We were able to adjust our appetizer choices and quantities later on after some things had to be changed. On the day of the wedding the food was delicious! We had the champagne chicken and the peppercorn steak options. Our guests raved about the food! Some even said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!

At first, we were worried about this limiting our selection for food - but Origins was everything we could ask for and more! They provided a taco bar for our wedding reception and the guests raved about it all night long. ith a few of our own changes. Tiffany specialized the few items we wanted with the menu. We had BBQ chicken with a peach glaze and a BBQ Beef Brisket. Our sides included Caesar salad, green beans with almonds, rolls, corn bread, and mashed potatoes. Our appetizers included fresh fruit skewers and the spinach/artichoke dip. The food was delicious! I highly recommend Origins!!!

Their mac and cheese is to die for! They did a wonderful job ensuring that my spouse and I actually got to eat, and that the flow of our buffet style dinner was seamless. The setup of the buffet was very classy and beautiful and matched our evening glamour style wedding perfectly. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional (we even surprised them by taking a short cut through the kitchen during photographs and they were all smiles and congratulations). a special couple-always knowing who I was, not just another bride, always making sure my concerns were taken care of. The most important thing: The food was AMAZING. I've had family tell me that our wedding meal was the best they've ever had at a wedding, they loved the apps Origins made and there was plenty of food so everyone had their fill. Tiffany was a dream to work with. I never had a moments worry. She gave me a hot chocolate bar, met all our gluten free needs, came to the wedding with a coordinating tie-and was always cheerful when working with us. My venue after the Colorado flooding became much harder to get to, by about three hours, and Tiffany never complained. After the flooding I called her to see if there would be a problem getting to Estes Park, and Origins never charged me a different travel fee, they were one of the only people who came to the wedding who didn't comment on the "long drive." During the reception the Origins staff was superb. They got my groom and I hot chocolate, and apps, made sure we were comfortable, and than served us dinner so we didn't have to go through the buffet line. I don't know how it happened but they also got us drinks (our favorites without asking) and they took care of my grandparents plates as well. They did an amazing job setting the tables with our favors, taking care of the guests, cutting the cake, and they provided a huge plate of food in the honeymoon suite for us which was wonderful. This was the best catering company I've ever worked with, and as an event planner I have worked with a few. I still can't believe how helpful and wonderful all of the Origins staff was. I figured food would be where most of my stress was with planning a wedding but they made it literally stress-free. They met our budget, exceeded our expectations, made delicious food and provided fabulous service.

I enjoyed my whole experience working with Origins and would recommend them to any bride.

She carried our plate back to our table to make sure nothing got dripped or spilled on my dress. She communicated with the DJ and event coordinator the whole night to make sure everything ran smoothly and guest were well informed. She even made our entire menu gluten free! I really can not think of one thing I would like improved from this company. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them!!!
