors makes it an ideal w...
edding dessert, everyone will have something they like! Don't like chocolate? Great, they have fruity or other flavors also. My wedding guests talked about how great the brownies were all night, and I am glad we ordered enough to have extras to bring home.
You MUST order these brownies for your wedding! They are hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had. The flavor options are endless. Our guests loved them so much we ran out almost ...
immediately! So much only tip would be order at least 2 per guest because these delicious little brownies go like hot cakes!
OHMB created an amazing brownie bar for our wedding on 8/10. From the beginning, Andrew and the rest of the Howards treated us like we were a part of their family. We had so much f...
un creating our day with them and picking (and trying) all the flavors.
Andrew was a lifesaver! Without being asked he brought some stands and trays for the display and set up the most perfect display. It was apparent he was committed to making it look perfect. It was way better than I would have imagined.
Even a few weeks later our guests are still gushing about the brownies. They were an absolute hit!
My only complaint is that I didn’t make it to the display fast enough and some flavors were gone before I could have one. :)
I cannot rave enough about OHMB!
We had Original Hockey Mom’s Brownies catered for dessert at our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the brownies and catering! We arranged a meeting early on with Patti...
and Andrew to test taste the numerous flavors they offer, every one of them special/unique in their own way. After choosing our 4 top brownies, it was very easy to make arrangements with andrew OHMB. We gave them the date, location of reception, time, and head count. After only a couple phone calls/picture messages to pick out plateing and serving style we knew our wedding day dessert was taken care of! My wife and I agreed that the typical wedding cake was just not for us, we wanted something different, unique, and delicious! OHMB delivered all of that! They were so good that my best man and his fiancé used them 4 months later on their big day! We strongly recommend giving OHMB a try, from beginning to end they were amazing!
My family has loved hockey mom brownies basically since they started, so having them at the wedding was a no-brainer! They were really professional, and even delivered the brownies...
in their food truck which was a cool touch. So many options, you'll find something for everyone. We got 13 dozen and ended up with NO leftovers, I didn't even get one! To say they were a hit was an understatement!
Working with OHMB was a great experience from start to finish. We began with a great tasting that was well organized that gave us a well informed start and confidence in our desser...
t choice. From there we were able to pick out the flavors and quantities we wanted to make sure every guest had a good option. The guests loved the option of a brownie instead of traditional cake, it had the simplicity of set up like cupcakes but still the elegant and very appetizing look. Guests couldn't wait for dessert. We had very few leftover and all that we did were able to be boxed up and saved for the family. Overall we were thrilled with our decision to use OHMB and highly recommend them to any other couple.
I had the pleasure of trying these amazing brownies at a wedding reception. They definitely take their brownies to the next level. They pretty much have any kind you could want. I ...
tried the mint brownie, which was amazing. Brownie on the bottom cooked just right. So chewy! In the middle a mint filling topped with chocolate ganache, oh so good! Wedding receptions have changed so much today, moving away from the traditional cake. These brownies are an amazing option!
