on’t need 3 hours (originally offered 6 hours ) and I said I would like to use 2 hours on ceremony and 1 hour on engagement they said sounds good here’s the link. Remember that part. Then I go to schedule the engagement session, then they say oh would you like to add that for $500? I’m like what and the first thing I see is 3 hours photography, extra hours ; $500 and I go back and forth with them and they state it’s in the contract we have to use continuous hours. Okay?? Then why wasn’t that said in the message before I got the contract. They argue it was suppose to be me adding it but every time I asked for a change the persons sent a new link. Then the whole time they weren’t empathetic or even offer any solution then we have a contract, and I said I’ll let everyone know and their response was “we’re not gonna let a threat for a bad review scare us into giving a free product” when I wasn’t asking for it I’m already paying for time. I should be able to use it how I wish. The messages were never compassionate it was strictly well this is how it is, and when I asked to cancel, they wanted another $300 on top of $617 I already gave them with no services provided. I’ve seen this happen to others that complain, only reason they have good reviews is computer generated and they changed their name. There’s a whole Reddit about them taking advantage of people, for example refusing to send photos of a client leaves a bad review. For that reason I refuse to continue cause why would I pay and not even get the services provided? They also pay amatures and the whole reason they coaxed me was saying they have professionals and do better services than other providers. The provider I was going to use was half the cost of them and much better customer service. I am the major planner, the wife to be, and this has caused so much distress and financial and anguish when this was suppose to be a stress deee experience. Don’t use them. They don’t care about their clients only the bottom line.

ran smoothly! Our 2 photographers and videographer were absolutely incredible! They were easy going, helpful in ideas for poses, and got along with our party and guests really well! The price for the quality is well worth it! We didn't do any additional add ons and our photos turned our perfectly along with our videos! They truly captured our day perfectly and we couldn't be more thankful! They sent our photos and video back early which was a lovely surprise!

When an issue came up where I had accidentally listed an extra hour and wished for it to be removed so I wouldn't have to pay for something I did not use or mean to add I was met with very condescending replies. I was told that it is impossible to do that and there was nothing they would do. I was also told if I didn't pay I would not get my photos and basically had my pictures held hostage. If I could hire the photographers again without the corporation, I would in a heart beat. Unfortunately I will never use this company again and would not recomend.

When you finally get your photos they tell you that they can also give you the raw photos and the rest of the pictures that were not originally provided (I already paid why am I not getting all of the pictures in the first place?). This is $500 extra but the trick is that they can’t let you preview them before you pay. So without knowing what you’re getting you are supposed to spend $500 on top of what you already paid? Seems wrong.

ct to make sure our engagement session and wedding day had all we wanted. Our lead photographer Sylvia was amazing! We are so incredibly happy with how our photos turned out. There are so may candids, great poses, and shots that we wouldn't have even thought to get that are amazing pictures. To top it all off, the value for the price paid was extraordinary; the price for individual photographers after an exhaustive search process was easily double and more compared to what we paid, and the pictures are just as high quality, if not higher quality than what is provided elsewhere. Highly recommend!!

and they were so great and friendly. Overall, very professional, helpful, and we couldn't believe how quickly we got our highlight video and documentary style video back!! Can't wait to watch it over and over as the years pass :)

hey clearly have this process down pat; they had us fill out a few forms that saved us in terms of staying organized and on-time on the day. Our team the day-of was absolutely fabulous. Kamil, our lead photographer (who we were also lucky enough to work with for our engagement photoshoot), is amazing. He has the eye and the technique to get gorgeous shots and, on top of that, he is absolutely hilarious!! He made sure we were relaxed and laughing the whole time, which made for an amazing experience and beautiful photos, too. He is great with giving specific directions, so you’ll never get that awkward feeling like you don’t know what to do with your hands. He gave such good directions and was so wonderful at creating a light, fun atmosphere that he put even my super camera-shy husband at ease. His assistant, Michael, and our videographer, Dan, were absolutely fantastic, as well. Having Kamil and Michael tag-team made everything flow so smoothly and efficiently. We just got our videos back and Dan did such a beautiful job of capturing not only the planned, posed shots but also all the candid moments of joy and laughter. Esther’s editing work on the videos was sublime; watching them really feels like stepping back into the day, and we are so grateful we have those memories on film forever.

They captured everything we asked for, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and provided great direction for photos and fun video moments throughout the day. But were also great when we made some suggestions! Our photos came back quickly and were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the extended highlight video. The team was also very responsive and easy to work with when we requested a few minor edits. Their online portal makes it so easy to communicate with them and keeps everything in one place!  From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with them. They provided beautiful photos, videos and had a team that was professional, friendly, and talented! Highly recommend!

ur wedding video within 30 days, and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little choppy with the editing during the ceremony, which ultimately is fine, but visually was a little funky! I blame it on the rush, but really overall they did an amazing job with our videos! It was hassle-free, and we’re keeping the memories forever!

They use their own website portal to communicate and they always responded in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. It was our first time meeting our videographer, Nick, on our wedding day, and he was very professional, had a positive attitude, and worked very well with our photographer and venue team. We were lucky to get our wedding highlight video just a few weeks after our special day, and we were blown away with the quality and edit. Our videographer captured so many happy moments that I don’t even remember seeing from our special day, and we were so excited that they were able to highlight the love and humor we have as individuals. We are super grateful for Original Weddings, and would definitely recommend them!
